Less than a year ago I got rammed from behind at this location. Corporate admitted, after viewing all of the videos, that it was not my fault. But they said they wouldn't accept responsibility. They had us packed in there so tight, even one of the employees said we were packed in too close. Police got involved, but said this was the worst company to work with. Fast forward... my daughter was hit from behind yesterday in the car wash, again packed in too tight. When I request to not be too close to the cars in front or behind, they refuse to accommodate. Don't bother joining, price increases are a regular things, justified by increase in service which is non-existant. This is corporation is one of the greedest. They wash service is usually low, low on soap. The loading of vehicles can cause damage when the wash halts, which it does and they will assume zero responsiblity. Steer clear! read more

Okay, I'm giving the service guy the benefit of the doubt because I did come in 15 minutes before closing, but I still think it needs to be addressed because if you're going to work is the service industry, you need to be polite. I came in on 4/26 around 8:45. There was a sign blocking the left lane but after you passed that sign, there was enough room to get back into that lane. The left lane says new customers, the right lane says members. I don't have a membership so I pull into the left lane. The guy freaks out and yells "whoa whoa whoa, yea, no." So I move over to the right lane, tell him I don't have a membership, he's says "keepin it simple with one lane tonight" then he tries to upsell me, like they do every time. They start with "what membership do you want to start today?" Which I hate. Then I say I just want the basic crash. Again, tries to sell me on the most expensive car wash. I tell him no thanks, I'm good with basic. I go to pay, he tells me to insert the card but it's a little square reader that you can tap so I go to tap. He rudely says "insert your card" twice. Instead of "hey, actually the tap doesn't work" And then to top it all off, the vacuums are TERRIBLE here. It's a struggle to get everything. Wiggy Wash is where I actually have a membership and love it. The quick quack is right next to my house so if I need a something quick, I swing by as needed. I think I will be going out of my way to not go here again. read more

Not my favorite Quick Quack location. Went on a week day during the day. The service was slow (only one person working) and he did not apologize for the wait. The overall wash experience was good. The drying experience was poor. One side of my car did not get dry and I think it was because some of the dryers are broken. There were a lot of water spots on my car that I had to dry myself after they dried. This is definitely a smaller location. I'm not sure I'll be back to this location. I think I would rather go to the Pleasant Grove one. read more

Visited this car wash for its convenient location, but my mirror broke while going through. Filed a claim with the attendant and he told me they would reach back out in a day or two. Several days later I had to call. Only for them to deny responsibility, although a mirror is clearly not listed under the list they provided. They still claim zero responsibility. read more

I've had my new car for about two months now. In that time, I've washed it here twice. If your car isn't dirty, then this place will make it look fine. If your car is actually dirty, don't come here. The second (and likely last) visit, was after driving out in the dusty west desert area over a few days. My car was dirty and dusty, but nothing that a hose wouldn't instantly take off. I took it here, and you can look at the pictures yourself. There is still mud all over my car, which isn't acceptable for a $15 car wash. I also noticed a set of circular scratches on the left side of my car towards the front, a bit above the wheel. A place that no door ding is ever going to happen. I've only had it washed here, and I can't think of any other way those scratches could have occurred. Scratches are always hard to pinpoint when/where they happened, so while I can't say they definitely happened here, I really struggle to think of any other way they could have happened. I don't think I'll be back, which is really too bad because they are in an OK location and I like the idea of being able to come back for a second car wash within however many days of your initial wash (depends which option you buy). I'm not sure I'll even bother going back for my "free" wash, because the first wash missed so much. Also, the entire top of my car wasn't touched at all, and remains a dusty mess. read more

Avoid. Car still dirty. Even worse, I watched as the attendant proceeded to use the vacuum to pick up the trash in gutters of each stall. That is correct. Vacuum we use for the interior car, we're the same ones this business used to pick up the trash in the gutters. 2nd strike. During covid phase 1, they sent customers thru wash, accepting FULL pmt without offering full wash. I came through to get a car wash and paid full price. It wasn't until the end of the car wash that we were told there would be no Vacuums at the end of the service. Understandable and no big deal. But I came for the vacuums. They should have been up front before accepting our money. They did not tell any customers this before they paid and accepted payment. There were several attendants that had an opportunity to show or share the information. Management was very rude today when I explained it. They lost a year-round customer. Thanks to the rude large guy taking pmts today. Had his attitude been better I would've understood. It's not what one says, it's HOW. I went through the car wash 3x in a row just barely. The 3rd time the girl gave me the #1 car wash and still had water marks (from sprinklers 2 days ago) on the entire right side of my car. The girl at checkout wrote spray right side annnd the girl with the sprayer stood on the left just spraying the entire front windshield. I don't know how much more descriptive the girl could've been to let that girl know the right side of the car? I also kept a close eye the 2nd and 3rd time and noticed the equipment barely touched the right side of my car. Maybe I expected too much from the car wash? read more

We've been using the American Fork & Pleasant Grove Quick Quick's for a few months. Leaves a lot of residue on our car, so not really that clean. Saw we were billed today, so I called to cancel. They're "not able to refund" so we're stuck with it through May 5th. I won't use them again. read more

I received a mailer to try out for a month, so I returned a couple times since my first time. I am content with the price and service (especially those strong vacuums) but I don't think the wax / sealant does much... there is always residue after it rains or snows. The lines, though always long, always move incredibly quickly which is a big plus. I'm never there longer than 15-20mins. read more

This is my local Quick Quack and I've had an unlimited plan or membership or whatever it's called since it opened. For the most part, it's good. Every once in a while, on really busy days, I might get a bad wash but I go back the next day and it's fine. The Good, The vacuums are amazing. They will suck the dried-up cheerios and stale french fries off your minivan carpet like no tomorrow. They also are great for getting stuff out of car seats. Compress air is available to get some of the water out of places that the air jets didn't get. The Ok, It's a basic express car wash. If you are excepting perfection wash your car yourself. I do wish that they would have a stack of wipes at the vacuums. The Bad, This location has the worst entrance. I've seen many a car have to do a 3 point turn to get into the entrance. On busy days the line goes down the street for a 1/4 mile. read more

The saying, "You don't know what you don't know,l certainly is applicable in review of this quick quack location in American Fork. The washing procedure and the check in and machines doing the scrubbing appear to be the same as as other QQ locations in Utah County. But, the vacuum stations aren't! The vacuum suction at this location is terrible. I could tell that the regular attendees of this car wash were busy vacuuming with what they had--and they knew nothing else or better! I rate this location low because the vacuums don't suck here! Lol There are more and more QQ locations popping up here and there, so my recommendation is to go to one of the other ones that have better suction. read more

I've been lucky enough to visit other Quick Quack locations and was just as pleased with the one in American Fork as I have been with all the others. After I pulled in, I was greeted by a young man who smartly asked which of the unlimited monthly memberships he could sign me up for. Nah, thanks man, I'll just take one wash for the day. Clever, and not pushy-which I appreciate. The wash itself was fine. I was in and out of there in a minute or two. Then I headed over to the vacuums to clean up the inside. Even though I got a basic wash, I was impressed with how well it did. No soapy residue left behind and the spots that air dried before me left no water marks behind. (I usually try to towel dry to avoid leaving spots.) The vacuums were strong and I really love having two size options. Great for floors and small spaces. As always, one of my favorite things about this brand is, well, the branding. There are cute signs, colorful accessories and witty plays on words (Duck, Duck GO) that support the duck theme. Let me start by saying when Quick Quack first opened it was a fantastic car wash. It seems to be falling apart. I visit there weekly. The past few weeks the air hasn't been working. Not all of the vacuum hoses actually suck. Some of them do but not very hard. The trash bin was overflowing and unless I walked back to the office hut you can't find an attendant in the vacuum area. The attendants are putting cars so close together that you literally have to hurry and put your car into gear in fear that someone won't rear end you at the end of the car wash. Also, the car wash struggled to get the leaves off of my car which required me to go through two times. It was great in the beginning but it might be time to find a new place. Or if they would just do a little maintenance. read more

I had a buddy tell me not to go to Quick Quack because they put him on their wash package without his permission. Who knows maybe it was an honest mistake. Anyway, I was driving past and figured I would give it a shot since I needed a wash. After telling the girl checking people in three times I did not want to sign up for one of their wash packages, I just wanted a basic wash she started getting snotty so I was not very nice back. Used to love coming to quick quack but i feel it's really gone downhill last few months. workers don't come out to your car until there's a giant line. when there's a long line, it piles up traffic into state street. the vacuums are always broken and the ones that aren't broken are terrible and don't work how they should. the ground outside is always disgusting so after you clean out your car and get back inside, you get mud and gunk back inside your car. they say they provide towels but you have to ask for them which is ridiculous. and when you do get a towel they're always sopping wet. wouldn't recommend this location (at least) if you want to go to any quick quack. read more

This is our go to car wash. I always get the basic single wash because it's less than a gas station wash and does a much better job. Also, the monthly pass for a basic wash is under $20! Favorite things: I love the high pressure air valve (Yellow cord!) to get crumbs out of crevices and the two attachments for getting seats and floors. As with the other Quick Quacks this one had a decent wash and the subscription is well worth the price. On the downside at this location the dryers don't do very well. At the Pleasant Grove location the rinse isn't very good and at the Highland location it doesn't get all the dirt off my wheels. And all of them leave the back of my truck cab if not dirty, then not really clean. But because there is a lot of them and the subscription is good at all of them it's super convenient. I would be more than happy to give them more stars if they could get the issues worked out to provide a consistent wash. As always though the staff is super friendly and seems to be well trained so they have that going for them. read more

I am very disappointed with this unpatriotic company. They did $1 car washes on Veterans day which we all thought was nice until 30 days later when a $29.99 charge was on my credit card. I asked for a refund but they said all promotions automatically renew (somehow I should have known this). I paid for a month that I didn't know about so I didn't use it. UPDATE 7/10: I was in a rush so I visited this location again and pulled into the same stall to vacuum as before. The faulty vacuum had been fixed but now the detail hose was completely missing on one side (had a receptacle, but no hose) and the garbage was overflowing. I saw another stall like this too and there's still no detail hose at all in yet another stall. The other locations I've been to have both vacs available on both sides of the car in every stall. The car wash stopped while I was in the tunnel and when it restarted, the track started moving even though the blow dryers hadn't restarted so I was forced out before my car had been dried. I didn't have time to go back through the long line so I just drove home. As I pulled into my driveway, it became apparent that it is NOT a spot-free rinse. Original review: I don't think there's a spot free rinse and the dryers are often blowing soap off my car which just ends up flung all over the car, plus the drying area isn't long enough to adequately dry the car. The vacuums at this location are consistently AWFUL. They DON'T suck! I pulled into one stall today only to find one side doesn't have a vacuum at all and the other side was missing the detail hose. I moved to another stall and vacuumed the driver side of my car just fine. The vacuum on the passenger side had zero suction. I've also encountered hoses disconnecting from nozzles. I've been to other Utah County QQ locations and not had these problems, but this one is closest to me. But I'd rather drive further than get a subpar experience like I do here read more

I just got back from QQ washing my car, where someone had left behind piles of mud and debris, which got everywhere on me and in my car when I used the vacuum. If you wash your car here, be prepared to get yourself dirty (and possibly your interior upholstery). The drying/vacuum bays are frequently muddy. When you have dripping wet cars and water spraying everywhere it's bound to happen, but it sure would be nice if someone would spray down the cement. This would make a huge difference. When you use the vacuum hoses (when they're not falling apart), it drags through the mud and into your car (or on you). If you drop anything on the pavement (like the one time I dropped a light colored stuffed animal left in my car), it will get dirty enough where you have to put some elbow grease into cleaning it. I don't know about you, but when I wash my car I like to not think I'll have to automatically wash my clothes and shoes because they got all muddy. This alone has me thinking I need to go back to Gorilla wash up the road (in spite of their crazy long lines during peak hours). C'mon guys, you have a good thing going with a convenient location, I would much prefer coming here. I'm just tired of dealing with the muddy pavement. read more

Terrific car wash. Price is right. People are always fast and friendly. They give you a free dash wipe with every wash! Sometimes I even ask for a couple and they are always accommodating. Great customer service. Their systems are top of the line, first class and the best detail is that they recycle their water throughout the day. A lot less water used than if washing your car at home w the hose. Anyone complaining about the strength of the wash needs to remember that these are automated machines, not powerful elbow grease. But despite that I've always been satisfied. Make sure if they use the bug spray you let it sit for about 30 seconds before entering the wash so it can work right. Great company w LOTS of locations. Many states and counties that I've lived and visited would kill for a place like this! read more

Every time I come here they don't keep the cars in order. The iPad is charging so it takes twice as long to check in. Please get them some more equipment. These young kids should not have to think. Just give them the tools please. $45 a month is not worth it when it takes 25 minutes. read more
