I was quoted…read more$100 for a very specific small job and when I booked I got a text later stating they have a shop minimum per hour cost of $130. I had a coffee spill in just the driver side front section and not under the seat as my car has a 2 inch ridge to catch stuff like that. The shop I took it to took 15 minutes max including check in. It was extraction and then combed through for crumbs and then washed. So of course I tipped well for the $35 cost.

The bad: They lured me in with the $30 hand wax special. First, they scheduled me wrong. When I showed up for my appointment, they jumped the price on me to $85. Then agreed to do the $30. Then told me the $30 price was actually a special from last month and it would be $50 with interior. Was a bit of a headache but I got the car back looking 85% better for a good price, so I can't complain much! Will be coming back at a future date for more services

But on one visit recently the pads came down to wash after I ordered touch-free. When I brought it up, they took it seriously and sincerely apologized and sent the manager out. Luckily there was no damage, the manager took his time explaining to me the tech didn't hold down the button all the way and he has customers that pull up and remind the tech again they are touch free - annoying but its worth the extra reminder. He gave me a coupon for a free wax. I appreciated how they handled it and now I remind the techs before I enter.
