In the few months I started going there I probably spent around $200-300 dollars and even bought a overly priced torch that did not work ever after I bought it and they would not take it back. No problem. However one night around 11:00 at night I went in there just to buy cigs. and in front of the other customers that were there, I was accused of stealing from them by the worker and said that I looked like the guy in the picture they have hanging on the wall and insisted on it. I paid without a problem with what I came there for. She never apologized. I pay for everything I own and everything that I walk out of any store with that I go to, including scroungy Walmart. On top of that I hate petit thieves. and that is about what she called me. Good luck with your store you will not be getting any more money from me, I will also let other people know that when I am with them, they need to go somewhere else

DAN offered to show me a similar cigar I was looking for at a cheaper price after I almost went full cardiac after finding out Utah is like the 2nd highest in tobacco tax. I planned to buy two Oliva Connecticut but not for the reason of high tobacco tax in this state. Not the stores fault... it's the state of Utah. DAMION also helped me since I forgot my cutter... she did a fine job V-cutting my cigars. Thank you both for the best customer service... And awesome cigar store. Highly recommend

There is one person that really went above and beyond and motivated me to leave this review. Her name is Cassy or Cassie (not sure on spelling). She is super nice, friendly, cheerful and helpful. She introduced me to a new flavor of nicotine salt for my CaliBurn G2. It's called Key Lime Pie and it's AMAZING!!! I never would have picked this flavor on my own and I'm so happy that she told me about it. Cassie also took the time to explain to me all about the customer loyalty rewards program. There are points and they really reward you with great deals and discounts when you continue to shop there. Cassie is such a breath of fresh air, she really made my day. I also love how this shop displays work from local artists and supports local artists by allowing them to sell small canvases with their paintings. Thank you Cassie for that beautiful smile of yours and I am looking forward to coming back soon! I will make sure to call ahead and see if you are working on the day I stop by.

I've seen customers being truly awful and rude to her, and she still does what's right. Up until the point she needs to not let people talk to her like that. I would do the same if someone so ugly and negative just kept hammering into me. Unfortunately those are the people that leave reviews and lie about the situation. I've been going to this store, and only this store, for over 5 years. I even met the owner on Christmas once, he was very pleasant and easy to work with. These guys VALUE return customers! I'm given discounts often because of my loyalty, which is why I've never have been, and never will go, anywhere else. Please be kind to service workers, they aren't there to take your abuse, they are people too, with good and bad days. It's takes nothing to be kind. One customer was upset because they didn't sell cigarettes?? They don't sell cigarettes, but why would they? I imagine people with common sense know to go to any gas station or grocery store for those. Bottom line, first, please be kind to service workers, they are just like everyone else. Second, if you need anything to do with vape shop stuff plus more, there is no greater place. I say that after many trips to many vape shops, and more than once at each place. It surprised me to only find one that actually knew to reward loyal customers. Not to mention they had low prices to start out with! Anyway, thank you very much to this place, ESPECIALLY Clint and Amanda!!
