I am new to Orem. I was always looking for a car wash location that has great service and an outstanding wash that is close to home. I decided to give Wiggy Wash a go because it looked awesome while I drove passed the place. I was greeted by the Wiggy wash employees as they did make me feel welcomed. Also, they briefly explained all the different types of washes and V.I.P memberships that the company has to offer which I thought was really nice. I ended up purchasing the $35 monthly membership pass. The Wiggy Wash employee then put my V.I.P sticker on my front windshield. She explained to me that I can come back any time of the month for a free car wash since I have paid for the monthly membership pass. Also, I'm able to cancel at any time. Overall, the car wash was pretty awesome. Some other Yelpers have complained about the dryers not being strong enough but I believe Wiggy Wash has resolved this issue due to me not having the exact same problem that they had faced. I do love how the Wiggy Wash shines your tires for you if it's what you paid for. Also, the wash does clean underneath your vehicle if you have that apart of your membership too. My car is pearl white so at the end of the Wiggy Wash I was quite impressed on how clean the outside of my car looked. The dryers worked wonderful as well because my car did not have any remaining water marks on it which was fantastic. At the end of the wash you have the option to use the free (self-service) vacuums. I thought the option of the free vacuums was definitely a plus. Although, you have to bring your own cleaning supplies if you plan on wiping your exterior and/or interior down, so be sure to keep that in mind. In December I approached WiggyWash in Orem with a Handicapp modified Chrysler mini van and had the crew look at the configuration to make sure it would go through their facility as it sits lower than most vehicles. They inspected it and said it would. It wouldn't and damaged some of the fiberglass farings on the left front bumper that had to be replaced for a cost of $500. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had the staff take pictures and send the claim to their insurance that very day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]By January I had not heard anything and returned to the facility. Manager Corbin called the company who indicated they hadn't received any claim so he submitted it again.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Since then I have been playing phone tag with the claims dept which is in the Phillipines which wanted to know the claim number that had never been given to me and searching under my name said a claim had never been filed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So in essance I have been back and forth with noting but voice messages and no returns. Basically I am fu**ked on this claim. Extremely unprofessional and dangerous experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A worker with tattoos yelled at me while I was still in my car, aggressively telling me to shift into neutral.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I followed their directions, but they did it too early--before the car in front of me had moved--causing my vehicle to start sliding backward. To make matters worse, they waved the car behind me forward as mine was still rolling. I nearly got hit because of their carelessness and attitude. Stay away from Wiggy Wash. After that I was charged for 3 accounts. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called customer service and they apologized, credited me for the overcharge and said both accounts were open and active and offered me a discount on my account.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I took my wife's car in later, and again was denied. I called customer service and this time was told this is all my fault and I need to update my card information, the same one I've been using for years[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Utah County has a car wash on every corner. We'll not really but we have a lot. So there is a choice. I've tried all of them and Wiggy Wash is better than any others. They have over 15 dryer blowers but somehow it still can't dry my car windows. They stack the cars to close but I just proceed when I have a little bit more distance in front of me. I don't want someone backing into my car. The wash cleans very well. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. read more

I go here cause the membership is cheaper being on it with my parents. Plus, I like my car being clean!! But really, it's just a very superficial clean! The membership has a "bug repellent" spray. Umm does it work? I took my car on a trip in June and 3 months later and NUMEROUS washes later, I still have the same bugs on there. Either that or there are bugs that just happen to splatter in the exact same spots in between every wash also after a wash there are still spots all over the windshield from bugs. So again, nice to have a "clean looking" car. But really even with the ultimate wash it's a superficial wash. read more

I was a frequent customer for 2 years, but I will not be returning. My roof rack and storage were torn off my car on September 4, 2021 causing more than $7000 in damages. Wiggy Wash admitted fault and guaranteed that they would file a claim with their insurance and it would be resolved quickly and professionally. They then spent the next 7 months ignoring my emails, refusing to provide updates OR their insurance information, and stating that they were not to blame for the long wait because insurance claims can take several months. The owner of Wiggy Wash finally provided their insurance information and told me to "reach out to them to coordinate a resolution" myself ONLY after I threatened to take legal action in March 2022. When I contacted the insurance company, I learned that Wiggy Wash submitted the claim 2 WEEKS before they sent me their insurance information (more than 200 days after the incident). I have countless emails from Wiggy Wash customer service, a district manager, and an owner proving that they were lying by omission and/or blatantly lying from September 2021, through the beginning of March 2022. In the end, I resolved the claim by myself with their insurance company in less than 3 weeks. I honestly believe that their goal was to waste my time by giving me the run around until I gave up or went through my own insurance company. Service was good getting to the wash - guy helped me get my order in quickly to proceed to the wash. I was doing a quick run-through before fully detailing my car to sell it. BIG MISTAKE. But the Wash absolutely DESTROYED my car's paint job on the front hood. Went in w/ perfect paint, left with countless (like definitely more than FIFTY tiny chips). WTF. Also love that I commented on their facebook about this and never got a response. Now, hilariously they have blocked me on FB when I made a customer comment to the above. So I can't comment (lest I say something unflattering) or write a review for them. Good thing yelp exists. Classy. Cant even respond to a customer with a valid concern/complaint without just trying to delete the experience so other unsuspecting customers are oblivious to what this place is really like. I was skeptical taking my new car here, as I had heard horror stories of damages taken to vehicles with Wiggy Wash taking no responsibility for their damages. And of course, my FIRST time through: Dented my passenger side door, wax or whatever chemicals used ate away at my weather stripping, and tore my drivers side turn signal off. Again, this is a BRAND new car. The guy said he'd run it up to his manager, and I asked "But he'll just brush it off like you right?" "Basically." Never go to Wiggy Wash UPDATE: I spoke with TY today. And magically, the day that my car got dented, is the same day "their cameras stopped working." It's very rare that when when I take my car to car to a car wash it looks dirtier then before it went in. I got my car wash last Friday and I got the ultimate wash for like 12 bucks. When I got out of the car wash all my windows had the soap were it dried and ran down the windows. That you then have to wash the windows yourself to get them off. I was disappointed about that. like my car is always dripping when I'm driving home which I thought the dryer at the end took care of that. My car ends ups dirty again because my car didn't get dried very well. I don't know if this is rare or not or just bad luck. But I was disappointed. read more

Avoid this car wash!! After paying for months and using the terrible service that has parts down consistently. I have thought about canceling and now I did. I took my 2017 rav4 through with no damage or aftermarket parts. The tire shining machine ripped my bumper off. I thought for sure they would take care of it because they damaged my car on camera. I was wrong. After the manager was very rude and took the report. A month ago I went in for a basic $10 car wash. The employee there told me I could get one month of car washes if I added on $5. Seems like a good idea so I went for it. Now a month later, I was billed $19.99 which is their monthly unlimited carwash amount. I was never told I would be billed this amount and i was billed without my knowledge. Now after trying to get through to their customer support on the phone for over an hour, by call was dropped twice and their support is closed at 3 P.M. Shady business practices and terrible customer service. I won't be using wiggy wash again. read more

If you'd like to put your car in the hands of completely ignorant people who will not take any responsibility for damages or issues caused by their car wash, wash herat your own risk. I've been through many washes with my vehicle and never had a problem. I've even been here multiple times. The most recent time I washed, the car wash damaged my paint in multiple places. When I called (as soon as I go home as saw the damage) they were quick to set a time for me to bring it by. They made the proper documentation to file a claim. When I called to check the progress of the damage claim, they asked me to come in once again with the car. Long story short they tried to claim that the car wash is not capable of damaging the paint "In this way". We asked them to pull the video footage where you could clearly see the paint was undamaged. They then said "you can't really tell" and continued to deny any responsibility. They then want to walk me through the was to somehow prove that the wash is incapable of such damage.. Now the want the car brought in, yet again to stand around and waste our time. Do yourself a favor and wash elsewhere. There are plenty of washes in Utah County that are helpful, friendly, and willing to take responsibility in their place of business. read more

Wiggy used to be good, but I sold a car and tried to cancel the membership. Good luck! The new Mammoth Holdings makes it almost impossible. It's worse than trying to cancel a gym membership. It has been a bad enough experience that I am in the process of cancelling my other three memberships. The wash is average at best but it was still nice to keep salt off the cars. Wiggy Wash could drop their prices to $1 a month for unlimited washes, and you would still be better off getting a subscription elsewhere. The wash damaged my car, and I had to take it in for repairs and be without my car for 5 days. They told me they would provide a rental car, but then blocked my email address so that I couldn't communicate and set up a rental car. I went into the location and they told me there was nothing they could do but have them email me again. They did. And when I went to respond, the email was again blocked. I called customer service and was told that there is no working number I can call to set up a rental, they only do email in that department. Go figure. They literally dodged me to get out of needing to provide me a rental car. The ladies at the collision pair replace said they deal with wiggy wash with this SO often. read more

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Wiggy Wash. Their employees are always cheerful and they occasionally add new services to improve the experience. My front bumper was recently damaged in their wash when a bucket fell out of a truck in front of me. Social distancing was their first priority.. closed out every other spot after washing your car to clean inside, first car wash I've seen with a little air hose to blow out excess trash in between your windows, seats, vents etc... large spacing and good pricing . Worst car wash experience ever!!! The only reason I am taking time to write this review is because I have AMPLE time to sit and wait for just getting through the gate! Still waiting on entering the tunnel. Conveyor stopped at least 3 times through the tunnel! I have no problem getting through the turn radius @ Supersonic, but because the turn is too sharp, I end up doing a 5 point turn. 15 minutes start to finish!! This place is a little pricey at $8 a wash, but the quality is not bad. I had just driven over 700 miles and my car was complete toast in the aesthetics department. The machines here took care of that right away. The employees were also super friendly and were not pushy about upgrading to the more expensive washers. Having experienced other car wash places, I can say that the dryers here last a bit longer than usual, which is awesome. Employees also take a bit longer soaping you up for a clean wash. I took my truck off roading to reduce my dear who was stuck in the mud. I went to supersonic on state street and they denied to clean my car do it being "dirty". I went to wiggy wash to see what they would say, and Ashley spent 5 minutes pressure washing the large dirt off my truck and made sure my car was clean prior to the wash. I'm sad to have to leave a bad review for my local Wiggy Wash but people should be warned. The facility is great, I enjoyed washing my car there and had zero problems on that end. The worrisome thing is their billing dept and management. They somehow made 3 separate bar codes for me while I always had the same barcode sticker on my windshield from day one. They had 3 separate accounts for me and were charging me for them. It took a lot of time and effort on my part to get anything refunded. I still never got a full refund because of mistakes on their part. I would not trust Wiggy Wash with my credit card info again. I spoke with a supervisor named Nicky who didn't seem to care about the situation and refused to make it right. read more

I took our 2018 Toyota Camry into the Wiggy Wash on Center Street in Orem, Utah on Memorial Day. The employee seemed to have a difficult time guiding my tires onto the track. During the car wash, the front tire came off the track as the car moved through the wash and stalled. The car behind me rear ended my car lightly at the end of the wash, hitting me twice. Fortunately, no damage was done behind, but when I was able to exit, I parked and looked at the side of the car. A young employee, looked with me. We saw two very damaged and scratched 18 inch wheel discs. I asked to speak with a manager and was informed a manager was not present. He said that he would try to review the footage. About 20 minutes later, he came out and told me he was unable to review the footage because it hadn't been downloaded yet. So I went back the next day, armed with photos of the damage, and the information needed for 2 new wheel discs. I was informed the manager, was too busy to talk with me. I reached out to the Toyota dealer and was told the cost to replace both wheel discs would total nearly $1,200. 24 hours after the accident, I received an email from Wiggy Wash stating that upon review of the footage, of the "PASSENGER SIDE," that damage there had already taken place prior to going the car wash. (The damage I reported was on the DRIVER'S SIDE - that is where the tires were supposed to be on the track!) Wiggy Wash obviously does not seem to care about accuracy or customer service. I will attempt to get in touch with Wiggy Wash again and report back here what happens. read more

Too expensive for what you get. Free vacuums are nice and the location is convenient. The workers are very nice. BUT...the wash is subpar and the dryers are useless. If you don't bring a big towel, you'll leave the carwash with a dripping wet car. That's my biggest complaint. I've been twice to this location, and it's been the same thing both times. read more
