We recently moved here from California and I'm sooo glad we have this hidden gem right down the road! Everything was fresh and flavorful. I got birria nachos, and they were amazing. Our group also got the chili relleno plate, asada plate, chicken tostada and chicken and cheese quesadilla for the kiddos. Everyone was happy and loved the food. The restaurant is also a nice size with lots of seating, has an awesome salsa bar, and friendly staff. We will definitely be back! read more

Ate here a couple months ago with friends and was totally amazed at how much I loved the food. Will definitely be back. I had the pork carnitas plate and it was fabulous. The meat was seasoned perfectly and really doesn't even need sauce. I can't tolerate much heat so have to be careful where I eat Mexican food. They are really good about understanding what spice level you like even if it is none like mine...The service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean and comfortable. read more

First observation, this place screams authentic! The tacos looked amazing, but I asked the employee that was helping us out and taking our order what he recommended. He recommended a sandwich, stuffed with pork and drenched with sauce. I actually can't even remember what it was called, but it was delicious! This is our family's ONLY place we'll go for Mexican food (my Mexican husband is very picky about his Mexican food). Everything's delicious! My favorite is the green enchiladas (I crave them!), but we also love the huaraches and each of the different tacos. Their salsa bar is great! Every time we go there we find the staff to be VERY friendly and helpful. The Mapleton site (the one we go to) is always clean. We love going there! read more

The food is awesome. The meats are cooked until they fall apart and are marinated in amazing spices. I especially enjoy the goat meat. It's hard to get goat meat cooked right without it being tough and chewy, but these guys figured it out. The service is very good. They are always willing to provide tastes of the meat so you know exactly what you're getting. They even sent us home with a fresh batch of goat consommé for free! The ambiance is nice. Booths and tables and we'll lit. A great salsa bar, and good traditional Mexican drinks like horchata and Jamaica. This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants to visit! read more

Found this little place in Mapleton and loved it!! The food was so good. We got the carnitas plate and it might have been some of the best carnitas I've ever had. The food is presented cafeteria style, but still prepared specifically for you. We loved the chips!! Just wish they had a pico-type salsa for them. They're various salsas available were delicious (and some were extremely hot, which we liked). Rice and beans were delicious too. We will definitely be back to this place in the future. read more

* customer service is a solid 2 out of 5. They aren't that inviting. I arrived about 15 after opening and stood in front of their register and everyone kept doing their thing. I had to interrupt them and ask them for a menu since the screens weren't displaying anything. I stopped during a business trip and ordered the torta hogada with 2 tacos combo because the picture on their menu screen looked like it could be good. The torta hogada taco combo was a disappointment. The sauce was awful, bad taste and no spice. The menu implied it was going to be beef , but it was carnitas. The Mexican food at Mi Lindo is the only good Mexican food in the Mapleton Springville area. The service was great and they have a good salsa bar. After trying all the other Mexican restaurants this will now be out go to in the area. read more

I would give this place a zero if I could. My daughter and I stopped in for a quick bite & were not treated in a pleasant manner. They said they were out of "Chile rellenos " which is why we went there. Chile relleno reminds me of my obuelita. Any way, I ordered Chillaqueles instead and my daughter order a few tacos. The Chillaquiles was a plate with fried eggs & beans(very little) with tortilla chips, that's what they handed me & the eggs over cooked. My daughters tacos were burnt & only the meat was inside, they did nothing to dress or garnish the plates/dish appropriately even though they had everything available to make the recipe the correct way (I could see all the ingredients they had available) which pissed me off. They wouldn't look me in the eye or smile, rude.. plus, over charged me. If I wasn't starving, I would've demanded my money back & left. We had been traveling all day & were starving hungry. Chilaquiles verdes should be made with beans and rice over tortilla with fresh tomatillo salsa, cilantro, slices of avocado/sour cream and a few eggs over easy. With cheese and pick de Gallo on the side I got two fried eggs/almost burnt, over tortilla chips with store bought salsa verde and that cheap Fresca cheese sprinkled on it, no onions, no cilantro no rices- no lime/pico- nada!!! Then to see mi hija's dish and that it's almost worse then mine. Burnt tortillas with shredded beef, nothing else inside. I know exactly why they did this, we look like typical white girls, we were stereotyped and treated poorly. It makes me sick because I'm half Mexican, my family's from Guadalajara Mexico! Looks can be deceiving and they treated some of their own very poorly which pisses me off. Because I love supporting local businesses, especially from my ethnic background but this was very disturbing, very. I'm very hurt & won't promote this business! read more
