Zero stars stay far away. Worst most evil people ever. They have 3 different towing companies under the same location probably because they don't want you to be able to leave them a review. The other names are Express Towing and recovery and Knights Parking Enforcement. Do NOT call them if you need a tow. They are predatory do not give them business. We had a broken down car that literally was in the parking lot for not even 4 hours we had a mobile repair service coming to fix it and these scumbags came and towed our car. Charged nearly 500$ we explained the situation and they have no heart or soul because this is how they make their money. They didn't have any signs that we could see saying you couldn't park there. Towed a total of three times, each time was worse than the last time in terms of professionalism and reasoning. The first tow was fair, I parked my car in a 24hr zone for longer than 24 hours, that's fair. The second tow I parked my car in a permit parking spot. I have a permit sticker. They towed my car because the permit had tape on it. And they defended that it was fake because of that up until I ripped it off my windshield and handed it to them. They also damaged my wheel and tire, but haven't taken responsibility for that yet. The third tow I parked my car in visitor parking at my apartment for a single hour, because I really needed to take a dump, and there were no spots for a quarter mile. They towed my car "because you have a parking permit and should've just parked in a designated spot." -$300 because I paid for parking :) read more

First they towed my vehicle that was legally and properly parked without my permission. When my wife went to retrieve it, the proprietor wanted payment for a tow that was not needed, not requested and for which we had no agreement, implied or expressed. When pressed on these claims the owner was rude to me and wife and would not respond to our questions. His only communication was a persistent request to move the vehicle that he had dropped in order to make room for more. I was in a serious accident and Orem Police happened to call them. -Couldn't pick up my things on a weekend. -Very inflexible hours and had to have an appointment to pick my things up. -They can't even commit to those appointments so you need to be at least 10 minutes early and be ready to wait 30. -Had to deal with the rudest staff I've ever experienced. horrible company. driver who met us and answered the phone was very rude. the location for pick up was very dark with no lights and was just me and my daughter out in the middle of nowhere. On phone he said yeah you will just have to wait in the dark as he arrived 15 mins later than what he had told us and no feeling or compassion. thankfully our uber driver said he would wait with us and we could stay in the car. truly been the worst day. i had all my reasons for why i parked where i did and there weren't signs i could see when i pulled into the lot where i parked. It was raining, my wife was doing 30 in 35 at 8:30 at night when one of the so called professional drivers came up behind her and flashed his lights at her then proceeded to go around her and brake check her. Then turned his rear flood lights on and left them on. While the unprofessional clown is towing a vehicle non the less. I called and he lied about being dispatch and that he had reviewed the dash cam footage hahaha then later admitted he was the driver and called me and my wife a bunch of names then hung up. The experience with this company was not good. Dealt with someone named Bodey who was not truthful and aggressively rude about several things when asked questions. Also we were overcharged per what the state legal tow amounts allow (charged over $320 when the state allows $274). There was damage to the car. Just so many things wrong and the local and state municipalities have this company on their certified tow list! In fact, they just renewed the certification from September 2023 to September 2025 even though it appears that several consumers have brought issues forward. read more

We all need to band together and get this company off the police's call rotation. it's obvious they are not trustworthy enough and are overall not a good business. The manager I spoke with actually hung up on me which has happened multiple times if you look at previous reviews. This whole company top to bottom need to investigated about their relationship with the police. They seem very entitled and confident that orem police is on their side. I will be on the sidewalk in public domain holding my "Express Tow has got to Go" sign if anyone wants to join. I'm there most late afternoons into evening. My parking permit is a little broken on one side and I'm guessing it fell off because when I went out to the parking lot to drive to work, my car was gone. I ended up getting an uber to the towing place and I explained what had happened and even showed the guy my parking permit and he still made me pay $325!!! There were so many random fees on the receipt including gas (for what??). The place was only 3 mins from my apartment. My car was towed from a lot at 9pm. I called at 10, was told to meet the driver at the specified location in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later, they showed up. $310 later, I get my car. Then I notice the damage just in front of the rear tire on the driver's side. "I'll have my manager call you tomorrow." No call. I had to call them and they accused me of damaging my car. My insurance company is getting involved. These clowns don't even take care of your property and won't fess up to damaging your car. Pure predatory towing. Visiting my brand new grandson. Parked at their apartments. Went inside after dinner and 45 minutes later my car was towed while parking in a visitors spot. They literally dropped it off at their yard about a mile away from where it was picked up. Charged me a storage fee of $40 , it was there for 30 minutes while I waited for these 2 losers. We got towed! My husband moved his truck to the street yesterday to help get my 83 year old mother into a car in our driveway. He forgot to move it back and we got towed! I hope no one else has to deal with Express Towing. I can't imagine a worse experience. I called this morning to get information to retrieve my vehicle. I was provided with the address and told to bring $251 cash. I was told he would meet me at the lot at 8:30am. He arrived at 8:44am and he knew I was in a hurry. This made him move even slower. I asked for his name and he wouldn't give it to me. He was incredibly rude and condescending. At one point he even pushed me away from his truck. No one should be treated this way. read more

My daughter's car was towed from in front of our home in Vineyard, UT. It was our mistake and we were willing to pay the fee. My husband called as soon as we discovered the issue to get the cost of being able to get the car out of car jail. He was told it was one price if we paid cash and then a different price if we paid with a credit card. He wrote the amount down. Once we were able to actually meet up with a driver at the lot, we were told someone would be at the lot at 8:30 they didn't show until 9, we were told that the amount was $10 more than what was quoted over the phone. It was a different guy than who my husband had initially talked to and he wouldn't contact or let us contact the original guy. Just kept insisting we were wrong and that it was only 10 bucks and we should just pay it. We ended up paying it because, we had too. Not a good company to work with.
