The Apple Store wasn't able to fix the device because Batteries Plus had damaged other components when installing and removing a new battery. I was forced to buy a completely new device due to their error. Instead of paying $130 for a new screen I had to spend over $350 on a new device. They just don't seem to have the expertise to repair phones.

Would charge the battery and 2-3 days later it would be dead. Took back to store, was told after they performed testing that the battery is good. Dont know how thats possible other just to get out of the warranty. I bought an interstate battery and havent had an issue in two weeks. Will never buy from them again.
