My experience was very disconcerting. While other shifts have been pleasant, this visit on 5/8/26 at 4:20 PM was hostile and promoted an unprofessional, unsafe environment. I went in to use the ATM and asked for assistance when it malfunctioned. The store manager (an older woman with highlights) immediately became dismissive, telling me to "call the ATM company." When I tried to clarify, she became defensive, stating she had "nothing to do with it." I walked away to avoid further conflict and said quietly I would let the store take care of things as they saw fit. She chose to yell after me in a petty and hostile tone in front of multiple other customers. After looking online, I realized this is a documented pattern and has happened to a ton of people. This specific manager has multiple complaints dating back over 6 months minimum regarding hostility and, more disturbingly, allegations of forbidding customers from speaking preferred languages or being hostile toward foreign accents. Both are potential civil rights violations and clear instances of discrimination. I filed a formal complaint with corporate. No customer should feel unsafe or witness discriminatory behavior in a place of business. I'd rather pay ATM fees somewhere else than go back to a store with such poorly chosen leadership. I look forward to corporate taking action to ensure this location goes back to being a professional and welcoming place for the community. read more

If your medication needs to be taken everyday, this is a horrible place to go to. It seems super easy! when you need a prescription refilled, you can do it online. I submitted my refill 4 days before i would need it. They send me an email the morning of when i need it saying it is delayed. They can't reliably check other stores stock so i am frantically trying to call other stores myself so i can pick up the birth control that they don't have in stock. read more

Pretty unhappy with the pharmacy drive thru at this Walgreens. They are very slow. Struggle to get cars moving. I understand if it takes a few minutes per car. But I've been currently stuck in 6 car line for almost a hour and a half. That's not normal. I'm glad that it's a 24h Walgreens but get more staff or something to speed things along. Worst customer service ever. Don't ever go here unless you want them to screw up your prescription so they won't ever start working on it until you call them. When you call they'll leave you on hold indefinitely. When you finally talk to somebody they'll give you an eta and you show up it still won't be done so you can wait around even longer. read more

My wife had surgery so we stopped at the Walgreens near UVRMC to fill her Rx. After waiting for my turn and the Pharmacy technician entering her new Rx they told me they are just too busy to fill them for several hours. What it amounts to is printing a label to put on a bottle of Peridex and dispensing 20 capsules of 500 mg amoxicillin to cover the additional days her surgeon decided she needs. They are filling for other customers. What I think is that when the Tech saw our residence is ten miles away she decided they didn't want to serve us. She advised me to have our Rx transferred to the Walgreens close to where we live but after 12 minutes on hold unable to get that location to answer the phone I gave up, went back and asked for manager. Then the tech said she would pull my wife's 2 Rx back up and they would fill them asap. So I called my wife who is waiting in our car and told her the problem. It has been an hour so far and there is no evidence that they are even working on our Rx. Poor customer service doesn't begin to describe what is happening here. I was able to get my wife's Rx but by that time I forgot that I told the pharmacy tech that for the ibuprofen I just wanted the OTC package. So we wound up stopping at another store to buy that and of course we bought a bunch of other things too. read more

Great costumer service, exactly what I'd expect at a pharmacy. They were super nice! Things have improved since the last reviews.

I'm livid. I work at a doctors office and have spent the past 40 minutes trying to get through to make sure they could dispense a prescription for our patient. I had to call FOUR times because they kept dropping the call. I would be on hold forever, it would finally ring but they would push me back on hold and eventually the call would disconnect. After three times and 30 minutes of this I called on my personal cell so it wouldn't register me as a provider to see if I could get through that way. Got someone on in less that 2 minutes. However the person was in their call center and couldn't help me. Said she would put me on hold and get me transferred to a pharmacist. Spent several more minutes on hold, and then got disconnected again. Ended up having our patient go to another pharmacy that we could actually get ahold of and confirm they could fill the rx. I use Walgreens as well for my personal care. I won't be anymore! This was ridiculous and took so much time away from other patients I could be helping in our office. read more

This pharmacy is a joke. They had the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever come across in a pharmacy. I made an appt for a Covid & Flu vaccine. The instructions stated to arrive 15 min. early, which I did. When I arrived, there was quite the long line. I didn't think I needed to stand in the "Drop Off + Pick Up" line because I had scheduled an appointment. I stood at the "Consultation" window for approx 10 minutes while being ignored and not being acknowledged at all. Finally, I spoke loud enough for the pharmacy technician hear me. I told him him I had an appt for a vaccine and had been waiting several minutes. He told me I had to "get in line." I let him know it is well past my appt. time. He condescendingly raised his voice and said, "We're still gonna take ya!" 45 minutes later, I got the shot. The appt. time means nothing, but you can't get it unless you make one. What a mess. They need to fix their customer service and not make those who have appts stand in line with every Joe, Dick, and Harry waiting in line while they ineptly solve prescription issues. Thank God I get my prescriptions at CVS. They are far more classier and have excellent customer service. read more

I cannot believe the service I received from the Technicians when I called repeatedly to get prescriptions transferred to them. Instead of trying to help me out they spout off party lines. When I called in the first time the tech said they would get back to me in two hours. When I called in two hours later they had nothing done and no records of my call and hung up on me and the third time I called was the worst. I do everything I can to help out my patients and this pharmacy seemed not care and put up roadblocks! Extremely disappointed. I don't care about the bad reviews because what I cared the most is they are 24 hours. My baby had horrible stomach flu middle of the night and we needed pedialyte immediately. Walmart was closed, literally everything was closed. I'm so thankful they are 24 hours because if not, my son would've gotten worse. Thanks for being open 24 hours and not changing it. I had pneumonia with a high fever. Dr called in prescription to this Walgreens. At the window they said to have a seat and they would call me when the prescriptions were ready. After 45 minutes I got a message on my home phone in Maryland that the prescriptions were ready. Seriously- Maryland. Staff never said a word though I kept catching their eye. Just let me sit there with a raging fever while they waited on customers. Finally had to get back in their long line and they acted surprised that I was there. Sheesh. The drive through line is always ridiculously slow. It takes me about 20 minutes to get my prescription even if there's just 2 cars ahead of me. I do get my prescription fairly quickly when I go inside. I just don't understand why the drive through takes so long. read more

GAVE THE WRONG DRUG!!!! This pharmacy is terrible. My prescription was ordered at 7 a.m. I called twice to see if it was ready yet, their automated system said no. Finally at noon, I decided to head over there anyway, and on my way I got a text that it was ready. When I got to the drive up I was told that it wasn't ready yet and they would need 10 or 15 more minutes. I said I would wait. Eyeroll. After I got back to work, I took one of the pills, and passively thought it looked different than usual. Wondering if it was a different manufacturer, I started looking at the label. The label was correct, exactly what it should have said, but the pills inside the bottle were wrong!! Wrong color and everything. I googled the pills they gave me and identified them as the anti-convulsant medication topiramate. After I had already taken one! I called the pharmacist and she was totally unconcerned. She said, "You're welcome to bring them back and swap them for the correct medication." I declined. I was heading out of town and didn't have any more time for their sloooowww "customer service". But I had to call back again and ask her if I would be okay, considering my other medications (which she didn't even ask about!). Just, zero concern for the error, or my well-being. Imagine, what would have happened if I had followed the directions on the bottle; "take one tablet up to three times daily as needed for pain"?! Scary. read more

Absolute joke. Unorganized. Scheduled an appointment for 8:20 and was asked to be here at 8:05 to fill out paperwork. Got here at 8 and waited in line for half an hour with the line continually growing behind us because the person manning the desk was gone for 15 minutes. This person was helping others and didn't even know how old you had to be to get the vaccine. You'd think in the middle of a pandemic they'd have something dedicated purely to vaccines. Understaffed and rude. I was waiting for a prescription to filled that cost about 150 dollars and they just assumed we couldn't afford it. So when we went to go pick it up they said "oh, we didn't even bother filling it." So we asked them to, and they kept reminding us of the price, so finally they filled it and when my wife went back (after they called us to tell us it's ready) they didn't even have it in the store. So my wife took the prescription to rite aid, and they helped us out quickly and efficiently. I will NEVER return. read more

Long wait times especially during the graveyard hours when there are hardly any customers in the store or pharmacy drive-thru line. I have also gotten calls to say my prescription is ready and when I get there, they can't find it. And I've also had prescriptions in process for over 10 days with no follow-up as to the reason why the delay is taking place and was not communicated to me, the patient. read more

Came back at 9 pm, they had no record of any prescription! UNDER STAFFED! Go to local family run businesse instead, unless you need the 24 hour. I was picking up a prescription for a friend, who was sick. I was by the Orem 800 north location and tryed to call to have them filled there instead. I was on hold for over a half an hour before i hung up. I drove past two locations to get to this location to wait in line for 15 minutes. I said very nicely to the girl who helped me, that they ought to talk to their manager about getting more staff in the pharmacy and told her about my experience. She COMPLETELY ignored what i said. This Walgreens feels more like a gas station than a pharmacy. The have a lot of different aisles ranging from potato chips to medical equipment. This can be good, but if I wanted a store like this I would just go to Walmart. read more

I wish I could give negative stars to this place. I have had a difficult time every time I've come here. They gave me the wrong medication, tried to play dumb about it. They Gave me the wrong medication but stuck an incorrect medication label on my very different prescription and patient name on it, drive that back- again acted like some how it was my fault? I've called to confirm medications are ready and they never are, they always are rude and have no idea what they are doing, never apologize or take ownership for their mistakes always are sitting around and chatting, have attitudes. And I've never had a good experience here. Ever. Last straw- never going back and I am going to send in a letter to HQ about how terrible this place is. read more
