I have to give this smoke shop 5 stars due to it's management. Smoke shops are a dime a dozen nowadays, and honestly it astonishes me how poorly a lot of them are ran. They don't open on time, the staff could care less about you, their selections of various merchandise is average... But rather than going on about those guys - here is why I like this shop. The owner goes out of his way to accommodate his customers. Say you want to die from cancer and you are particular about the imports you want to relinquish your life to. Well give him a call, he'll stay later. That's how important his customers are to him. But don't make him wait on purpose or too long, I'm sure he has a family or life that's better than work. The other nifty thing I'd like to add, I am a fan of soda's in a can. He keeps some options around that you normally only see in 12 packs. Nothing fancy, just your standard big brand carbonated competitors but still anything different is nice to see. Great shop with tons of variety in products all at pretty good prices! The store manager and other staff is very knowledgeable. Tyrell usually helps me out and is very quick to point out good deals and is an extremely friendly and great guy! I was also impressed that they gave me a business card to call them if I ever want them to stay open a little later if I'm coming close to closing hours. Their dedication to customers and wide product base makes them one of the best shops I've been to! read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!! PLENTY OF SMOKE SHOPS IN SALT LAKE THAT WON'T STEAL FROM YOU!!!! $100 was added to our transaction and went unnoticed until we checked balance for grocery shopping. We had the bubble wrap with price tag but owner insisted it was a more expensive piece. My boyfriend went in for the cheapest piece he could he wouldn't of spent $200 on ANY piece. Owner would do nothing to make it right, just in time for Christmas!!! read more

I like this shop for their prices on coils. If you buy four or five, they will give you a deal. I bought a vape that the clerk just pieced together with random parts. I thought that was kind of weird. It was broken when I bought it, so I brought it back within a few days and they replaced it no problem. Didn't even ask for a receipt. I've tried their juices and haven't found many that I like. I buy my juices from another shop. One thing I don't like is feeling like I'm being watched like a hawk when I go into the store. I get this feeling that I need to get in and get out--browsing isn't really appreciated. But I get that same feeling at most smoke shops, so maybe it's just me, lol. I went to buy a vape pen and the guy helped me find a good one that wasn't too expensive just incase I didn't like it. And then he helped me put the juice in and basically explained it to me so I didn't have to read the instructions. Definitely a solid guy. read more

Until today I've enjoyed patronizing this establishment. Yesterday I purchased a product for about $25 bucks. I took it home and found that it had a defect. I went back to the store today to exchange the unused product with all packaging. I demonstrated the issue and the clerk said you can't do it like that so I did it his way and the same result, the product didn't work as intended by the manufacturer. I was then told I had to deal with the manufacturer. I explained I just bought it yesterday and I've had one before and I know this one has a defect. I also explained that the clerk from the day recommended the product and because I had good luck in the past I made the purchase. Too bad, the owner doesn't want to ship stuff back so these products are All Sales FINAL.... All Sales Final? I didn't want my money back just an exchange for a non defective product. So, I said, give me one of those, a $7 buck purchase as my last purchase from your establishment, an establishment I used to patronize at least five times a week. Generally nice people, except for the old long hair guy who treated me like I was stupid. Cheers! read more
