After calling AAA several…read moretimes they stated I had to wait 3 hrs...I called my car insurance roadside service they helped right away This fellow from North State Towing was very quick, prompt and got my car hooked up. I had no ride...so he very kindly said he'd help me into his truck, which was pretty high off the ground. I said no and called Uber. A few years ago I called a Towing Co. and all was good until I went to get out of the tow truck at the dealership....stairs on truck were even ...no place to put a foot to step out. I held onto the door handle and thought I could do it. I slipped, was hanging from door handle...this slip broke my arm. No help was offered. I understand it's up to me to know where to park, but $295 is a huge hit to my wallet with no warning. They responded, saying the signage is clear, but there is not a sign by the park, even though there are signs in other places in the neighborhood. As far as towing, they are obviously good at their job. They got my car from one place to the other.

Then he hand me a bill for $375. I explained there must be a mistake. He dropped the bill to $355. I swear if my car wasn't already on the lift I would have never let him take my car. He professed his professionalism, said he was worth it. I just wish he wouldn't have left the fluids from the previous car all over my driveway. What really crossed the line for me was their handling of my vehicle. They asked for my keys under the pretense of locating the registration, but then proceeded to go through my car without my clear permission. This felt like a complete violation of privacy. There was no transparency, no respect, and no effort to communicate what they were doing or why. Customers deserve to feel that their property is being treated with care and integrity, that was absolutely not the case here. If you have to deal with this company, be very cautious and make sure you understand exactly what they intend to do before handing anything over. Based on my experience, I would not trust them again. I was surprised because today was a rainy day and I'm sure they were busy. Jake was the guy that showed up with a flatbed. He was nice and very fast. The price was $150. Obviously prices vary. I was happy with his work and his kindness was much appreciated. I'm so glad I went with this company.
