After calling AAA several…read moretimes they stated I had to wait 3 hrs...I called my car insurance roadside service they helped right away This fellow from North State Towing was very quick, prompt and got my car hooked up. I had no ride...so he very kindly said he'd help me into his truck, which was pretty high off the ground. I said no and called Uber. A few years ago I called a Towing Co. and all was good until I went to get out of the tow truck at the dealership....stairs on truck were even ...no place to put a foot to step out. I held onto the door handle and thought I could do it. I slipped, was hanging from door handle...this slip broke my arm. No help was offered. Cld company...they do NOT have to cover passengers..per Utah law. NO I'm sorry or offer of anything. Actually the guy on the phone was a JERK! NORTH STATE TOWING... THANK YOU

I told them it was not an emergency and didnt need to be dropped off until the Monday morning. The driver shows up that afternoon. Very nice gentleman loads up my car everything seems normal. Then he hand me a bill for $375. I explained there must be a mistake. He dropped the bill to $355. I swear if my car wasn't already on the lift I would have never let him take my car. He professed his professionalism, said he was worth it. I just wish he wouldn't have left the fluids from the previous car all over my driveway. Now I have a stained driveway on top of his professionalism. * Update - the Company reached out after my initial review. They were extremely polite and listened to my issue(s) and took corrective action to resolve the situation quickly. I adjusted my rating to reflect the excellent positive customer experience.

I explained to him that he was blocking my driveway and if he could please move forward and that's when he asked me if I could have gotten out and walked up to him and I told him I'm in a medical boot I have a broken foot he then proceeded to cus me out and flipped me off. One of my best experiences was taking a project build to him me and friend could not get the thing running smoothly after first getting it cranked, took to Terry's and it was a simple thing that they figured out in 5 min and didn't even charge me for it. Can be pricier than some others, but I trust them more. Only real issue is it's small shop so can't always get to a real repair (not a diagnosis or quick fix) right away.
