The biggest thing that stuck out to me was that he didn't even bring up the bill until the very end, as opposed to paying up front. His kindness, honesty, and integrity is rare in business these days. The whole way up he was very reassuring and kind after an awful night of getting my car stuck in a mudslide. He shoveled some rocks aside and was able to get my car out quickly and completely undamaged. I have a strong feeling that this guy wouldn't be doing this if he didn't honestly want to help people in crisis.
