I was able to get front one out with the blade of my pocket knife (most likely went down the floor drain) but they had shoved them two wide behind it. I put a note into the slot with the edge of an ID card just enough that it would not fall but was easily able enough o be pulled out and read by the next person. Thankfully these things are usually fixed quickly by the management.

The silver metallic paint on my 2016 Mustang is not easily matched. They did a superb job painting all panels (both fenders,new bumper and hood) The shine and sheen are correct. 2. The wheel was refreshed by a guy they had come in, and he got it wrong both times. Johnathan was so good in getting a brand new wheel quickly. 3. I was dealing with a third part who was paying out of pocket to repair my car and the Valet team did an amazing job on dealing with the paperwork! 4. They did a super job detailing the vehicle before I got it back. The not so good. 1.The headlights were both replaced and they failed to adjust them. When I drove home they were pointing in completely different directions and not even close to correctly. 2. The bumper assembly was replaced and they didn't detail before painting. There are literally tabs and rough mold markings on the ends that should have been ground before painting. Small detail to some people but noticed by me. 3. Overspray on the windshield and gasket...should have been caught while detailing Overall as I said a 4.5. If heaven forbid I ever need another body shop, Valet will be my choice!

I had a coffee spill in just the driver side front section and not under the seat as my car has a 2 inch ridge to catch stuff like that. The shop I took it to took 15 minutes max including check in. It was extraction and then combed through for crumbs and then washed. So of course I tipped well for the $35 cost.

OMG, things have certainly changed since then! ;) Kountry Korner is still going strong, having been acquired and managed most recently by the 'Harts' brand which operates 3 gas stations I frequent here locally. The Harts iteration of Kountry Korner is a clean, well-managed and attractive property with friendly employees, a grill and food items, standard convenience store fare attractively arranged, and the ubiquitous gas pumps to fill up your vehicle. There is an air compressor to fill your tires, and it's free! (I hate being forced to get quarters to buy freakin' AIR - it's a particular peeve of mine) and they have a car wash which can either be automated, or you can choose to hose down your own vehicle in the spray bays - as the weather often necessitates a rinse-off of your roadster to keep road grime at bay. It's a one stop shop for car convenience catering to those coming out of the AF Canyon as well.. It's an excellent convenience combination! If you are in the Highland/Alpine area and require refueling of either your vehicle or of yourself, you could do far worse than heading over to the Harts Kountry Korner.
