However, having spent about a month trying to get my resupplies without any progress (it was like the movie "Groundhog Day" only worse), I called Alpine in desperation knowing they are owned by Caddis Capital Management just as You Can is. Bottom line, Lindsay spent an hour and 27 minutes, literally, trying to help me. She was unsuccessful though it was not for any lack on her part. Nicole told me she would pass my message/concern on to Nate her manager. The next day I never received a call. The Care Manager from Huntsman called me to follow up why there were no results in my record. I explained I had NEVER received a call to get the equipment!
