If I could give no stars I would. I bought one of their Leap tobacco products and when I opened it one of the cartridges in the two-pack was clearly damaged/leaking all over the inside of the package, rendering it non-usable. It's not an issue that can go through Leap because it's not a manufacturing issue, it's leaked out. I went back a couple hours later, with my receipt and they told me too bad, it's not our problem but you can try Leap. I told them I have my receipt and it's barely opened today. They said they CANNOT exchange it (not even get my money back), the manager is the only one that can and he won't do it either. It seems crazy to me that they can sell someone a bad product and not exchange it. I work retail myself and I know that if there is bad product you can send it back to the vendor. Horrible, horrible customer service. If you buy anything here, you'll just have to hope that what you buy is what it's actually supposed to be inside the package. How do you just sell bad product to someone and not stand behind it. Had the package been clear/transparent, no one would chose it if it's bad and generally the store wouldn't either (unless they chose to discount it). So be careful those who shop here, check all your merchandise before you purchase. And if you can't see it (especially if it's expensive), know that they don't care if you get bad merchandise. I understand the importance of customer service and this is UNACCEPTABLE service. I even went to a different Holiday and they said that there isn't any reason they shouldn't exchange it (they couldn't because it was a tobacco product and wasn't purchased at their store). That I can understand and appreciate the honesty. I love Holiday gas stations but this has by far ruined it for me. If you have a choice AVOID THE HOLIDAY OIL ON 1600 N. IN OREM, UT. Unless you're fine with being ripped off or if you buy something that you can CLEARLY see it's good product. I can't believe a manager would be okay with this type of service. If you ask me yesterday, I would rate here as 4 star, but today I will only give it 2. I got home and still angry about their service. Their car wash computer was broken today, I tried multiple times and it didn't work. So I decide to drive through and route back to their front door and ask for assistant. Somehow the device start to spay water when I almost exit, and the water get all the way in and my shirt and wallet are all soaked. When I told them I don't want to do car wash anymore (want to get home quickly) and ask for refund, the gentle man simple refused me impatiently and told me to go back tomorrow for a 're-try'. I am not sure I want to drive all the way back to here at 95 degree and 're-try' the car wash. Yes no one want to work at Friday night, but that is business and you suppose to treat your customer respectful. read more

Typical gas station. Accepts Sinclair gas cards and you get a discount on your fuel. The inside is clean and orderly. The employees are always friendly and nice. I love the fresh popped popcorn and the pebble ice for the drinks. They have a lot of snacks, donuts, drink options but not much selection in the way of hot food, just the typical gas station hot dogs. read more

Hands down best fountain drinks in town. Don't be fooled by the cheaper drinks down the street because that's what you get. The staff is hilarious and really helpful. There is always a huge selection of ice cold energy drinks at a great price. Store and property is always well maintained and clean. Great car wash with reasonable prices on the lot and FREE air! Were coming off the soccer game and it was very nice stop I didn't decide to get a Krispy Kreme doughnut but you offer them.
