My sister bought several supplements at my request during post partum that came with a promotional offer at a later date. When I decided to return a couple of unopened items (within the return window), I was told I couldn't process the return without also surrendering the promotional offer--even though I was immediately buying additional supplements that more than qualified me for the same promotion again. The staff insisted on the full original card being returned, acting as if I was trying to scam the system by keeping it. The interaction felt accusatory and overly suspicious from the start. Instead of working with me as a repeat customer who was still spending money in the store, they made me feel like I was committing fraud. No flexibility, no common sense applied--just rigid policy enforcement that treated me like I was dishonest. I understand stores need to protect themselves from abuse, but this approach completely lacks basic customer service principles. A simple solution like issuing a new card for my new purchase or verifying eligibility on the spot would have resolved it instantly. Instead, the experience was stressful and left a sour taste. While the product selection and prices might be decent, the way I was handled during this return makes me hesitant to shop here again. Customer service matters just as much as the products on the shelf. In this case, it fell far short.

I came in here looking for the brand "Real Salt" and I found it in different sizes! A smaller container used for table salt, and a bigger container to refill the table salt size. They also have a specific area that offers natural products like deodorant, and essential oils. I was pleasantly surprised that they had this section, and even had someone specifically standing in this area to help you look for something specific. But what really sold me "SOLD ME" on this store was finding milk in a glass bottle! I know that's kind of old school, but when it comes to milk, I'm all for "old-school" it should be served/it should come in a glass bottle - pretty nostalgic over here about my milk! As a little girl, the milkman used to come to the house delivering milk in a crate, and all in glass bottles. Some things are just done better in "old" ways in my opinion! And this milk, specifically STRAUS Family Creamery brand, OMG - this blew my mind! It was the BEST chocolate milk I've ever tasted. Like, EVER. Of course, it's organic. I'm an instant fan and will be coming back to this place, specifically for this glass-bottled-milk. LOVE IT!

There was a similar…read moresupplement store I patronized for 18 years in Las Vegas and when I moved here I knew there had to be a spot here where I can find my favorite supplements like organic oregano oil, Celtic salt, L Theanine, etc... and luckily I found Shirlyn's. There is ample parking in the parking lot, when you enter someone's always there to say hello and it's my recommendation that you accept their offer to help you find what you're looking for... at least the first few times until you get your footing. They have snacks too. There are some other good supplement resources housed inside grocery stores but this is all Shirlyn's specializes in, your good health.

We went to buy one and it certainly didn't ring up for 35% off. My husband didn't realize it until after the purchase. He brought it to the cashier's attention and she was insanely rude to my husband. Would not listen. Argued with him that their machines are calibrated all the time and was down right awful. Told him the discount was off the regular price not the sale price which he wasn't even arguing. She couldn't even calculate it on her phone. Like she had no idea how to do percentages. But if the hydrojug is $33.99, 35% is not $8 off. It's $11.89. Which just means they tried to pull a bait and switch on us and probably scammed a LOT of customers with their lies. My husband refused to do business with them and got a refund.
