We were looking for another usb mod they didn't have any. And if they did they didn't offer to show us any. Cleanliness and interior design are top notch, very draperesque. I've been in a few times in the last year and the service is extremely hit or miss. I once came in at 8PM on a Sunday night, 2 hours before close, and was waiting at the counter for what I wanted. The rep was speaking with another customer but saw me come in. I waited for them to finish up. After about 3 minutes and him completely ignoring my looks (the customer he was speaking too had already finished their purchase, so I took my wallet out and put it in my hand to indicate I was ready) I decided to use a timer on my phone. Almost 5 more minutes passed before I was helped. I understand having a good chat or making sure the customer feels taken care of, going above and beyond. This was not that kind of conversation. It honestly felt like the employee did not want to help me. I would have gone to another shop, but at that point, it was the only one open (draper + sunday = nothing open) and even if I had left to go to midvale, those would be closed by the time I arrived. So I waited. Finally, after I started tapping my wallet and staring (which felt awkward, sorry bro) at them, he told the guy "oh he needs help" and they said goodbye and he walked out. He then comes over and starts an apology but doesn't finish it? It was odd and left and uncomfortable silence. I had worked with this guy before and he's usually one of better if not best people there (sorry bro, dont know your name). He got me handled within 2 minutes from there and I was set. So. If that purchase took 2 minutes, why did my stopwatch say 19 minutes when I left? I even had to cough loudly once or twice which was annoying to make sure he knew I was still there. Yes, thats one bad experience. And yes the flavor ban is hurting all shops. But their customer interactions have become so much worse in the past few months. I have decided to stop going. If you, the smoke shop, sells certain items that some people misuse, then the last thing YOU, the smoke shop should do its make your customer feel bad for buying it. Thats like McDonalds shaming their customers for supersizing. Why? You're making money while other shops are having to close down. I hope they can get it together. read more

Way overpriced or they took advantage of me. I went in for a friend who did not give me very clear instructions. He just said get me a vape thats 5percent. I walked in and was greeted by a girl. I told her what i was looking for and she took me straight to one product. She said this was the best one to get. I asked her what flavor she likes and she said she never had it before. I said whatever and bought it. She rung me up for 37.99 i dont vape so i have no idea if that was expensive or not so i bought it. Come to find out that exact vape is 14.99 anywhere else! This place is a scam and takes advantage of ignorant people. Part my fault but also not a way to run a business! Such a shame cause the store is awesome. Just bad business practices. Their exchange policy of before you leave the parking lot is ridiculous. A lot can go wrong on a disposable vape even in 24 hours it can be a dud. Change this aspect of customer service. When a place says, "Coffee and Vape," of COURSE you'd think of desserts, right?! Yup, so did weeeee! There's a sweet little coffee shop, inside this vape shop! To be honest, Yelp helped us find the ONLY desserts spot open on a Sunday, in Draper! (It's actually sacrilegious NOT to have desserts on Sundays. I learned that in catholic school ~ Amen! ;) lol ) Actually, all I want is a decent desserts spot, south of downtown SLC, open on Sundays. Is that too much to ask...??? Grateful that we were led to this location, because it is 1st of all beautiful inside; secondly, they serve coffee AND gelato; thirdly, everyonewho works there is a gem! I may or may not be biased because my friend/former SBUX barista, Forrest, is the coffee shop manager! They serve your basic coffee/espresso options and they also serve some fun drinks, like the CBD Cold Brew or the Monster Mac (which is a white mocha, with macadamia nut flavor - so delicious!). I noticed that they have avocado toast and sweet flavored toasts too. They're continuing to build on their menu, especially since they're planning to expand and build a special hookah room. This will be the ONLY hookah bar, in the state. I'm excited that it's near by! Something different to do, with friends. I guess I should mention the vape shop too. It's really well-organized, with another friendly manager. There are pipes, different flavors of vape liquids and other accessories, that are associated with vaping, sold there. They seem incredibly knowledgeable and were patient enough to explain to a non-smoker, like myself. I only wish they stayed open later - 9pm is the latest. This place is awesome!!! Yes, it has taken them a while to get the shop completely open (they're still working on the lounge area) but the coffee shop is finally open and tastes fantastic! I prefer going here over other chain coffee places in the area. Even if you don't vape and are just looking for some coffee, this is a fantastic place to stop. I love their selection of mods and juices. The staff is awesome and super helpful! Fortunately, the staff is also super patient (an essential trait as I often take forever to decide what juice I'm in the mood for). Even though the lounge area isn't complete yet, the area is looking awesome and they already have tables and chairs to sit at and relax. The atmosphere is welcoming and feels like a place I could sit and work in. The music isn't overbearing and feels more like a coffee shop than your typical vape shop with music blaring. As far as the complaints I've read about them requiring an ID for a purchase - they're legally required to ask for ID when selling anything vape/smoke related. This is not an issue with the shop's policy or staff. I've forgotten my ID on a few occasions! Make sure you bring it :) read more

This shop is provided exactly what the names describes though the coffee is more of an after thought. I'll be honest I was a little scared to show up as a single woman to a smoke and vape shop in the dark but this was far from your typical state street shop. Outside it's clean, we'll lit, with ample parking. Inside is clean, well lit and organized. All your vape and smoke needs can be taken care of here. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, I was assisted quickly after entering. Prices are fair, and there is a variety of materials, colors, and products available. They even have a rewards system! I walked in and was blown away at the size and selection. The young guy that helped me was very nice, patient and helpful. I was there with a friend who was purchasing something, not planning to buy anything myself. But, when he mentioned they had GeekVape Sonders for $12, I was sold. I got a disposable vape last Saturday. The brand was esco bar and not even a day later it tasted super burnt. Wasn't super impressed.

Regrettably I didn't get a beverage. After a drive I was ready for my hotel room. Although we had some issues with the mods we had so we had quite a few questions and had to grab items for friends as well. I absolutely love what they have done to the location, Draper Gate Coffee & Vapes has large selection of glass and vape juices. The gelato is delicious to the taste and don't forget the coffee is also very good. This location is very convenient when I am traveling south due to easy access to the freeway. The prices are very competitive and sometimes even better then most places without a doubt, the gentleman with the man bun can be cocky at times but he means well, always very attentive and willing to answer all your questions. I went to Draper gate, bought three puff bars and 2 of them were completely broken. One fired and wouldn't stop firing after we hit it. Like it got hot as all hell and another wouldn't hit at all. Completely broken. We went back 5 minute or less after buying them and they wouldn't exchange them. They just told me that we had to buy another one. I understand it's not their fault that the puffbars don't work, but the fact that they offered no other excuse but "sorry, you can buy another one" was ridiculous and terrible customer service. This place is awesome! Biggest vape selection I've ever seen. Great selection of glass too and smoke accessories too! They have Volcano and Pax vaporizers, Puffco Peaks and accessories for them as well. They also have a huge selection of CBD products as well as Kratom. They also have a Coffee shop located inside with tons of flavors and specialty drinks including ones with CBD and Kratom! On top of having the best coffee I've ever had and an awesome staff there's tons of seating with a variety of cute succulents on each table. Definitely check this place out! If I could provide a lower review I would. We spent over $500 here and an item didn't work, the batter or something it was completely defective. After calling once we were told to email the manufacturer. We just spent 500 and call you to be told sorry? Nothing was used. I said swore by say that was fing bs there was just nothing. Then a kid starting be super condescending to me which after spending money like that would upset anyone. I ask for a manager. He is one. I ask for anyone else, an owner someone saying he's incredibly rude. Smack in the face response "why, you are swearing at me" you're right kid it's bs, so is your service and I stick to that. It was disappointing that I'd stop talking after being frustrated to having a snarky response back and having to stay quiet. That's terrible to deal with and would upset anyone on the other line. I won't be coming back here and don't recommend it. Quality isn't worth bad service. Other locations can provide both. read more

I will never come here again! At first it was okay when I walked in I was just looking around looking at different things because im kinda new to vape shops. Then the worker with a man bun came up to me asking what he could do for me. I told him I was just looking around because I was new to everything and looking at vapes and different things in the shop. Then he got snobby and very condescending he then said "These aren't vapes you need to look in the right direction and go over there for the vapes". Even though I told him I was looking at everything not specifically "vapes". Then I went over by the vapes and waited there but all he did was stare and glare at me as if he wanted to hurt me, I felt extremely uncomfortable. As I was waiting to be helped by the vape section, the group of workers who were on shift huddled together and were talking for a good 10 minutes without even coming to assist me, the whole group went silent and began whispering and looked at my direction, they started to laugh and joke around.
