Spots from dead bugs on the windshield right after washing the car
    Shelby B.

I go here cause the membership is cheaper being on it with my parents. Plus, I like my car being clean!! But really, it's just a very superficial clean! The membership has a "bug repellent" spray. Umm does it work? I took my car on a trip in June and 3 months later and NUMEROUS washes later, I still have the same bugs on there. Either that or there are bugs that just happen to splatter in the exact same spots in between every wash also after a wash there are still spots all over the windshield from bugs. So again, nice to have a "clean looking" car. But really even with the ultimate wash it's a superficial wash.

My cracked windshield and remaining roof rack anchors.

I was a frequent customer for 2 years, but I will not be returning. My roof rack and storage were torn off my car on September 4, 2021 causing more than $7000 in damages. Wiggy Wash admitted fault and guaranteed that they would file a claim with their insurance and it would be resolved quickly and professionally. They then spent the next 7 months ignoring my emails, refusing to provide updates OR their insurance information, and stating that they were not to blame for the long wait because insurance claims can take several months. The owner of Wiggy Wash finally provided their insurance information and told me to "reach out to them to coordinate a resolution" myself ONLY after I threatened to take legal action in March 2022. When I contacted the insurance company, I learned that Wiggy Wash submitted the claim 2 WEEKS before they sent me their insurance information (more than 200 days after the incident). I have countless emails from Wiggy Wash customer service, a district manager, and an owner proving that they were lying by omission and/or blatantly lying from September 2021, through the beginning of March 2022. In the end, I resolved the claim by myself with their insurance company in less than 3 weeks. I honestly believe that their goal was to waste my time by giving me the run around until I gave up or went through my own insurance company. The way Wiggy Wash "handles" claims is not ethical or in good faith and customers need to be aware.

I was skeptical taking my new car here, as I had heard horror stories of damages taken to vehicles with Wiggy Wash taking no responsibility for their damages. And of course, my FIRST time through: Dented my passenger side door, wax or whatever chemicals used ate away at my weather stripping, and tore my drivers side turn signal off. Again, this is a BRAND new car. The guy said he'd run it up to his manager, and I asked "But he'll just brush it off like you right?" "Basically." Never go to Wiggy Wash UPDATE: I spoke with TY today. And magically, the day that my car got dented, is the same day "their cameras stopped working." How convenient that the only way to verify the damage, "didn't record."

I finished washing as usual and prayed and hoped that none of the nails got into my tires... 3 weeks later, I had routine maintenance for 25k on my car and the dealership called me at work to tell me that THERE WAS A NAIL IN MY TIRE and that the location of it made it irreparable, and given that my tires were 2 years old at that point, I wasn't able to just replace one tire; I had to replace ALL 4 TIRES for a total of $1200. I guess I even had to count myself lucky that with my daily commute on the freeway to and from work, I didn't experience a blowout or car accident! I tried contacting the owner of this car wash to tell him about what happened. I didn't even request him to cover part of the cost of the damage, nor did I threaten him in any way. I simply wanted to make him aware of what happened. However, no response after over 2 months, and this is why I'm writing this review. I understand that someone other than the owner was the person who dumped all those nails on the ground, BUT I expected at least a text back from the owner saying sorry or that he went and fixed the issue at the car wash by inspecting the facility more often. Still nothing back from him, and I am now terrified to bring my car back to Timpview Car Wash. It's really too bad, because I really liked the concept of hand-washing my car; I don't like automated car washes due to the scratches they put on my last car.

I drove through Supersonic because it was convenient and because it offered free access to vacuums after the wash. First off, I'm not used to the track/car in neutral approach to car washes and the young attendant was VERY patient with me when I had to back up a couple of times and try again. Hats off to him! The trip through the car was was fast and the car came out clean with the basic wash. No complaints there! BUT, the real plus was that the vacuums absolutely rocked. They were convenient (a hose for either side), clean, and POWERFUL. I don't believe I've ever used a better vacuum to clean my car--ever. I was able to get at edge-underneath-the-mat debris (the kind that gets ground in and never quite goes away) better than I've ever been able to do it. I was so happy, in fact, I took a photo. Really, really good experience. I wish I could find the same type of a place where I live.

Damaged Vehicle Policy Over Integrity and People…read more I have been going to Super Sonic Carwash since high school. I got a new Nissan NV van with a roof rack. I took it to Supersonic on State Street in Orem today. As I pulled up to the person taking the payment I asked if I was too tall for "The Tunnel" (is what they call it) He reassured me that I was not, and that "vans of our size went through all of the time." I paid and then proceeded to the person helping cars line up their tires. Again I asked him if I was too tall. He stopped the machine, had me pull up to the height arch, had me open my car door, climbed up onto the car looked down the top of my rack and affirmed, "looks great! Your good to go!" Going through the tunnel, I heard a series of loud scrapes and thumps. Pulled out and inspected the roof of my van. The entire rack has large gouges and scrapes from the front of the rack to the back. I talked with and showed the damage to two mangers immediately. Caleb and Ben. Both of them told me repeatedly, "clearly our guys made a BIG mistake!" They made a report. (attached) We waited for 20-30 minutes. Then they both came back to my car and told me they couldn't do anything "because my rack is an after market rack". Then Ben (general manager of the tunnel) said to me something to the effect of "I really like this company, but some of the policies just don't make sense." I asked if I could talk to their boss, they said I could not, but they would talk to him and call me on Monday, but "that's just our policy." I pleaded with them to have integrity, put people over policy and DO THE RIGHT THING!! They admitted more times than 3 that this was their fault. And they are unwilling to anything about it. I am frustrated and sad when people refuse to operate with integrity, and are more committed to their policy than their people! I will update this review if they decide to make it right. But otherwise I will take my cars to Quick Quack, they are much closer to our house anyway.
