Impossible to cancel a membership once started. I tried at the very start of November to cancel mine, and was told by their customer service that the membership had been cancelled, and now here we are again in December with another rebill. When contacted about the unauthorized charge, customer service first played dumb, instead of looking up the earlier customer service ticket in their Zendesk by my email address, then ghosted me, and now is claiming they sold the location and it's no longer their problem. I went in to get a detailing for my car. Got back in after they finished. Floor mats were still muddy. There was still sticky soda mess from my recent roadtrip in the cup holder and side door. The dash was still dusty and had shoe prints on it. I can't actually tell if they even did anything to detail the interior because it still looks the exact same. I went to this garbage of a car wash about 8 weeks ago with my 2010 land rover i paid for the car wash went in good came out with 2 broken side mirrors..the technician there seen what happened i filled out a report weeks later nothing went back in did another report ..weeks later nothing went back in again and flipped out she filled another report and said there is nothing that she can do if they dont reach back. ROTTEN customer service and non-communicative corporate headquarters. I've tried, unsuccessfully, to contact HQ re cancelation of one of my wash passes because I sold my car. I filled out the on-line form only to find that the RIF# was incorrect even though I input the correct alpha-numeric code as shown on my wash pass barcode. And then I get a couple of texts and emails indicating that the best way to contact HQ is to fill out the same damn on-line form, again! My car always come out nice and clean & I especially love the tire treatment they use. The complementary station for windows, leather, vinyl, carpet & more is awesome. Took our new Tesla Model Y here in February for the first time. We could hear a grinding sound during the wash coming from one of the front tires. The front wheel was scratched almost all the way around it. I talked to the manager and was super nice. I said I want to cancel my membership and he offered to refund us the charge we received for the membership. It's now May and no refund and does not return my phone calls. Avoid this place. Where to begin ... I remember the good old days of express detail I dare say at one point it was advertised as 15 min detail... I've been here numerous times and every time I get a detail I say I'm going to start my own shop across the street, I've been here over an hour and the place is dead. There was only one other car being worked on in the detail shop and maybe 4 total including mine for the hour and a half I was here. I'm visiting in town and my car was covered in dried-on mud from driving through snow and slush on the way up. I drove through Supersonic because it was convenient and because it offered free access to vacuums after the wash. First off, I'm not used to the track/car in neutral approach to car washes and the young attendant was VERY patient with me when I had to back up a couple of times and try again. Hats off to him! The trip through the car was was fast and the car came out clean with the basic wash. No complaints there! BUT, the real plus was that the vacuums absolutely rocked. They were convenient (a hose for either side), clean, and POWERFUL. I don't believe I've ever used a better vacuum to clean my car--ever. I was able to get at edge-underneath-the-mat debris (the kind that gets ground in and never quite goes away) better than I've ever been able to do it. I was so happy, in fact, I took a photo. Really, really good experience. I wish I could find the same type of a place where I live. read more

I should have gone to Quick Quack car wash around the corner. I paid for the $12 for the upgraded wash. The wash was unsatisfactory, the dryers did very little drying. My car was soaking wet. The vacuums has zero suction. I had to use the vacuums from the other bay to vacuum my car. Normally, I would not be one to complain- but I at least had to let the employee know the vacuums didn't work. He told me most people dry off their car using the compressed air or they bring their own towels. I don't go to an automatic car wash, just to have to hand dry my car after. I would suggest anyone needing a car wash to drive the extra mile and go to Quick Quack around the corner (next to Maverick) I took the photos of my car after vacuuming it and speaking with the employee (approx 15 minutes) and the last 2 photos are after getting gas and driving home (an additional 15 minutes). SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM They make it near impossible to cancel your membership. The creepy old guy basically forced me into it, he was hanging half way in my car and would not take no for an answer. I have tried canceling more than 10 times and they will not let me and then even if you are trying within plenty of time of the next billing date they will wait until its too late so you have to be charged anyways. I just wanted to cancel while I was out of state and restart it but I am not really cool with being scammed and lied to, so I will be going with someone else. It is also false advertising to have "unlimited car washes whenever you want" but then be closed on Sunday and then be randomly closed whenever they feel like, half the vacuums don't work, their "gentle brushes" will scratch your car, just overpriced and gross. BUYER BEWARE. Unfortunately I've been washing my cars here for years because it's next door. I've finally decided I will never come here again. A few years ago I had a nice sports car that came out of the wash with several long and deep scratches (through the paint). I talked to the manager (who still works here) and he said they would not cover any repairs unless I could prove that the scratches came from their wash. Pretty hard to prove, even though it was obviously from their rollers. Eventually after I annoyed him enough he agreed to pay $50 towards a low-end shop to try to buff them out. Bad business. I recently decided to give them another try only to encounter a pushy salesman pushing a $40 membership for only $10 for the first month. I tried it, but then encountered several problems trying to cancel it and repeatedly got billed for several months. TLDR- poor quality wash, leaves your car wet and dirty, and horrible customer service. Should already be out of business if not for their great location. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! My vehicle was damaged in their carwash in December. They accepted responsibility and asked me to provide an estimate, which I did. Now, for the last four weeks, I have been told that a check was in the mail. Clearly, it is not. They will not cancel and reissue another check, nor pay with a card, nor provide me with contact information with the local manager's supervisor to try to solve this problem. I learned recently from a body shop that this is a very common occurrence with this business. I believe that they are hoping I will get tired of waiting and calling, which, now they go to get the manager and then return to the phone and tell me that he is not there and that they do not know when he will be coming in. I went to Supersonic excited to relax and come out with a beautifully clean car. Instead I paid $27 for a car wash that looks like a $5 job. EIGHT people worked on the inside of the car but missed all the main areas of the dash, like they all just repeatedly washed the radio because that's the only part that was cleaned. I'm so disappointed and am sad I wasted my time and money at this place. Bought a tire shine...one tire shined Bought the hot wax...only the roof got waxed The M&M's were great however, tasted just like an M&M should and they left their cleaner bottle in my car which I will be using to finish the job they somehow left for me to do. My car was a mess with a recent rain/snow storm. The inside was covered in granola bar wrappers and who knows what. Did a quick google search for Provo car washes, and I must say that I felt like the $9 I spent on the standard car wash was money well spent. They had powerful vacuums and going through the automated car wash made me feel like a little kid again to see all the soap washed away. Only complaint is that I wish they had rags to help wipe down my car afterwards. read more

This place has really gone downhill. When I first started going, the carwashes were pretty good and there were attendants that would dry my car and make sure everything was done well. (Although even then I was having trouble with my car not getting completely clean) Today I went through the car wash and noticed several things that bothered me. First, the dryers did absolutely nothing. My car was as wet coming out as it was going in. Not only that, there were still soapsuds all in my mirrors and windows. Not to mention, there are no longer attendants there to dry your car - there haven't been for a while. When I got home, I noticed that there were lots of places on my car that hadn't even been touched by the brushes. From now on, Even though I live in South Provo, I will be making the drive up to the Orem location to get my car washed. It's a much newer location with equipment that actually works. You always get a fairly good wash, though I wish they'd do a bit better with rinsing since there's ALWAYS soap on my mirrors when I drive away. Personally, I think the wash is a little bit overpriced, SO I can't recommend getting the fast pass enough. It's like $20 a month for UNLIMITED washes. You can go EVERY DAY for a month, for basically the same price as a single wash. If you get your car washed twice it pays for itself. It's also really great in winter, cause you can get all the snow and salt off your car and it's pretty cool. Also the vacuums are free. In both instances, I was not informed when my car's wash had been completed, and ended up waiting around for a half of an hour before I realized that they probably just forgot to announce it. They clean the inside and outside for 24.50 after tax, which for an extremely lazy person like me... is AWESOME! They don't do a spectacular job but it is definitely worth the price, and the best part... I got to sit down and do nothing the entire time! The negative... the passive aggressive plea for tips "Though tips are not expected, they are appreciated." If you want tips just say so, if you don't want tips... don't say anything. I always expect when I pull up to a car wash, the first thing that will come out of the employees mouth is, "How are you today?! Let's get you a really expensive car wash that is completely unnecessary!" Ok so maybe they don't actually say that, but that's what I hear. Fortunately when I rolled up today, no one pressured me into anything, and they didn't have to because the prices for a really good car wash are totally reasonably! For the deluxe, I paid $25. My car was filthy (a trip down to Capitol Reef in the rain and mud will do that) and I had writing on the back of my car. It came out spotless!! I was so shocked and pleased at the same time. Super sad to write this review because I used to love to go to this car wash. I do not recommend using this car wash. I went to wash my car and the regular package wasn't available at the time so I purchased the deluxe package. Half way through the wash I look over and my passenger side mirror is gone. I reported it and the manager told me that it was a malfunction in the car wash, and he would take care of it for me by purchasing the mirror and then installing it. After a couple months and pushing I went to get my new mirror and he had purchased the wrong one. I understand mistakes happen. Then about another month goes by he gives me another new mirror which I decide to install myself because I don't want to deal with this car wash anymore. Again, it is the wrong mirror. It has been over a year, no text responses, no email responses, corporate won't do anything, and my mirror is still duct taped to the side of my car. Horrible management unwilling to work with you and honestly follow through. I highly recommend avoiding this car wash at all costs. read more

First off, for their normal car wash services, this place is just as good as any other "full service" car wash I've been too. I would and do recommend them to friends. Their prices are pretty decent and results are good. However, the reason for the two star review is when it comes to their "detailing" services. If you want your car detailed inside and want it coming out immaculate, skip this place and go to a real auto detailing company. First, they hook you saying their detailing is only $30 on their website. I should have looked more closely when I read that because that's for each service offered. I was under the impression it was for the whole thing (vinyl, carpets, mats, and upholstery). My mistake. However, when I got there and told them what I wanted, it wasn't until I had given my car over to them and then walked in to pay that I realized I was paying about $95 for those services. To be honest, the price would have been totally worth it if the services were actually quality. They weren't. The car I took was one I had just bought and the interior had NOT been taken care of. I knew some of the stains they wouldn't be able to get out, but some things just weren't cleaned. The glovebox wasn't cleaned at all. The change tray beneath the radio wasn't cleaned at all (it still had sticky residue all over it with penny's stuck to it). The cup holders weren't cleaned very well, the area behind the back seats and the rear window wasn't vacuumed very well - there were still crumbs and a dead bug back there. And the worst offender (in my opinion) was the trunk. It wasn't cleaned at all. I was there at the end of the day, so as I left they were closing. When I only noticed the cup holders and change tray were nasty. Thinking that it was probably just my fault for bringing it in at the end of the day I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back the next day and pointed those two things out. They were good about cleaning those things up, but didn't look over the car for anything else they might have missed. It wasn't until a week later that I needed the trunk and realized they had completely skipped over that, and the other things I just noticed over the course of the first month owning the car. In conclusion, if you want your car deep cleaned, don't go here. If you're just looking for a good wash, it's great. read more

SuperSonic-ly annoyed If you would rather have continual excuses than a clean car this is the place for you. I payed for the "super clean" vinyl service and what I got was reason why the guy cleaning my car was a lazy ass. When going over the finished cleaning job there were very clear dirty and sticky spots throughout. This guy proceed to tell me how sticky stuff and dirt in the cracks was hard to get out even the is great tool they have. I called BS and had him try agin. He went back and (WOW) he got the dirt out of where I told him. I looked on the side of the center console and there was obvious dirt spilling out of the cracks. After pointing this out I got a new set of excuses how he was a lazy ass. I asked if they had soap back there he said "yes BUT I dont want to scrub too hard and scratch it." other words I did really try that hard and didn't think about cleaning out the cracks. so all in all you don't get what you pay for.
