He went out of his way to keep in touch with us and make sure we were safe until we could get off the interstate. He is one of the most down to earth people and was genuinely happy to be able to help. They will respond to this claim by saying that they are following Utah law. However, they do not tell you that they are charging the maximum fees legally allowed. They know well that most offenders are college students yet they charge them as much money as they are legally allowed to take. What a greedy company, the state law is the only thing stopping them from scamming more money from these college students. There is no reason to charge the maximum fees when the car was towed for a total of 7 minutes and was stored in their location for less than an hour. This company is pure greed.
