I love going here to get my car washed. It's fairly priced and the staff Are always very helpful. I will continue to go there to get my car washed forever. read more

I never leave here satisfied with the quality of quick quack washes. Me and my wife only came here because it was the closest to where we were. After the car wash we parked the car to wipe down the car as we wiped down the car we noticed lots of dried up water spots, bugs still everywhere. So we spent 30 minutes just scrubbing the car clean and to dry it off. Mind u the washes here are not cheap and we did the most expensive wash which didn't do much. This doesn't just happen at this location it happens at every location I've been to so far. I just need to bite the bullet and buy myself my own car wash cleaning attachments because I know for a fact I can do a much better job at home. read more

Two issues: 1- The wash did damage to my vehicle. The wash is rough on vehicles. I'm now having to coordinate and get the vehicle fixed. 2- Their customer service is terrible! The person on the phone was nice, but their "company policy" is unreasonable, inflexible and unethical. I won't bore you with details but suffice it to say I've had more than one issue and I will not use this terrible company again. I've cancelled all of my vehicles and will go to another provider. Likely Mister, which seems to have better reviews. read more

This was my 4th car wash I've been to here in Provo. After going to 3 other car washes, it became clear to me that the only to get that clean spotless shine I get when washing my car myself would be of course to just do it myself. As a full-time college student with a full-time job, I frankly just don't have the time to wash my own car anymore. When I saw that there was a car wash with rain repellent and ceramic coating, I decided to give it a try! Although the car wash missed a few spots (which only became apparent when it fully dried), especially on my glass, it really looked so much better! Like I had done it myself! I'm hoping that going more frequently will eventually reach all the spots and keep it cleaner in the meantime! read more

They lost a customer. I took my brand new car here and the car wash scratched the life out of it. It's a car I bought brand new from 2023 so I know when and where I get a scratch. Not happy ;( read more

Has been down multiple times without any notice. They simply put up a sign and that's that. Very expensive for poor reliability and a crowded car wash. Also, difficult to cancel subscription online. read more

Very organized and fast service. Great employees! The vacuums are always working and I love the towel service.

This location is great and the staff are always friendly and nice. Super fast and efficient place to get your car washed at. They have two kinds of vacuums and one air blower that really helps get crumbs from cup holders out which is a lifesaver. The only downside this place has is the drying cloths they provide is always a hit and miss here. Other than that, there is usually little to no wait time but this location is usually only busy during rush hour so typically more later in the day. I'd recommend having a membership here as it is so worth it! read more

Great wash and lots of washing options. They offer free drying towels and one dash wipe. I would like it if they had smelling sprays or tire shine sprays. At $27 for a ceramic wash, I thought it was a bit expensive. read more

I got the #2 option which was priced at $21. My car wasn't overly dirty so I was expecting a quick and clean car wash. Their wash was far from sufficient. I had to go to a different wash after. They also didn't have any towels for me to wipe down their shoddy work with. I tried contacting them several times about the issue and never heard back. Beware of this location. I've now emailed them four times as they've said to do and still nothing. read more

We have been loyal customers of quick quack unlimited plan for about 5 years now. This is the second time our car has been damaged in the car wash. Both times it has been a fight to get quick quack to agree to pay for damages. We are so frustrated with how quick quack handles these situations and will be canceling our membership. read more

I should not have to tell the employee 3 separate times that all I want is a single car wash. They started the conversation by asking what membership I wanted to start which is so rude and annoying Idc if that's how they are trained. They kept pushing for a membership "oh it's supposed to rain all week your car will just get dirty again" I told you I wanted a single just give me the wash. I would appreciate if the employees listened to me the first time I request something. read more

The car wash is fine, the service people are friendly, however taking down my license number is not cool. I'm not buying a membership so there is absolutely no reason you need my number. To say it's for use if anything happens is BS. There are plenty of cameras around the place! STOP TRACKING EVERYTHING WE DO!!!! read more

I've been using quick quack for 8 months now and it's been great. I went from supersonic to quick quack and It has been much better experience. You get in and out quick, the basic wash does a solid job and the free vacuums are nice. I been to a lot of locations and this one has young workers who don't always do a good job at getting cars moving through. They NEVER help you get your car lined up so that's a little frustrating. They give you a free, very low quality dash wipe every time you visit and it usually leaves bad streaks. Really a waste. It's also just disappointing because having a good all-purpose wipe would be so great! I haven't been using them and need to stop taking them. If you're going to cancel your membership use the email. They will never answer your phone call. read more

Quick Quack Car Wash - Unused dash wipes they give you every time you visit. Very low-quality and leave bad streaks. Really a waste. - Car Wash Near Me - Provo, Utah

I love Quick Quack Car Wash! They are always so helpful and it's always a fun experience getting a car wash there. I will say it is very pricey even for the base price so i don't often because of this. read more

This was my first experience with the Quick Quack car wash chain, and overall it was positive. When I pulled up, I experienced a brief wait before being greeted. The price for a basic wash was more reasonable than many car wash chains that I have been to. At $6.99, I felt like it was fair. You'd pay that much if you wanted a wash and vacuum at a cheap self-serve car wash. I was also offered a free dashboard wipe, which was super nice to use to wipe everything down after I had finished vacuuming. I was able to wipe down my steering wheel, stereo, gear shift, and dashboard, which made my car feel clean and new! One thing I loved, at this location at least, was the fact that no one tried to sell me a monthly membership. Most other chains will try to sell you a membership EVERY time you go, when some of us just want to wash our car once every month or two. After going through the wash, I didn't feel like my car was quite as clean as it has at other car washes, but to be fair, I forgot my microfiber cloth at home that I normally bring with me to wipe it down. As other reviewers mentioned, I didn't feel like the car wash was as smooth as other washes that I have been to, but I didn't find any damage on my car afterwards. As far as vacuums go, I have mixed feelings. They are much stronger than other car wash vacuums I have used, but I felt like they were actually a bit too strong, as they roughed up the carpet of my car a bit. Another issue I had was the fact that there weren't vacuums available for use on both sides of the car, unless you wanted to trade off with the person parked next to you. Even when using vacuums on either side of the car, I didn't feel like they were angled properly and I struggled with the hoses. On the bright side, there were two different styles of vacuum attachments available, which I have not seen at other locations. With this being such a convenient location, I suspect that I will return, but probably only every few months. read more

Great attitude over there! Doing something right that's for sure! Always a pleasurable experience & vacuums are high powered!

I am so disappointed to say that I will never go to or use quick quack again. My in person experience was absolutely phenomenal throughout my time having a membership with them. However, their telephone customer service is an absolute joke. I went a month ago to get a car wash and the cute girl working the line told me about the deal they had going on for the most expensive membership plan. I believe it was half off. Normally $38.99 and was $18. I said I would get it but that I needed to know when I needed to cancel it and how. She told me that I could cancel it in person or online and that I just needed to do it by 11/05. Yesterday 11/03 I was charged $38.99 (two days early). I went ahead and emailed their customer service expressing that I would like to cancel and would like a refund since they charged me early. They proceeded with canceling my membership but did not address the refund. So today 11/04 I called the customer service line and spoke with Braden who told me that the girl who sold me the membership gave me the wrong info and that he would not be able to give me a refund. I wasted little time talking to him and asked to speak to a supervisor. Thats when I spoke to Breanna. She told me that she could not refund me either because the "system" wouldn't allow her to. She also told me if Braden hadn't already canceled my membership she would give me a free month (he isn't the one who canceled my membership). She told me that in the fine print it states to cancel 5-10 business days before the renewal. Thats a joke considering in person when you ask they say nothing of the sort. Its sad because I truly have loved going there and have had such a great in person experience. But sadly Breanna and Braden ruined my experience and have made it so I will never go back. Not just that I will tell all of my family and friends not to go back either. How sad they cant refund $38.99 to have a returning customer, instead they lose a customer and probably many more than just myself. If you sign up for a membership here make sure that you don't intend to cancel or that you cancel way far in advance because otherwise they will screw you over. read more

Great costumer service! Helpful team. Great car wash and quick service. Highly recommend.

Quick Quack will QUICKLY CRACK YOUR CAR! They broke my brand new windshield and refused to fix it. When I called the manager was incredibly unkind. Do not go!! The manager is mean and unethical!!! Even if he wasn't going to fix my windshield he could be kind or apologetic but nope. Even his voicemail was rude. NEVER again will I go here. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Utah has such a weird thing with customer service and somehow car washes ended up playing the game, to which I wasn't disappointed here. The staff is super friendly, and while wait times are long, it's generally worth it. I caution on buying one of the lesser washes though since the last time I went, I did so and my cars hood wasn't cleaned all the way. If you spend the extra money, you won't be disappointed. read more

I never thought I'd be writing a horrible review regarding a car wash was the worst experience I've ever had. After waiting in line it was my turn to tell the employee what car wash I wanted. I told him I wanted a single wash and the next 5 minutes he tried selling me on a monthly membership. After saying no multiple times I asked if he was not going to accept my payment to which he responded I'm not making a good financial decision. I asked him to please accept my payment for a single wash or help me leave the line - he chose to help me leave the line. read more

I have visited car washes all over the U.S. This is the first and only one requiring my license plate number to get a car wash. I was told it was for monthly memberships. I told the cashier I had no intention of returning. Don't live here. He replied it didn't matter. I wonder if their database is secure enough to protect that information on all of the cars that have ever been washed there. Also no towels. Their customer service rep told me sometimes they have them and sometimes they don't. A lot of angry customers there today. Next time I'm passing through will seek another car wash. Would never go back there again. read more

Don't bring your car here, the staff does a sub par job guiding you on to the track, worst part is I wanted to use the unlimited monthly membership to keep my black 2017 Acura ILX clean, but I've started getting scratches on the car from their machines, now I'll need to go get my paint restored and go back to washing the ride by hand, avoid this place at all costs, especially if you are the owner of a black car read more

This is a fun place to go to get your car washed. You are greeted by friendly staff that will "check you in" (by typing in your license plate) Depending on what wash you choose, you go through the garage where you car is washed and dried. They have some nice-smelling soaps, I might add. Then you can pull around to the side of the building where they have covered parking and free vacuums and waste disposal cans so that you can make the interior of your car as clean as the exterior! read more

Great wash! Employees are awesome! Recommend this location out of all of them!!! It's the best!

It says they close at 7 pm, but they turn you away starting at 6 pm, so be mindful of that.

Been there several times and every time I come out with more and more scratches. It also ripped off my antenna. And I've noticed chunks of grease splattered from the machines. Every time I go it folds my mirrors back so it's obvious the machines are not very gentle on paint. That being said, it's cheap so you get what you pay for. read more

I went through the car wash around 8pm tonight. The employees helping me were very nice and helpful. However, as I went through the wash itself I felt very unsafe. I felt unsafe due to an employee washing part of the wash with a pressure washer. I was just worried about the hose of the pressure washer getting wrapped up and potentially causing damage to not only my car but others in the wash! It's a great wash but not a smart move on that employe. Do better Quick Quack! read more
