I have to say when I walked into this store I was not expecting what I got! I walked in to get a…read morenew battery for my Tile (which is hard to find) and I mentioned that I might be interested in getting my key fob fixed. My key fob had been broken for two years after an accident involving me scaring my hubby and him throwing the keys at me thinking I was a murderer! The fob didn't work and the buttons are all missing. Within seconds they had fob working, and minutes later had an appointment set up to replace my case and buttons( they didn't have my particular case in stock). As I was waiting for them to check in their stock for my case, a lady came in asking for some help with her keys. The worker helped her and ended up not charging her because it was a "simple fix". The workers are going to go out of their way to help you! As I'm checking out they ask me if I want a duplicate key fob made while they were at it. I had been looking into getting a second key made and I was quoted between $350-$450 at the dealer and two other key makers. So at first I said no but then asked for a quote. They said they would do it for $150. I nearly died! So of course I said yes and I am just waiting to get back from vacation before I do it! I will update after I get my new keys. But so far don't bother going anywhere else! They were so helpful and fantastic!

His name was Skylar, and he was very friendly, and the process for changing the bulb only took like five minutes. I don't know much about cars, but Skylar was nice and patient in helping me. I ordered a battery from Battery Specialists (BS) for our pool cleaner. An individual from this…read morecompany sent an email verifying that I was ordering the correct size, which I thought was awesome! I measured the old battery and sent the information back. They verified that I had ordered the correct battery. Unbeknown to me, my husband ordered the same battery from Amazon, which we received within 5 days. When the battery from days later, we received the battery. It took 20 days for the battery from BS to arrive. I did not open the package and I immediately sent an email to BS, in accordance with their website, to get permission to return the battery. Their website says: "All returns require a Return Authorization number to be issued prior to being returned. Returned products must be in new condition, include original outer packaging, inner packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the date shipped". To date, I have called them three times, emailed three times, and texted. No response at all. It has been five days - nothing. Given the efforts that they made to ensure I was ordering the correct product, I expected better. I'm so very disappointed.
