After finally beginning the repair, it took another two weeks to complete what should have been a simple job. A full month later, with virtually no communication, my car was finally ready for pickup. When we arrived, an employee discreetly attempted to charge the battery before handing the car over. What they failed to disclose was that they had completely drained it. The car drove home, but the next day it would not start and displayed a major system warning -- issues that never existed prior to bringing it in. I reached out multiple times with photos and received no response. However, they had no problem repeatedly texting me asking for a review. To make matters worse, my car now has scratches that were not there before, my personal air freshener was thrown away and replaced with a cheap promotional one, and the interior was returned dirty. It's also concerning that while their Google rating appears high, their Yelp rating sits around three stars. Given my experience -- and even a local AutoZone employee mentioning that customers frequently come in after issues with this shop -- it makes you question the consistency of those positive reviews.
