I have literally never had a bad experience at iVape. Everyone that works here is so friendly and inviting. They have a bar where you can try any kind of vape juice that you like, for 1$! A lot of vape shops that I used to go to had people with no personality work there. Just buy your shit and get out. Not iVape though! It's a very welcoming environment at iVape. I just starting vaping a couple months ago and have been looking for a good reliable shop with a nice selection. This place will be my only go to shop from now on. Firstly, the selection is incredible. A good variety of flavors, brands and equipment for all your vaping needs. Testing of flavors is available, first time is $1 to get a mouthpiece, every time thereafter is 50 cents to try as many as you want. Secondly, and more importantly, the staff is amazing! Very knowledgeable and attentive, and also friendly. It was busy when I went in but I was greeted immediately and shown to the testing counter where you can browse the juice flavors on an iPad. The staff give good recommendations for your tastes and also offer other flavors you might like. This place is beyond five stars status. I was greeted warmly and assisted immediately and efficiently. The whole team was awesome, friendly, and in great spirits. This eased my nerves significantly, for I am 100% new to this - a friend passed down his old vape to me. He highly recommended iVape, so I ventured there for more juice. As previously stated, I don't know a thing about vaping or the vape passed down to me (how to fill it, charge it, what to get for it, if it is even called a vape? I think it looks like an iPod, so I call it an iPod). I relayed profusely how clueless I was. The guy who helped me was so patient and helpful. He walked me through step by step and answered my 106 (and frankly lame) questions. He did not pressure me or try to oversell me, which would have been easy to do with an ignorant newbie like me. Very neat little shop across from SLCC. As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by not one but almost all of the employees. Their customer service is outstanding! I was looking for new juice and they mentioned the vape bar behind me. WHAT?! vape bar?! Pay $1.00 a person, sit at the bar with the tablet with lists of flavors, and try what catches your eye. They give you little disposable tips and bring you the tank of flavor with their own vapes. This is such a great thing because once I started testing out the flavors, you realize some flavors aren't as great as they sound. I asked the girl what she recommends and she gave me two that were amazing! I recommend the "Slushy" flavor if you like more fruity flavors. I forgot the exact flavors and they don't include it on the label but it was some type of strawberry/watermelon ice mix. The prices here are better than most places I've seen. I got 1 60ML juice and a pack of 5 coils replacement coils for $29.00. They also have a rewards program here and you can sign up to get 10% off! read more

I spent a lot of money at I-Vape in Edgewood, Washington. There was a new girl working when I came into buy new could for my vape. The girl looked it up and then handed me a box of coils. I told her it was the wrong box. The box I normally bought was red and this one was gold. She insisted it was the correct coils. It was not. I brought them back to exchange and was told I could not because I broke the deal. I told them to have a manager call me and I emailed them with no response. This is not a nice way to treat customers and I will go out of my way to let any body know how I was treated. There is a nicer vape shop up meridian in the business park where the old Albertsons used to be. It is out of the way but great customer service. Go there. read more

I love the new shop. Looks great and has a great atmosphere, and is a nice place to chill for a bit. (plus its a mile from my place so cant complain there) Staff is great as always and they are always willing to help. I've had a few builds there and each one has been awesome. If you do have to wait a few minutes there are plenty of comfy ass chairs and the tasting bar to fill the time. The one and only reason I wasn't going to give 5 stars ***** is the parking at this location is something to be desired especially when they are busy. But it was the same way when this shop was Smokers Guru, and I can overlook that. Other than that I love iVape. Great Flavors, good builds, friendly staff, and good prices. I moved to Utah from California and these guys put all of my old vape shops to shame. When you walk in, literally ALL of the staff greet you, even the staff in the back will poke out from the back to greet you. Everyone is so friendly and eager to help you out. The 2 that I've interacted with the most are Parker and Raleigh and they did more than they needed to, to help me get back up to speed with vaping. I loved the old location back when they first opened, I'm not a fan of the new. I understand that successful small business do need to go but it seems like the good friend service that used to be in the store isn't there in this new location. We used to go in all the time but the amount of time we actually vape had decreased and when we walk in its tons of people behind the counter but not enough people inside to justify the amount of employees. Service seems cold and just overall unconcerned with making a good customer experience. If they were like this in murray if probably still go. Since they are so far away is no longer worth the drive. I just started going here and for me it's a drive. It couldn't be more worth it. The staff is amazingly helpful. I just switched from a tank to an RDA and Alexis showed me how to build my own coils and wick them. The store is always clean, and is really nice inside. Now, the juice. Wow. The juice. The best part is that there is a bar you can sit at and try any flavor you want. There are iPads at each bar stool so you can flip through the flavors and request any one there to try. There are SO many flavors to try whether you are a custard person, a cereal person, a fruit person, a peanut butter person, a waffle person. The only thing I wish is that they would get a sour line to try (but that's just a personal thing). I bought Cereal Milk from here the other day and I haven't put it down. I've let people try it and they'll be going to buy some too. So amazing. I've been having a REALLY tough time quitting smoking my Newports and this place has helped me a lot. I really like how you can try out the e-juice flavors before buying them, so you aren't gambling with the flavors. I felt pretty welcome and the staff was nice. Overall, it was pretty good. The guy at the juice bar was funny and pretty helpful with picking out flavors. The guy who checked me out didn't seem thrilled to be there, but it was still okay service. Very cool looking store. Alot of workers there when I came in. I just came in for some rebuild supplies, the guy I spoke with was very friendly. He said I needed to pay up front before he could start, so I came up to the cashier and wanted to pay for 1 foot of nichrome. Here is why I'm giving iVape a 1 star. I looked into my wallet and I didn't have my ID, I told her I didn't have it. She was very rude and aggressive about me leaving. I was understanding, I didn't argue with her to stay or anything, She told me, something something something, "in fact, you have to leave right now." I told her, okay, let me get my stuff. She didn't even give me 30 seconds for me to get my keys and my vape i left at the other table, before alarming other co workers, who also told me to leave. I've never felt so humiliated. I didn't even have time to grab my stuff, put it back together and put away. I've never felt so harassed and threatened by a staff member at any establishment. I understood that I didn't have my ID, i wasn't trying to stay or anything. I just felt they could have given me the decency to grab my belongings and leave. I'm 28 years old, I might look underaged, but that still doesn't mean the staff can treat people the way they treated me. If you're the owner and you're looking at this, I came in around 2 and 3pm June 11, 2016, check your cameras. read more
