Then he hand me a bill for $375. I explained there must be a mistake. He dropped the bill to $355. I swear if my car wasn't already on the lift I would have never let him take my car. He professed his professionalism, said he was worth it. I just wish he wouldn't have left the fluids from the previous car all over my driveway. Now I have a stained driveway on top of his professionalism. * Update - the Company reached out after my initial review. They were extremely polite and listened to my issue(s) and took corrective action to resolve the situation quickly. I adjusted my rating to reflect the excellent positive customer experience.

Communication was clear & reliable- when I first called I was told exactly when I could expect availability, and he even offered to recommend other companies if their timeline didn't work for me. The integrity & amiability is hard to find in this industry, and I was so grateful for everything my driver (Ty) did for me and my family during the whole ordeal. We hit a ton of (metaphorical) roadblocks and I am still shocked at how easy navigating the difficult situation has been at such a reasonable price. First time using Utah Mobile Tire and it's like "welcome to the future, it's heavenly here." Punctual, even showed up a little early. Great communication, Kevin texted me earlier in the morning to confirm and also again when he was about 15 minutes away. Knowledgeable and well equipped, he had everything he needed and just got to work. Pleasant and kind, he engaged in conversation when I initiated and just kept working when I didn't. Happy to have them back for the next go around! The only criticism I would offer is he didn't bring coffee and bagels, because that's the only way I could see this experience being better than it was. Pricing was fair, a little higher than some discounted tire shops, 100% acceptable given the convenience of using his fuel to come right to my house and I could just go about my morning. Absolutely worth the time & money. Absolutely loved thier truck\trailer "tire shop on wheels" concept. Soooo much better than dying for 3 hours. I've had a few bad experiences with tire shops where they scratched wheels or ripped the bead on the tires. Turning 3 hours into 8 hours and 5 trips back to get made whole. FML! Then told me I needed to call to see if they would approve it, but then he wouldn't wait for us to call and get that approval. We finally got a hold of Allstate Roadside Assistance, who he said dispatched him, and they approved it, then he wouldn't come back to do the job. He claimed he couldn't open it because it was a commercial truck, but it's just a Econoline 250, not a semi, and it was approved. He left us here all night.
