They don't answer the phone and will send you automated texts using Podium. You'll have no clue who you are dealing with and the texts will request all kinds of information. You'll then be asked to pay a fee with no line items or transparency into what the amount is for. They also don't sent an itemized receipt. They'll tack on every fee possible and charge you $65 in fuel surcharges to tow your car less than a mile. Also know that if you are renting an apartment in Provo that your apartment management company is in cahoots with these towing predators. The management companies get kickbacks to have Utah Predatory Authority tow cars in their lots.
