We are so SO SOOOO grateful for this Automotive Repair Shop!!…read more Our previous mechanics weren't being honest with us and messed up some parts of our car so that they could charge us more for services and repairs! But it was also a blessing in disguise... because if it wasn't because of the dishonesty of the other mechanic shop.. we would've never came to C Jae's!! And they're sooo honest here!!! great people and amazing services!!! They helped us fixed the actual problem, fixed some more minor issues for free AND they have life time warranty for the major fixes that they did for us!! They found the root cause of our problems and saved us so much more money!! SERIOUSLY!! I couldn't recommend them more!!!! If you're looking for someone honest, reliable, and great at what they do. This is it! No need to go any where else!!!

After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.

I had a mechanic who I liked during my BYU days a while back, but they were too busy, so I asked them for a recommendation of who would be good and honest. Immediately they recommended EP Auto. He was busy too, but still he squeezed us in, looked it over, and helped us to feel good about our purchase. And then he didn't even charge us! Now I wish that I lived near Orem just to give this guy some of my money because he was just so darn nice. Thank you so much!

Upon inspection he explained why it's still good and that I can easily put another 30,000 miles on it. I tried to give him a tip and he wouldn't take it. Things were starting to wear out on it, but buying a newer car was not within the budget. At one point I could no longer unlock the Driver's side door from the outside or inside as the long metal arm between the locking peg and the lock itself broke off. No one made or sold that part anymore. I thought I'd have to finish my last year without a car, and then my first couple paychecks after that trying to get a newer one. The mechanics at Mitchell machined a new part and then installed it for about $20. The car saw me through commissioned officer training in the Air Force, and my young family to our first duty station on the East Coast. I'll always be grateful to Mitchell's for going beyond expectations, and at the same time being super understanding of where I was in my life, how needed the car was, and how limited of a budget I had.
