Getting to know Terry I feel like that's just his character and personality. I wanna first talk about my first tow from Terry. Last year I called almost 35 tow truck drivers trying to find someone to help me move a box truck container which I had purchased, to a different location about 10 miles to be converted to a camper. The situation had been that the box was in the dirt not on wheels. Of all those people Terry and one other person was willing to help. The other tow truck company wanted $100 to just come out and look at it and $250 more to move it. I would have been in it more money just moving it then what I purchased it for. This is where Terry jumped in. He was willing to come look at it and I stated that if it got damaged he wouldn't be at fault seeing how hard it was gonna be to get it moved. Almost 2 hours later and with meticulous maneuvers Terry had my container moved. He only charged me $150. I feel like Terry out of the goodness of his heart lost money just to help me out. What a great guy willing to help when no one else was. Now let's jump to a few days ago. I needed my vehicle towed. I found the card Terry gave me and called him. He was excited to here from me and wanted to see pictures on how my camper was going. I told him the unfortunate circumstance of my car needed towing. He said "ryan I'll be able to get you in a couple of hours before I head home before the night." Terry got me within 2 hours of when I called and like the first time he towed me. He showed up with his little dog and a smile as he got out of the truck. I know this is a long writing but I hope Terry continues to be successful for many years to come because of the way he treats people. He could have easily have taken me to town the first time he helped me move my container but he stuck to his word and only charged me what was fair. I'm great full to Terry and hope this review gives him extra business. Thanks again Terry you'll be a customer for life with me.

(The Office reference anyone??) These are not cheap. Be grateful if you get away with paying anything under $1000 for repair. Mine costed $1700. AAA worked with McNiels auto care to ensure it was replaced and paid for. Your insurance normally covers this theft under comprehensive insurance FYI. Call your insurance and give them your mechanics info. As soon as they reviewed the damage, Andrew took pictures and sent me a link detailing exactly what the extent of the damage was. I was able to review the pics myself. AWESOME TOUCH! Never have I seen an auto mechanic use technology in this way to keep their customers updated. After this, Andrew called me to ensure I understood exactly what happened and what was needed in order to repair. It took them about a week total of ordering the part and installation. I also had them do other work on my car while they waited for the part. They did a great job. Andrew was very courteous and explained every step to get my car back up and running as usual. We stopped in last week to get an estimate for repairing our vehicle after we rear-ended another…read morecar, causing a few thousand dollars damage to the other car and resulting in bumper scratches and apparent asymmetry around the headlight on ours. Manager Danny evaluated our car and noted the scratches were minor, but would be expensive to repair and, just using his fist on the plastic part of the bumper, completely fixed the asymmetry around the headlight - after that, even a with a close look at the front end, the damage was virtually invisible. He also carefully inspected under the hood and front end with a flashlight and said he could not see any evidence of structural damage - bottom line: due to the damage to the other car, we were expecting and ready for a big bill to fix ours - Danny not only fixed the most visible result of the accident for no charge, he talked us out of doing more repairs and saved us a bundle. That is integrity! If we ever have another need (hopefully not), this will be our "go to" shop and we'll ask for Danny!
