What really crossed the line for me was their handling of my vehicle. They asked for my keys under the pretense of locating the registration, but then proceeded to go through my car without my clear permission. This felt like a complete violation of privacy. There was no transparency, no respect, and no effort to communicate what they were doing or why. Customers deserve to feel that their property is being treated with care and integrity, that was absolutely not the case here. If you have to deal with this company, be very cautious and make sure you understand exactly what they intend to do before handing anything over. Based on my experience, I would not trust them again. Utah Division of Consumer Protection They handle unfair or deceptive business practices, including questionable fees. One too often that, they charged me a fee to use my debit card NOT credit card!
