$10 car wash for basic car wash, their washing tunnel has the drying part, free vacuum and complimentary detail center. Best deal!

New scratches from using dirty towels

Don't pay for the quick full service inside your car. They didn't touch the backseat/trunk. I have a Honda pilot. They created brand new scratches. They did a very very quick poor job inside, besides for the dashboard being clean I couldn't tell that they did anything.

Where to begin ... I remember the good old days of express detail I dare say at one point it was advertised as 15 min detail... I've been here numerous times and every time I get a detail I say I'm going to start my own shop across the street, I've been here over an hour and the place is dead. There was only one other car being worked on in the detail shop and maybe 4 total including mine for the hour and a half I was here. I can say the front desk staff was friendly that's about the only thing that was positive. I hope they just get better it's just sad how bad it's gotten.

Powerful vacuum made it a great experience!

I'm visiting in town and my car was covered in dried-on mud from driving through snow and slush on the way up. I drove through Supersonic because it was convenient and because it offered free access to vacuums after the wash. First off, I'm not used to the track/car in neutral approach to car washes and the young attendant was VERY patient with me when I had to back up a couple of times and try again. Hats off to him! The trip through the car was was fast and the car came out clean with the basic wash. No complaints there! BUT, the real plus was that the vacuums absolutely rocked. They were convenient (a hose for either side), clean, and POWERFUL. I don't believe I've ever used a better vacuum to clean my car--ever. I was able to get at edge-underneath-the-mat debris (the kind that gets ground in and never quite goes away) better than I've ever been able to do it. I was so happy, in fact, I took a photo. Really, really good experience. I wish I could find the same type of a place where I live.

I never leave reviews but wow, did I just waste $60 and 2 hours of my time! I go in and tell them I have throw up on my seat, floor and car matt and to give me whatever service that is. Came out to $60 so I was expecting I nice deep clean of my car. Boy was I wrong. Looks like they didn't even touch my car matt's or my floor. The throw up is still there!! Not to mention there was still crumbs and trash in my car that they didn't even bother to clean. I could've taken those 2 hours I wasted and done a better job myself. They also told me it'd be 1 hour and it came out to 2 hours... Never giving this company another dime. I Do not recommend this car wash to anyone.

I should have gone to Quick Quack car wash around the corner. I paid for the $12 for the upgraded wash. The wash was unsatisfactory, the dryers did very little drying. My car was soaking wet. The vacuums has zero suction. I had to use the vacuums from the other bay to vacuum my car. Normally, I would not be one to complain- but I at least had to let the employee know the vacuums didn't work. He told me most people dry off their car using the compressed air or they bring their own towels. I don't go to an automatic car wash, just to have to hand dry my car after. I would suggest anyone needing a car wash to drive the extra mile and go to Quick Quack around the corner (next to Maverick) I took the photos of my car after vacuuming it and speaking with the employee (approx 15 minutes) and the last 2 photos are after getting gas and driving home (an additional 15 minutes). Still wet

Same lousy car wash as you get at the Salt Lake Supersonic locations. Expensive too. Try Mr Hot Shine, for a better price and service.

After I had spoken again with customer service over the phone, I was contacted a couple of hours after that conversation by Brian, the regional manager. I was honestly very pleased with the conversation we had; I felt my concerns were heard, questions were answered that needed to be, and issues were resolved. I'm very impressed by the lengths that were taken to speak with me and to come to a consensus that worked for both parties. I decided to change my rating based on this really admirable customer service; thanks, Quick Quack! *Original Review* If I could, I would give this location 0 stars. Very disappointed in this wash, and how they've decided to handle an incident that was not my fault. Ended up in a four-car pile-up because the wash malfunctioned and pushed my car backwards into the car behind me at the end of the tunnel. I was never contacted by the wash to try to resolve the issue, they instead handed out the number of my brother (who runs our shared account) and told other customers that we needed to deal with it. I had to call their online customer service to finally be told I needed to file an incident report. When I finally got hold of the managers at this location, they tried to tell me I was in reverse the whole time; but they were mistaking my automatic drive lights for reverse lights. There was also not a single time (on their cameras or the video call that I was on during the wash) that my car rolled back on its own besides when the malfunctioning wash pushed me backward at the end of the tunnel. They also tried to tell me that my car put itself into reverse since I told them I didn't have it in reverse... automatic transmission cars don't just put themselves into reverse. I went in to review the footage myself, and it was clear to me and my brother (who went with me) that I wasn't in reverse. Any movement that happened with my tires was caused by the rollers and the wash. I was told by the location manager that what I saw in the video was a 'matter of perspective'. I was continuously gaslit by both managers, both of them telling me my car was doing things that it is physically incapable of doing (shifting into reverse on its own, the reverse lights were on even though the car wasn't in reverse...). I was also treated very poorly by both managers; I was also told by one of the managers that I wasn't allowed to record anything for insurance purposes, even though there is a law here in Utah that allows me to do that...? The location manager (who we spoke with over the phone) was especially aggressive during the entire conversation we had with her. She continuously interrupted me and wouldn't allow me to speak, until I had to tell her I didn't appreciate how she was speaking with me. After I told her that, she told her manager on duty to tell my brother and me to leave, and we'd have to get the police involved if we wanted to have any other discussions. I'm very disappointed that this business is incapable of taking responsibility for an incident that was clearly their fault; I didn't break any of the rules the wash has in place (didn't put my foot on the brake, didn't touch the wheel, did NOT go into reverse), and yet I'm being blamed for a 4 car pileup that wasn't my fault in the slightest. I've always been impressed with the customer service at Quick Quack, but because of this awful experience, I will no longer be taking my business to any of their washes. I've never been spoken to the way that I was by both of the managers at this location; it was honestly rather disgusting behavior, and I hope that the company will hire better managers in the future, and will work to make sure their washes don't malfunction in this way again. (Also, I was told that there is a company policy where the employees have to place 3 rollers in between each car to avoid collisions like this... While I was waiting to speak to a manager I watched an employee only put 1 roller in between two cars. So...)

I finished washing as usual and prayed and hoped that none of the nails got into my tires... 3 weeks later, I had routine maintenance for 25k on my car and the dealership called me at work to tell me that THERE WAS A NAIL IN MY TIRE and that the location of it made it irreparable, and given that my tires were 2 years old at that point, I wasn't able to just replace one tire; I had to replace ALL 4 TIRES for a total of $1200. I guess I even had to count myself lucky that with my daily commute on the freeway to and from work, I didn't experience a blowout or car accident! I tried contacting the owner of this car wash to tell him about what happened. I didn't even request him to cover part of the cost of the damage, nor did I threaten him in any way. I simply wanted to make him aware of what happened. However, no response after over 2 months, and this is why I'm writing this review. I understand that someone other than the owner was the person who dumped all those nails on the ground, BUT I expected at least a text back from the owner saying sorry or that he went and fixed the issue at the car wash by inspecting the facility more often. Still nothing back from him, and I am now terrified to bring my car back to Timpview Car Wash. It's really too bad, because I really liked the concept of hand-washing my car; I don't like automated car washes due to the scratches they put on my last car.

I decided to give Wiggy Wash a go because it looked awesome while I drove passed the place. I was greeted by the Wiggy wash employees as they did make me feel welcomed. Also, they briefly explained all the different types of washes and V.I.P memberships that the company has to offer which I thought was really nice. I ended up purchasing the $35 monthly membership pass. The Wiggy Wash employee then put my V.I.P sticker on my front windshield. She explained to me that I can come back any time of the month for a free car wash since I have paid for the monthly membership pass. Also, I'm able to cancel at any time. Overall, the car wash was pretty awesome. Some other Yelpers have complained about the dryers not being strong enough but I believe Wiggy Wash has resolved this issue due to me not having the exact same problem that they had faced. I do love how the Wiggy Wash shines your tires for you if it's what you paid for. Also, the wash does clean underneath your vehicle if you have that apart of your membership too. My car is pearl white so at the end of the Wiggy Wash I was quite impressed on how clean the outside of my car looked. The dryers worked wonderful as well because my car did not have any remaining water marks on it which was fantastic. At the end of the wash you have the option to use the free (self-service) vacuums. I thought the option of the free vacuums was definitely a plus. Although, you have to bring your own cleaning supplies if you plan on wiping your exterior and/or interior down, so be sure to keep that in mind. That being said, I highly recommend you to try the Wiggy Wash out for yourself.. happy wiggy washing!!

Damaged Vehicle Policy Over Integrity and People…read more I have been going to Super Sonic Carwash since high school. I got a new Nissan NV van with a roof rack. I took it to Supersonic on State Street in Orem today. As I pulled up to the person taking the payment I asked if I was too tall for "The Tunnel" (is what they call it) He reassured me that I was not, and that "vans of our size went through all of the time." I paid and then proceeded to the person helping cars line up their tires. Again I asked him if I was too tall. He stopped the machine, had me pull up to the height arch, had me open my car door, climbed up onto the car looked down the top of my rack and affirmed, "looks great! Your good to go!" Going through the tunnel, I heard a series of loud scrapes and thumps. Pulled out and inspected the roof of my van. The entire rack has large gouges and scrapes from the front of the rack to the back. I talked with and showed the damage to two mangers immediately. Caleb and Ben. Both of them told me repeatedly, "clearly our guys made a BIG mistake!" They made a report. (attached) We waited for 20-30 minutes. Then they both came back to my car and told me they couldn't do anything "because my rack is an after market rack". Then Ben (general manager of the tunnel) said to me something to the effect of "I really like this company, but some of the policies just don't make sense." I asked if I could talk to their boss, they said I could not, but they would talk to him and call me on Monday, but "that's just our policy." I pleaded with them to have integrity, put people over policy and DO THE RIGHT THING!! They admitted more times than 3 that this was their fault. And they are unwilling to anything about it. I am frustrated and sad when people refuse to operate with integrity, and are more committed to their policy than their people! I will update this review if they decide to make it right. But otherwise I will take my cars to Quick Quack, they are much closer to our house anyway.
