I went to the CBD shop in midvale on 1005 East Fort Union. I went with my mom to find a CBD oil that we could put on topically. We were looking for pain relief and anti-inflammatory. The person that helped us seemed knowledgeable. After telling us about two different products, we settled on the one that's in the picture. It's black seed oil with charcoal as part of the base. He said it rubs on black, but as you rub it into your skin it turns clear. THIS IS A LIE! We rubbed this in for over an hour and 15 minutes. It definitely got thinner, but there was still a residue of dark brownish blackish color on our skin. This is not acceptable because it's going on my mother's leg. We have to rub it off before going into bed. That defeats the purpose of this. I wanted it to stay on so it could be therapeutic. So I went back to return it the very next day. The man there helping me was rude and unprofessional. He accused me of putting too much on the skin. I am a nurse, I am a woman. I have all sorts of lotions in which you have to use very small amounts. This is not the case. The manager was only willing to give me half of my money back. I am so ticked!!! I will never go back to this store again. I would not have bought this product if I knew that there would be black residue on my skin. Buyer beware. These people do not know what they're doing. The staff was so kind. I didn't know what I was looking for but came in by recommendation of a friend. It's a bit expensive but in my opinion it's worth it. I tried to gummies and they employee gave me a free sample of the CBD drops. It's helped my anxiety and insomnia significantly. Just wish the gummies came in a higher concentration. I needed help in finding a good indica strain to help with my anxiety and to get an oil for the pain I experience from Fibro. Was not disappointed! Diane was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She made me feel very welcome and at ease, as this is my first experience with cbd oils. I chose the bubba kush shatter a vape pipe, edibles and Diane gave me some samples of cbd oil to rub on my hands to help my pain. Overall experience was a 10. Will definitely be coming back here!! I suffer from chronic pain in part due to Fibromyalgia. Anyone who has fibro knows the side effects from Fibro include chronic fatigue, depression and anxiety. This little store is super knowledgeable and helpful. By no means is any of this made with actual thc. They process these products themselves. I felt very comfortable and they were very nice to me. They helped explain the newest products and what they recommended. I'm going to give this a try. This shop is right next to black cherry market. They have excellent product. Here's the but. They are very expensive. They also don't carry accessories or replacement parts for there hive vape machine. I have fibromyalgia and only within the last 3 months has it gotten worse. Really worse. My face was being affected and I was crying. I couldn't speak correctly and I looked like I was having stroke. They were so kind they stayed open long enough for me to come in after normal hours, got me out of pain first before anything, them showed me the correct products for MY kind of pain. I have tried pretty much everything, and pain pills make me very very ill. The cost is cheaper than what I pay in insurance and doctors appointments and RXs. My pain is so severe that it's not completely gone, but I'm just starting CBD and I'm comfortable to go to work and earn my check. I will be returning because they were so kind I cried again! Sariah was extremely helpful and I felt like she really listened to what my issues were & found the best product for me. This store has such a huge selection compared to other stores I've been to and it's nice that it's specific to CBD unlike getting a small selection of products in a health food store or vape shop. Compared to some internet pricing, I do believe the price is a little high, but I also wasn't satisfied with the quality of the product I received from another company. I will update once I try all my products & what the results are! I do think they have great pricing on gummies which is 24 pieces, 10 mg each (240 mg total) for $34. I came to this shop on a friend's recommendation looking for something to help alleviate anxiety I often get from my restless mind. I was promtly helped and given a lot of time by the employees to help me to fully understand the products and there uses. I bought some tincture drops and a vape cartridge. I love the drops more than anything. They work really well and keep me fairly mellow throughout the day with only 4 drops a day. The vape worked awesome but by the third day of having it, I took a drag and got a mouth full of oil. The cartridge was faulty. I went back to the store just 4 days after making the purchase and Ryan helped me to get a new cartridge without any extra charge. They over charge for their products that they say they make but they purchase. Even the CBD isolate they purchase to make their salves aren't their own. They say they make their own products look where those face masks are made. Says Korea. Such lies.
