There was a lot of cool stuff here-oils, candles, sage kits and decor. I did find that the employee was very attentive-perhaps trained to watch for shop lifters. That's too bad-I would have preferred to shop in solitude and ask questions if I needed something. But I get it. This is a place I'd return if I needed a gift or something specific. This time it was just for browsing, but I could see myself making a purchase or two for sure.

We ventured here originally to look at costume jewelry as a friend needed to wear an affordable…read moreplain band for her wedding ring finger. They also sell clothing apparel (shirts) lighters, small pocket organizers, and other things. We were warmly greeted by Austin - who was just as friendly as he can be. I love coming across employees who actually give off the vibe of loving their job and who enjoy being at their location of employment. He gave great customer customer service and was just eager to help us in what we were looking for. We even came here maybe 6 weeks ago and asked them to size a wedding band to see what size it was, so we can buy a ring online with the proper size, and they were more than happy to help us with an unusual request, even if we didn't buy anything in our first visit. I look forward to coming back here, not just for the merchandise, but for their memorable, fantastic customer service!

I use silver shield 2x daily for the interim and when I saw the orthopedic surgeon he was amazed that the injury showed no signs of infection. The product gets 5 stars. However when we called in to place and order and showed up to pick it up Joanne Lancaster was so rude and unhelpful making me feel like trash for even showing up to pick up our order. We put her out, her shipping department out. I will not place another order if I have to see Joanne again. When I walked in - she was busy talking to a friend on the phone and then when she told her friend to hang on for a moment and then had to tell her friend she'd have to call her back and proceeded to tell me how natures sunshine does work this way. that there was no one who could really help me and I felt like I had just caused the worst did service to her. Yet the person who placed my order was so polite, helpful and courteous. Not sure why Joanne is so rude but she should not be the one greeting people at the door. Terrible customer service skills. Joanne gets 1 star. The combined review is the 5 star rating for product and the absolute terrible service from Joanne.
