Horrible customer service!!!!! The worst actually!…read more Surprised they are still in business. A year ago they didn't have enough of a prescription that I had dropped off. They told me they would order more. On the day I needed it they said it hadn't been ordered. The next day I asked again, they said since I was the only customer that needed it they wouldn't be ordering it. Well, after many attempts to speak to the owner I decided to take all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. It is a law that if you ask to have it transferred the pharmacy holding your prescription must transfer it! It is not the pharmacies property! I did ask for all of my prescriptions to be transferred!! And they would not transfer them!!! A year later my Dr called in a script accidentally to them. Rather than trying to transfer it I picked it up today. Not surprised that the cost was 2.5x the price than what I would pay at the other local pharmacy. The owner is not a nice person. Has zero concept of what it takes to run a retail business and has zero rapport with the people responsible for keeping her in business. It is illegal not to transfer prescriptions when your customer asks you do so! That being said I would vehemently not recommend this business to anyone.

I got there an hour after leaving my dr. office to find that the Bountiful Drug pharmacy team hadn't even looked at the prescription yet. Once they did, they informed me that the drug wasn't covered so it would cost me $270 and take 24 hrs to fill. What a crock! Upon arrival she was treated like a liar and completely like crap. Apparently "they have no return policy" even when something doesn't work! They got the "owner" on the top home who was just as rude. She interrupted me every single time I went to say something, told me she was having a hard time hearing me and that it sounded like I was really far away from my phone. But then when I spoke up, she accused me twice of yelling and before I could explain that I was speaking louder because she had indicated she couldn't hear me? She hung up on me. Gas lighting at its finest. Man if you can exhibit some common courtesy, decency and respect over the phone? Don't answer the phone. Like I'm sorry it was super swamped in there, but thats not an excuse to be rude and unprofessional. It felt the whole time as if the person on the other end of the line was minimalizing my problems because it was busy and they didn't want to deal with it.
