I have joint pain due to arthritis and I was desperate for any type of relief and a chance at resuming a near normal life. I saw the advertising for Instaflex and was encouraged. Four months down the road and I had no significant improvement and on top of this was the unauthorized subscription of the ineffective product. I kept searching for a supplement that would give me relief and instead my research directed me to a topical serum called Solviva Mobility Spinal Care Serum. I just apply it and it dries quickly. I can honestly say that from the very first application I felt significant pain relief. I am now a month in and I am pain free with a large range of flexibility. Most of all I no longer have to swallow pills everyday to get immediate relief. read more

I ordered this product and was relying on their 90 day money back guarantee. I have called repeatedly to cancel the subscription I never signed up for. I call just today and they're sending me yet another package despite having called 3 times to cancel. Please don't waste your money. There should be some recourse to getting things cancelled when you never subscribed. read more

After numerous emails with them they said I could write return to sender on the package and return for a full refund. That was over 2 months ago and they claim they never received the product back so I am out of $82 for something I didn't want! read more

I was doing my "homework" when looking for a supplement to help alleviate joint pain from years of working on my feet as a nurse. As soon as I read their definition of an "osteophyte", their definition describes it as "salt crystal" deposit into the joint. This is hugely inaccurate! An "osteophyte" is a small bone spur that protrudes from the bone, caused naturally from wear and tear on the area or joint it protrudes from. Nobody should buy this garbage, especially with the misinformation such as this! read more

Never ordered multiple vitamin. Never ordered subscription to Instaflex Advanced either. However, fortunately it has helped. Now they have another, Instaflex Complete trial for $5.99 2 week supply. Am I suppose to take both Advanced and Complete types? Couldn't find answer so I just wanted to stay with what works so I did not sign up to subscription for new product. Only 1 time trial order. Well suddenly I'm getting the Instaflex Complete too! I asked them to cancel their new product immediately. Well they did respond promptly but they cancelled both!! Not what I asked for in my email, but what they responded. Clearly not read. In reading some other reviews I 'm not sure if I should contact them about only requesting cancellation on new product that I never asked to subscribe to, but never asked to cancel both?? They did cancel Vitamins after sending them twice without requesting an order for them. read more

Read their Activation before you get the ""FREE" 14 day trial. They don't hide, but it is not in Flashing lights either. You can cancel your Subscription, yes, subscription, however unless you don't cancel before you finish the 2 weeks you are lucky. In my case I ordered on27Jan, that is when the 18 days started. The order was held at the warehouse for about3 days, and I received it 5 Feb. Ten days later, after 10 days, I went to cancel. The first forced "Refill" was already in the works to be charged and then shipped. I have an $80 charge on my CC, but the product is no where in site. No hassel cancelling "subscription", but I am not getting a refund for a product that did not work for me. You have lost your money on the first 'refill'. The 18 days are from the time you ordered the trial, NOT from the time you get it. read more

This supplement does none of what it touts. I tried to cancel my subscription but received no reply. I went to the website. They have a form you fill out to cancel, but they want me to pay $14.95 on my credit card, to send them a registered letter. They offer a money back guarantee. They sent me three bottles, two after I tried to cancel it. I would like my money back for the two bottles I didn't ask for. Please. read more

I canceled my subscription because I never received a free sample. I did approve for them to send another one out and paid the shipping. I told them after that that I did not want their product anymore and this is the third month They pulled it out of my account, and I disputed it with the bank And Instaflex got their money back after it had been returned to my account, pending the decision I have. Talked to them and the man did I reached in customer service was very pushy and would not take no for an answer. I may update this because I am going to attempt to contact them again today by phone. read more

I don't know how I got involved with Instaflex but I did and regret it, not that the product in no good cause I don't know but the billing and return policy is very poor.I received a package from Instaflex and had no idea what it was and where it came from so I set it aside. About a month later I received another package only a different drug again not knowing anything about it. It wasn't till I checked my credit card statement that I found I paid $77 for something I didn't order.I contacted Instaflex and stopped my subscription and requested a refund. I was told I would get a refund for the last shipment after after they received the return but the first parcel was past the return date and they wouldn't refund it. This was all after I explaind I would never sign up for a product m doctor didn't advise me to take. read more

They are not available for when you want to cancel before the auto refill. This ploy is expected but not excused.

You make it impossible to cancel subscription within the cancellation period. If there is a bill to my bank I will notify fraud department. In fact I'm letting them know tomorrow because it's Veterans day today. Your comments below from other clients say the same thing. This is your only warning. I only wanted the samples. Cancel my subscription now please. I'm canceling within the legal time frame alloted. Suzanne~Hilo Hawaii read more

I tried 14 day supply...not finished with it yet. Then they sent a 30 day supply bottle and charged $81.28. BIG SCAM!!!

This is a terrible company. Tried to buy a few bottles of their product and they ran my card so many times for $200 that it was stopped as fraud by my Credit Union. They had to completely delete my card and now I'm off to get a new debit card. Em-fers. read more

My Uncle ordered instaflex for me due the constant pain in my knees. Each day I took it I found I was in more pain than the day before. After 3 days of increased severe pain I stopped taking it. They will post a charge you didn't authorize for $82. to your acct. FRAUD!! There are multiple disputes on this company.

They are the biggest scammers, please do not fall for their scam. First, they have a promotional offer and charge a nominal amount for shipping and handling. That promotional product doesn't arrive for almost 3 weeks and in teh meantime they charge your account with a hefty amount ($75) for the next order. Next order? I never signed up for any subscription. When I call their customer service, they say it was part of Terms and Conditions.... seriously? Now they don't mention it upfront, just hide it in T&Cs..... pathetic!!! read more

The Instaflex trial period for 14 days did not help my lower back or mainly the knees. The money spent for shipping is gone to waste. Further, the Instaflex company used my credit card to charge $82.00 for a transaction that I am not aware of. Moreover, a non-functional telephone number 704-555-5555 was added to the above transaction ($82), and when I tried, many times, to call the Instaflex company, the local telephone company customer service stated that the above number is not accessible. I think, this company should pay attention to the customer medical need more than to sell to generate more money. I hope with these reviews, the company shall take the required measurements to improve the products medical functionality as well the customer service reachability. Thank you read more

I gave them one star because there was not -0 option! This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with!! I did their 2 week "free trial# on Nov 3 2021 at the time they offered to buy a 30 day supply for $24.99 so I did so. Now I have 6 weeks of pills delivered. They tell you to consult your Doctor before taking them, I am on 11 medications so I took the Morning seriously. It took 2 weeks to get in to see my doctor and she told me NOT to take these Because of reactions with my medications. I also asked my Pharmacist and they advised against these as well. 2 days later I get ANOTHER BOTTLE of these harmful pills and charged $74.98!!!! When I contacted Instaflex aka (insta-ripp off), I was told I should have read the small print. As a gift to you for giving their pills a try, they sign you up for AUTO-SHIPMENTS of the pills at the inflated price of $74.98 this auto ship kicks in 14 days after your order!!! If this company was legit and had a product that would work and not harm people they wouldn't have to trick you into an auto shipment! I had to call them twice to cancel this auto ship crap. The first call I was told I would be sent a email with directions to mail the pills back. The email never came and I called again to find out the 1st person did NOT cancel my "account" this person told me I can just return to sender. I did that on 11/28 I also put the charge under dispute with capital one and they reversed the charges. Instaflex replied I signed up for the auto shipment and got the charges back again. I contacted instaflex Again again and again by phone by email. I finally got a Reply from corporate office from Kelly basically hiding behind their auto ship scam she admitted in the letter the company received the pills back on 1/11/22 why it took 6 weeks for them to get them is beyond me. Today 2/2/22 I have still not received my refund. Even if your knees hurt like mine run away from these scamers. The parent company is Adaptive health they changed their name from Direct digital. Always be weary of companies who change their name. read more

WORST Company! Product did not work for me or my husband after taking it for 2 weeks straight. Product is free to test then 75.00 each month automatically deducted from your bank and sent to your residence. I called after two weeks to tell them I did not want to receive any more product. They said it was already mailed out! I then had to wrap it ship it with tracking at my cost and send back. After they received it, no credit posted. I called they left me on hold for 10 minutes. Came back and said I should see the credit back on my AMX within a few days. I said what if i hadn't called? He said I don't know what happened. REALLY? Anyway a big hype and not one bit of difference.. Stay away read more

Worst product. I felt no different and have a screen shot that it was a ONE TIME PURCHASE to try for 14 days, SINGLE purchase, no autoship, no further billing. Now I'm fighting with my bank about the EXTRA, UNESSESARY, ILLEGAL CHARGE OF $89.00!! WTF. This is a scam, and I will take it to the Attorney General and the news. read more
