I was driving all the way to sugar house for my vape juice needs, then my friend told me about this place. They have the juice I favor most, so why not check it out. Jerrica helped me out and was super nice and informative. The place has a cool fish tank in the middle of the room and you can easily space out following the fishies around. LOL! Well folks, not driving to sugar house anytime soon. Cool place for sure. read more

Slade is AMAZING!!! He made my day and made everything so easy!!! Super cool guy deserves a huge raise!!! Thanks again Slade! Julie

I have literally never had a bad experience at iVape. Everyone that works here is so friendly and inviting. They have a bar where you can try any kind of vape juice that you like, for 1$! A lot of vape shops that I used to go to had people with no personality work there. Just buy your shit and get out. Not iVape though! It's a very welcoming environment at iVape. I live about 20 minutes away and I gladly come here for any of my needs. Passing at least 10 vape shops on the way to iVape because I know I am going to get a great experience. read more

Love this place and their selection. Kind staffing loyalty program. I will continue to give them my business

The staff here are so knowledgeable and friendly! They have a wide selection of mods and juice and really work on getting your needs met!

They will not let me purchase replacement parts from them. They said I should understand that they can't be sold.. no I don't understand why you have a website to buy stuff you can't buy read more

So, I don't vape often. However, by friend had me come with her. Had the best time! Super fun location. Staff is really nice and personable. I didn't feel uncomfortable and they were helpful and had a lot of shit. The store is awesome I don't know what it was before but the setup is really nice. read more

I just starting vaping a couple months ago and have been looking for a good reliable shop with a nice selection. This place will be my only go to shop from now on. Firstly, the selection is incredible. A good variety of flavors, brands and equipment for all your vaping needs. Testing of flavors is available, first time is $1 to get a mouthpiece, every time thereafter is 50 cents to try as many as you want. Secondly, and more importantly, the staff is amazing! Very knowledgeable and attentive, and also friendly. It was busy when I went in but I was greeted immediately and shown to the testing counter where you can browse the juice flavors on an iPad. The staff give good recommendations for your tastes and also offer other flavors you might like. Sign up for the rewards program, it's 5% cash back for all purchases, and you get 10% off for first visit. The storefront is clean, stylish and very welcoming, they did a great job decorating. The fish tank they have in the shop is pretty sweet too. Sweet spot!! read more

This place is awesome! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and good to their customers. They have hundreds of different vape juice and a nice "vape bar" to sample any flavor (catalogued on simple-to-use tablets). It's an awesome option for those who want to buy different flavors of juices without the risk of buying a bottle only to later find out you hate the taste. read more

This place is beyond five stars status. I was greeted warmly and assisted immediately and efficiently. The whole team was awesome, friendly, and in great spirits. This eased my nerves significantly, for I am 100% new to this - a friend passed down his old vape to me. He highly recommended iVape, so I ventured there for more juice. As previously stated, I don't know a thing about vaping or the vape passed down to me (how to fill it, charge it, what to get for it, if it is even called a vape? I think it looks like an iPod, so I call it an iPod). I relayed profusely how clueless I was. The guy who helped me was so patient and helpful. He walked me through step by step and answered my 106 (and frankly lame) questions. He did not pressure me or try to oversell me, which would have been easy to do with an ignorant newbie like me. I wish I would have grabbed his name, because I would give him a huge shout out. When I inevitably return, I hope to see him again to get his name. I will be utilizing this place strictly for all my future vaping needs! iVape on Redwood has earned a loyal customer in me. read more

Very neat little shop across from SLCC. As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by not one but almost all of the employees. Their customer service is outstanding! I was looking for new juice and they mentioned the vape bar behind me. WHAT?! vape bar?! Pay $1.00 a person, sit at the bar with the tablet with lists of flavors, and try what catches your eye. They give you little disposable tips and bring you the tank of flavor with their own vapes. This is such a great thing because once I started testing out the flavors, you realize some flavors aren't as great as they sound. I asked the girl what she recommends and she gave me two that were amazing! I recommend the "Slushy" flavor if you like more fruity flavors. I forgot the exact flavors and they don't include it on the label but it was some type of strawberry/watermelon ice mix. The prices here are better than most places I've seen. I got 1 60ML juice and a pack of 5 coils replacement coils for $29.00. They also have a rewards program here and you can sign up to get 10% off! read more

Nice setup at the new location! Love the fish tank. Staff still friendly and open as always. The new location is a five min less drive for me. Did i say i love the new store? Anyway check them out! read more

So I just drove from Morgan Ut. To I vape over an hour drive away. Went on Saturday night early AM anyway yeah I vape. claims they are open 24 hours 7 days a week... well don't believe this BS. When I arrived they were closed. Why advertise like that when you clearly are not open you should have to reimburse me for my wasted time and Gas... read more

I spent a lot of money at I-Vape in Edgewood, Washington. There was a new girl working when I came into buy new could for my vape. The girl looked it up and then handed me a box of coils. I told her it was the wrong box. The box I normally bought was red and this one was gold. She insisted it was the correct coils. It was not. I brought them back to exchange and was told I could not because I broke the deal. I told them to have a manager call me and I emailed them with no response. This is not a nice way to treat customers and I will go out of my way to let any body know how I was treated. There is a nicer vape shop up meridian in the business park where the old Albertsons used to be. It is out of the way but great customer service. Go there. read more

Best brick and mortar in the valley, friendly knowledgeable staff .... But you will PAY for it. My advice is check out what they have and save half by buying online. Don't buy juice here as it is way over priced. read more

iVape is a great place to gain some knowledge about vaping and the mechanics of your e cig. I went to a compel different places and they have no idea what they are talking about.I came into iVape with a e-cig that burnt my finger due to some battery problems and other places giving me false info. iVape was really sincere and hooked me up with a free battery and a good price for a new set up. The flavors are on point. I am very grateful to your customer service guys. Keep up the good work! read more

Best vape shop I've been to in Salt Lake City. They're always super helpful, friendly and efficient. No matter how far I have to drive I always would rather go to iVape than any other shop near SLC for my vaping needs. read more

I love the new shop. Looks great and has a great atmosphere, and is a nice place to chill for a bit. (plus its a mile from my place so cant complain there) Staff is great as always and they are always willing to help. I've had a few builds there and each one has been awesome. If you do have to wait a few minutes there are plenty of comfy ass chairs and the tasting bar to fill the time. The one and only reason I wasn't going to give 5 stars ***** is the parking at this location is something to be desired especially when they are busy. But it was the same way when this shop was Smokers Guru, and I can overlook that. Other than that I love iVape. Great Flavors, good builds, friendly staff, and good prices. OH and I forgot to mention the bad ass fish tank that they have. VERY COOL read more

My favorite vape shop by far. The workers are so friendly and helpful. I always feel so welcomed when I walk in and the store is always kept clean and it's just a cool atmosphere. Go check it out if you haven't been yet. read more

These guys are professionals and know there stuff when it comes to the vape world. Definitely worth checking them out.

I moved to Utah from California and these guys put all of my old vape shops to shame. When you walk in, literally ALL of the staff greet you, even the staff in the back will poke out from the back to greet you. Everyone is so friendly and eager to help you out. The 2 that I've interacted with the most are Parker and Raleigh and they did more than they needed to, to help me get back up to speed with vaping. But whether it be these 2 or any of the staff, you will never leave this store disappointed. Best vape shop in Utah that I've been to so far, hands down. read more

If you vape you need iVape in your contacts.Never guess on a flavor of vape again. Try all their flavors at the bar. They have every piece of mod, atomizer and advice from pros you will ever need. If it's not here, you don't need it. read more

I loved the old location back when they first opened, I'm not a fan of the new. I understand that successful small business do need to go but it seems like the good friend service that used to be in the store isn't there in this new location. We used to go in all the time but the amount of time we actually vape had decreased and when we walk in its tons of people behind the counter but not enough people inside to justify the amount of employees. Service seems cold and just overall unconcerned with making a good customer experience. If they were like this in murray if probably still go. Since they are so far away is no longer worth the drive. I'll just buy online from somewhere else. read more

I brought my son in here for his 19th birthday, the service was questionable, nice people but my vape flavors seemed kinda freaky, all I could taste was orange cremes and something else that tasted like Sh*t read more

I am in and out of here so much throughout the week. I love the people here, you feel like you walk into a relaxing environment every time. Great place for all my vape needs. I love their extensive collection of not only juice, but mods, and accessories.

I'm a relatively new customer to this place and so far so good. They have a vapor bar to test out flavors which is hard to find. The customer service is pretty good. They seem to keep a good stock. Lots of different flavors to choose from. Overall I'm happy with everything there. I highly recommend this place! read more

I was having an issue with a tank purchased from them, went in and was helped by Alexus. She called the owner and was able to get me a different tank from them at cost. The service was excellent and they were a huge help to a first time customer .great selection of flavors .

I just started going here and for me it's a drive. It couldn't be more worth it. The staff is amazingly helpful. I just switched from a tank to an RDA and Alexis showed me how to build my own coils and wick them. The store is always clean, and is really nice inside. Now, the juice. Wow. The juice. The best part is that there is a bar you can sit at and try any flavor you want. There are iPads at each bar stool so you can flip through the flavors and request any one there to try. There are SO many flavors to try whether you are a custard person, a cereal person, a fruit person, a peanut butter person, a waffle person. The only thing I wish is that they would get a sour line to try (but that's just a personal thing). I bought Cereal Milk from here the other day and I haven't put it down. I've let people try it and they'll be going to buy some too. So amazing. I've been having a REALLY tough time quitting smoking my Newports and this place has helped me a lot. Great environment, great people, out of this world juices, and a good selection of mods too. read more

I really like how you can try out the e-juice flavors before buying them, so you aren't gambling with the flavors. I felt pretty welcome and the staff was nice. Overall, it was pretty good. The guy at the juice bar was funny and pretty helpful with picking out flavors. The guy who checked me out didn't seem thrilled to be there, but it was still okay service. They have a point system so you can save money after so many points, which is a plus for me. I like having a wide selection of juices. read more

Very cool looking store. Alot of workers there when I came in. I just came in for some rebuild supplies, the guy I spoke with was very friendly. He said I needed to pay up front before he could start, so I came up to the cashier and wanted to pay for 1 foot of nichrome. Here is why I'm giving iVape a 1 star. I looked into my wallet and I didn't have my ID, I told her I didn't have it. She was very rude and aggressive about me leaving. I was understanding, I didn't argue with her to stay or anything, She told me, something something something, "in fact, you have to leave right now." I told her, okay, let me get my stuff. She didn't even give me 30 seconds for me to get my keys and my vape i left at the other table, before alarming other co workers, who also told me to leave. I've never felt so humiliated. I didn't even have time to grab my stuff, put it back together and put away. I've never felt so harassed and threatened by a staff member at any establishment. I understood that I didn't have my ID, i wasn't trying to stay or anything. I just felt they could have given me the decency to grab my belongings and leave. I'm 28 years old, I might look underaged, but that still doesn't mean the staff can treat people the way they treated me. If you're the owner and you're looking at this, I came in around 2 and 3pm June 11, 2016, check your cameras. read more
