I never leave here satisfied with the quality of quick quack washes. Me and my wife only came here because it was the closest to where we were. After the car wash we parked the car to wipe down the car as we wiped down the car we noticed lots of dried up water spots, bugs still everywhere. So we spent 30 minutes just scrubbing the car clean and to dry it off. Mind u the washes here are not cheap and we did the most expensive wash which didn't do much. This doesn't just happen at this location it happens at every location I've been to so far. I just need to bite the bullet and buy myself my own car wash cleaning attachments because I know for a fact I can do a much better job at home. read more

Two issues: 1- The wash did damage to my vehicle. The wash is rough on vehicles. I'm now having to coordinate and get the vehicle fixed. 2- Their customer service is terrible! The person on the phone was nice, but their "company policy" is unreasonable, inflexible and unethical. I won't bore you with details but suffice it to say I've had more than one issue and I will not use this terrible company again. I've cancelled all of my vehicles and will go to another provider. This was my 4th car wash I've been to here in Provo. After going to 3 other car washes, it became clear to me that the only to get that clean spotless shine I get when washing my car myself would be of course to just do it myself. As a full-time college student with a full-time job, I frankly just don't have the time to wash my own car anymore. When I saw that there was a car wash with rain repellent and ceramic coating, I decided to give it a try! Although the car wash missed a few spots (which only became apparent when it fully dried), especially on my glass, it really looked so much better! Like I had done it myself! This location is great and the staff are always friendly and nice. Super fast and efficient place to get your car washed at. They have two kinds of vacuums and one air blower that really helps get crumbs from cup holders out which is a lifesaver. The only downside this place has is the drying cloths they provide is always a hit and miss here. Other than that, there is usually little to no wait time but this location is usually only busy during rush hour so typically more later in the day. I got the #2 option which was priced at $21. My car wasn't overly dirty so I was expecting a quick and clean car wash. Their wash was far from sufficient. I had to go to a different wash after. They also didn't have any towels for me to wipe down their shoddy work with. I tried contacting them several times about the issue and never heard back. Beware of this location. I've been using quick quack for 8 months now and it's been great. I went from supersonic to quick quack and It has been much better experience. You get in and out quick, the basic wash does a solid job and the free vacuums are nice. I been to a lot of locations and this one has young workers who don't always do a good job at getting cars moving through. They NEVER help you get your car lined up so that's a little frustrating. They give you a free, very low quality dash wipe every time you visit and it usually leaves bad streaks. Really a waste. It's also just disappointing because having a good all-purpose wipe would be so great! I haven't been using them and need to stop taking them. If you're going to cancel your membership use the email. This was my first experience with the Quick Quack car wash chain, and overall it was positive. When I pulled up, I experienced a brief wait before being greeted. The price for a basic wash was more reasonable than many car wash chains that I have been to. At $6.99, I felt like it was fair. You'd pay that much if you wanted a wash and vacuum at a cheap self-serve car wash. I was also offered a free dashboard wipe, which was super nice to use to wipe everything down after I had finished vacuuming. I was able to wipe down my steering wheel, stereo, gear shift, and dashboard, which made my car feel clean and new! One thing I loved, at this location at least, was the fact that no one tried to sell me a monthly membership. Most other chains will try to sell you a membership EVERY time you go, when some of us just want to wash our car once every month or two. After going through the wash, I didn't feel like my car was quite as clean as it has at other car washes, but to be fair, I forgot my microfiber cloth at home that I normally bring with me to wipe it down. As other reviewers mentioned, I didn't feel like the car wash was as smooth as other washes that I have been to, but I didn't find any damage on my car afterwards. As far as vacuums go, I have mixed feelings. They are much stronger than other car wash vacuums I have used, but I felt like they were actually a bit too strong, as they roughed up the carpet of my car a bit. Another issue I had was the fact that there weren't vacuums available for use on both sides of the car, unless you wanted to trade off with the person parked next to you. Even when using vacuums on either side of the car, I didn't feel like they were angled properly and I struggled with the hoses. On the bright side, there were two different styles of vacuum attachments available, which I have not seen at other locations. With this being such a convenient location, I suspect that I will return, but probably only every few months. read more

I am so disappointed to say that I will never go to or use quick quack again. My in person experience was absolutely phenomenal throughout my time having a membership with them. However, their telephone customer service is an absolute joke. I went a month ago to get a car wash and the cute girl working the line told me about the deal they had going on for the most expensive membership plan. I believe it was half off. Normally $38.99 and was $18. I said I would get it but that I needed to know when I needed to cancel it and how. She told me that I could cancel it in person or online and that I just needed to do it by 11/05. Yesterday 11/03 I was charged $38.99 (two days early). I went ahead and emailed their customer service expressing that I would like to cancel and would like a refund since they charged me early. They proceeded with canceling my membership but did not address the refund. So today 11/04 I called the customer service line and spoke with Braden who told me that the girl who sold me the membership gave me the wrong info and that he would not be able to give me a refund. I wasted little time talking to him and asked to speak to a supervisor. Thats when I spoke to Breanna. She told me that she could not refund me either because the "system" wouldn't allow her to. She also told me if Braden hadn't already canceled my membership she would give me a free month (he isn't the one who canceled my membership). She told me that in the fine print it states to cancel 5-10 business days before the renewal. Thats a joke considering in person when you ask they say nothing of the sort. Its sad because I truly have loved going there and have had such a great in person experience. But sadly Breanna and Braden ruined my experience and have made it so I will never go back. Not just that I will tell all of my family and friends not to go back either. How sad they cant refund $38.99 to have a returning customer, instead they lose a customer and probably many more than just myself. If you sign up for a membership here make sure that you don't intend to cancel or that you cancel way far in advance because otherwise they will screw you over. read more

I have visited car washes all over the U.S. This is the first and only one requiring my license plate number to get a car wash. I was told it was for monthly memberships. I told the cashier I had no intention of returning. Don't live here. He replied it didn't matter. I wonder if their database is secure enough to protect that information on all of the cars that have ever been washed there. Also no towels. Their customer service rep told me sometimes they have them and sometimes they don't. A lot of angry customers there today. Next time I'm passing through will seek another car wash. This is a fun place to go to get your car washed. You are greeted by friendly staff that will "check you in" (by typing in your license plate) Depending on what wash you choose, you go through the garage where you car is washed and dried. They have some nice-smelling soaps, I might add. Then you can pull around to the side of the building where they have covered parking and free vacuums and waste disposal cans so that you can make the interior of your car as clean as the exterior! read more

Been there several times and every time I come out with more and more scratches. It also ripped off my antenna. And I've noticed chunks of grease splattered from the machines. I went through the car wash around 8pm tonight. The employees helping me were very nice and helpful. However, as I went through the wash itself I felt very unsafe. I felt unsafe due to an employee washing part of the wash with a pressure washer. I was just worried about the hose of the pressure washer getting wrapped up and potentially causing damage to not only my car but others in the wash! They waited until 9 to come out and tell us that they were closed and had horrible customer service. We tried explaining that we were there well before 9 but they said "Um w'll we have a computer in there that said it was 9 and it got turned off because of that."
