After the car wash we parked the car to wipe down the car as we wiped down the car we noticed lots of dried up water spots, bugs still everywhere. So we spent 30 minutes just scrubbing the car clean and to dry it off. Mind u the washes here are not cheap and we did the most expensive wash which didn't do much. This doesn't just happen at this location it happens at every location I've been to so far. I just need to bite the bullet and buy myself my own car wash cleaning attachments because I know for a fact I can do a much better job at home.

I have the monthly pass and go through a couple times a week. They also offer tons of rags so you can dry your car off. I decided to give Wiggy Wash a go because it looked awesome while I drove passed the place. I was greeted by the Wiggy wash employees as they did make me feel welcomed. Also, they briefly explained all the different types of washes and V.I.P memberships that the company has to offer which I thought was really nice. I ended up purchasing the $35 monthly membership pass. The Wiggy Wash employee then put my V.I.P sticker on my front windshield. She explained to me that I can come back any time of the month for a free car wash since I have paid for the monthly membership pass. Also, I'm able to cancel at any time. Overall, the car wash was pretty awesome. Some other Yelpers have complained about the dryers not being strong enough but I believe Wiggy Wash has resolved this issue due to me not having the exact same problem that they had faced. I do love how the Wiggy Wash shines your tires for you if it's what you paid for. Also, the wash does clean underneath your vehicle if you have that apart of your membership too. My car is pearl white so at the end of the Wiggy Wash I was quite impressed on how clean the outside of my car looked. The dryers worked wonderful as well because my car did not have any remaining water marks on it which was fantastic. At the end of the wash you have the option to use the free (self-service) vacuums. I thought the option of the free vacuums was definitely a plus. Although, you have to bring your own cleaning supplies if you plan on wiping your exterior and/or interior down, so be sure to keep that in mind. That being said, I highly recommend you to try the Wiggy Wash out for yourself.. happy wiggy washing!!

Impossible to cancel a membership once started…read more I tried at the very start of November to cancel mine, and was told by their customer service that the membership had been cancelled, and now here we are again in December with another rebill. When contacted about the unauthorized charge, customer service first played dumb, instead of looking up the earlier customer service ticket in their Zendesk by my email address, then ghosted me, and now is claiming they sold the location and it's no longer their problem. DO NOT SIGN UP, you'll have to chase them hard to get them to quit rebilling you.
