**Edit to original review (done on 9/26/23)** I had originally given a 1-star review based on my experience at this specific location, and this edit isn't in response to the comment left on my review. After I had spoken again with customer service over the phone, I was contacted a couple of hours after that conversation by Brian, the regional manager. I was honestly very pleased with the conversation we had; I felt my concerns were heard, questions were answered that needed to be, and issues were resolved. I'm very impressed by the lengths that were taken to speak with me and to come to a consensus that worked for both parties. I decided to change my rating based on this really admirable customer service; thanks, Quick Quack! *Original Review* If I could, I would give this location 0 stars. Very disappointed in this wash, and how they've decided to handle an incident that was not my fault. Ended up in a four-car pile-up because the wash malfunctioned and pushed my car backwards into the car behind me at the end of the tunnel. I was never contacted by the wash to try to resolve the issue, they instead handed out the number of my brother (who runs our shared account) and told other customers that we needed to deal with it. I had to call their online customer service to finally be told I needed to file an incident report. When I finally got hold of the managers at this location, they tried to tell me I was in reverse the whole time; but they were mistaking my automatic drive lights for reverse lights. There was also not a single time (on their cameras or the video call that I was on during the wash) that my car rolled back on its own besides when the malfunctioning wash pushed me backward at the end of the tunnel. They also tried to tell me that my car put itself into reverse since I told them I didn't have it in reverse... automatic transmission cars don't just put themselves into reverse. I went in to review the footage myself, and it was clear to me and my brother (who went with me) that I wasn't in reverse. Any movement that happened with my tires was caused by the rollers and the wash. I was told by the location manager that what I saw in the video was a 'matter of perspective'. I was continuously gaslit by both managers, both of them telling me my car was doing things that it is physically incapable of doing (shifting into reverse on its own, the reverse lights were on even though the car wasn't in reverse...). I was also treated very poorly by both managers; I was also told by one of the managers that I wasn't allowed to record anything for insurance purposes, even though there is a law here in Utah that allows me to do that...? The location manager (who we spoke with over the phone) was especially aggressive during the entire conversation we had with her. She continuously interrupted me and wouldn't allow me to speak, until I had to tell her I didn't appreciate how she was speaking with me. After I told her that, she told her manager on duty to tell my brother and me to leave, and we'd have to get the police involved if we wanted to have any other discussions. I'm very disappointed that this business is incapable of taking responsibility for an incident that was clearly their fault; I didn't break any of the rules the wash has in place (didn't put my foot on the brake, didn't touch the wheel, did NOT go into reverse), and yet I'm being blamed for a 4 car pileup that wasn't my fault in the slightest. I've always been impressed with the customer service at Quick Quack, but because of this awful experience, I will no longer be taking my business to any of their washes. I've never been spoken to the way that I was by both of the managers at this location; it was honestly rather disgusting behavior, and I hope that the company will hire better managers in the future, and will work to make sure their washes don't malfunction in this way again. (Also, I was told that there is a company policy where the employees have to place 3 rollers in between each car to avoid collisions like this... While I was waiting to speak to a manager I watched an employee only put 1 roller in between two cars. So...) read more

Does not clean the hood or windshield of our SantaFe. Poor for their best wash package

When they first opened their service was amazing. An attendant would meet you at the office with a dash wipe and would hope you pick the best car wash for your car. Now that I've succumbed to the sales and I have a membership.It's like pulling teeth to get a -Wipe from an attendant or to get help in any way. They act like i'm inconveniencing them by pulling up. Half of the time there are no towels and it's very frustrating. read more

I often come here after shopping at Costco and it's super convenient (almost like they chose this spot intentionally like their other locations lol). The employees are always nice and friendly. This particular location's employees where smiling and happy to be here working. It really made me feel so much better about washing my car and truly made it a more enjoyable decision. I am always well pleased with the wash and the drying. I would love to get a membership, but I just don't wash my car enough to pay $22ish a month. I wonder if you guys have ever thought of like a limited monthly pass. Like twice a month only for $12? read more

I have to pause to find the words to describe how bad this was. The car wash shattered my driver's side mirror, and popped it out of the housing. Car washes often shatter mirrors, right? I wasn't too concerned as I assumed the car wash would repair the damage (at the very least). How wrong I was. I notified the on-site employees immediately, filed an incident report, and assisted them in examining the damage and taking pictures. They said they would file the case, review the camera footage, and get back to me. An hour later I get a phone call from the manager and assistant manager and they tell me they will NOT repair the damage because "the mirror fell out as the car was exiting the car wash, therefore it wasn't the car washes fault." ???????? Yes, the mirror was perfectly fine until the sunlight and open air destroyed it .2 seconds after leaving the wash. I've never seen people work so hard to not take responsibility - every argument in the book for why "it must have been broken before you came." If they're going to employ 17 year olds and give them power to assess and respond to damage claims, let's do some training in common sense and cause and effect. Their final word "Yes we can pay for it [their policy allows them to repair my car] but we are not going to. The best we can do is a free month of car washes." Yes, because I want nothing more than to have the rest of my car destroyed on my dime. I was kind of mad at the damage originally, but the response by the employees has me furious. They've lost the following customers: me, my family, and everyone I ever speak to about this. Sacrifice tens of thousands of dollars in recurring revenue all to save $150 on a mirror repair?? Forget morality and the right thing to do, it's an incredibly stupid business decision. Go to literally any other car wash. read more

The wash is great. The workers are helpful and are thorough. Overall they are worth ever dollar. I will note, I have a large pick up truck. When in the Provo location, they folded up my mirrors and between having no mirrors and a tight turn to get in the washer, when they told me to turn my wheel, I clipped my gas tank cover. Lucky that and not the actual bed fender. For this reason, I am giving it a 4 star. read more

Been through this car wash several times and was always greeted with a Smile! Kelsie is always so polite and makes sure to give me extra dash wipes if needed! I was able to get a free wash my first time through and if I needed to go back through for anything I didn't like they let me go back though for free! love that I get to use the vacuums and they have dash spray and towels as well! read more

I generally go out of my way to use Quick Quack instead of other businesses because they're reliable and kind. Unfortunately today I had the opposite experience: I purchased the best wash and as you can see by the pictures I've attached, the job wasn't really "best." I had to go home and then wash post off my car by hand which is frustrating since that's a $20+ car wash. So reliable? No The attendant was clearly having a bad day cause his attitude showed boredom and sadness. He was slow to come out, slow to talk, and seemed to not care about his job . So kind? Got the promotional $17.00 cost for one month, and wanted to continue on at the $21.99/month rate. Their Customer Care dept told me I had to make the change 10 days prior to the end of the billing cycle, and though today is the last day of that billing cycle, I was not being charged $35.99. After cancelling my "membership" they said they were going to charge me a $5 cancellation fee...and I was too late because they had just cancelled my "membership". I gave them one star because the rating system doesn't go into the negative. Their Customer Care reps are not clear on what they are doing, and QQ has some really questionable business practices. One star for incredibly rude customer service - probably the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. I won't be back. Quick quack is understandably very busy right now after a big snow storm. That's fine. But whoever was directing cars through the wash was *extremely* rude. I've been through that wash many times and I know how to navigate my car through it. Apparently I wasn't doing it the way he wanted me to or understanding / appropriately responding his frantic motions, eyerolls, and exasperated looks and he treated me like I was the biggest idiot and worst driver in the world. I respect a company that's willing to continue the dialogue by making efforts to communicate with a dissatisfied customer in order to reach some form of a resolution, which is what Quick Quack did. In the end, despite some bumps in the road, they handled it more than fairly. My issues with trying to cancel and getting a refund aside, my overall interactions with employees at this business were always good. The car wash itself was one of the better automatic drive-thru car washes I've used. The parking area with high pressure air hoses and vacuums are a really nice touch. I have used QQ a number of times. The back of the car or my SUV typically is still dirty and wet. Lower sides are often not particularly clean. I had a membership. They signed me up at the location. When I tried to end it, they said I had to go online to do it. I was not able to find it quickly online. The next time I asked again if they could help me end it. They said they would send me an email link... it became a bit of a nightmare. If they can enroll you at the location, they can certainly end the membership there. They make it harder to end it knowing it will make them money by making unenrolling harder than enrolling. They ask if you want a membership every time. When I begin by telling them I just want a good wash, they ask again and again. Last time the young man became belligerent. I am done with them. read more

Unfortunately the vacuum area was completely out of clean towels. there was no way to go back to the booth and tell them, and a phone call was never answered. Yes they're busy, but not as busy as they are at other times. And I was there for a good 20 minutes waiting to see if more were delivered to the vacuum area. Because the bugs are not completely cleaned from the windshield in the car wash, and I want to polish the chrome, I was disappointed. read more

My wife has been frequenting this place since it opened a few months ago, and she likes it okay. My car needed a vacuuming more than anything, but it was also dirty so I decided to give it a whirl. Especially because I had a free car wash coupon. When I arrived and proudly with boyish joy presented my coupon, the attendant informed me that the coupon had expired about three months ago. I was definitely sad because I wouldn't have gone at all had I known the coupon was expired. However, the young man offered me the wash at a discounted price of $3.00--not bad! I gave him my card to swipe. He swiped it three times, and it didn't work. Then he swiped my other card three times, and it didn't work. Finally he said, "Well, it looks like you're getting a free wash today after all." Little did he know I gave him fake cards . . . not! Anyway, I was very impressed with the customer service. I for sure thought he would then ask for cash and turn me away if I didn't have any. As for the car wash, it looks great. My car is clean. I'm not much pickier than that. It's simple. Below is my original review. QQ reached out to me and offered free washes, I only took 1 to fix the problem. Even then I had to go through twice and it didn't get it all off. They did spray and wipe the rest off even though it isn't in their policy to touch the cars. _________________________________________________ I paid for the "Best" wash. When it didn't get rid of the bird poop I went back around since I had heard they had a guarantee. The lady said "Sometime the brushes don't work" right or there, I don't remember the exact word. But that I could go through again FOR ANOTHER $19.99!!! REALLY! She then said that if it rains or snows I can bring it back within 24 hours. And the guarantee is if I have a monthly membership. That is no guarantee! If I had a monthly membership I can go through unlimited times in a month. If this policy comes from corporate or if it is local to just that employee, somebody's customer service stinks. They doesn't care if they loose a customer since they are right buy Costco with an unlimited supply of potential customers. read more

Even though I didn't have this vehicle registered on my plan, Dustin was great offering many options and in the end providing me a lucky duck Wash. This gesture meant a lot since I've been paying so much to have vehicle repaired. But due to rain and deign winds my car was completely covered in dirt and had to be cleaned. Good overall experience. The attendants were very helpful and friendly. I went through the service at the Orem location, which hadn't cleaned my windshield very well. So I went to their Eagle Mountain location since it was closer to home, and they honored their satisfaction guarantee for another free wash. Windshield looks much better now! read more

2 weeks ago i would have given this place 5 stars but they just updated their terms and agreements that they won't let any car through with a rack on top. even if it's a small rack. so they've been charging my account without my knowledge even though i can't use the car wash. extremely frustrating. they asked me to just take it off haha but that's not an option for my car. they offered to give a month free to another car on the account but that doesn't do anything to help me. posting in hopes it reaches other people so they find out before they're charged more than they should be. read more

I love Quick Quack Car Wash. If I go through and still notice a stubborn dirty spot on the car afterwards, they have no problem with me going through again. I also love their free vacuum's (they work so well) and their friendly staff. I once locked my keys in the car while I was there and they kept me company, allowed me to use their phone to call AAA, and were overall just very kind and nice to be around. read more

Apparently I was on a promotional plan and the promo ran out. What? That was never explained to me. Five phones calls and two trips to the actual car wash and no resolve. They had my account so screwed up and my bank account reflected it. No more! That's not how you treat customers. There are too many other just as good, car washes close by. I've been going to quick quack for over a year to several locations around Utah and have loved it. The last 8 times I've gone though the right side of my car gets black grease from the tire shine all over it. I don't know why. It's always on the right side. It's comes off fairly easily but it's getting really annoying to have to scrub it off every time after every wash. My friend that goes to quick quack has the same problem. I'd be really curious who else has this problem? It might be because so much shine gets put on the tire and when I pull away, it flips all over the car. read more
