They have been at the last 3 places I lived and the last one was helpful because someone parked in my spot and was there for 3 hours, so of course I would have them towed because I pay for that spot and had to park 10 minutes away. They will respond to this claim by saying that they are following Utah law. However, they do not tell you that they are charging the maximum fees legally allowed. They know well that most offenders are college students yet they charge them as much money as they are legally allowed to take. What a greedy company, the state law is the only thing stopping them from scamming more money from these college students. There is no reason to charge the maximum fees when the car was towed for a total of 7 minutes and was stored in their location for less than an hour. This company is pure greed. I hope Mr. Clint B is happy that he gets all his money off of the backs of poor college students that he takes advantage of.

After a long day I called lone star and they were so nice and said it would be no problem and Seito the driver arrived soon after I called and they towed it within the hour!
