I love that we have a specialty grocery store close by, and this place did not disappoint! First impression walking in was quaint, clean, tidy, and "specialty" store. What do I mean by that? As a smaller grocery store, they carry items that bigger grocery stores do not carry. I specifically went in here, looking for specialty salt, and I found it. I came in here looking for the brand "Real Salt" and I found it in different sizes! A smaller container used for table salt, and a bigger container to refill the table salt size. They also have a specific area that offers natural products like deodorant, and essential oils. I was pleasantly surprised that they had this section, and even had someone specifically standing in this area to help you look for something specific. But what really sold me "SOLD ME" on this store was finding milk in a glass bottle! I know that's kind of old school, but when it comes to milk, I'm all for "old-school" it should be served/it should come in a glass bottle - pretty nostalgic over here about my milk! As a little girl, the milkman used to come to the house delivering milk in a crate, and all in glass bottles. Some things are just done better in "old" ways in my opinion! And this milk, specifically STRAUS Family Creamery brand, OMG - this blew my mind! It was the BEST chocolate milk I've ever tasted. Like, EVER. Of course, it's organic. I haven't been in here in a while. I'm impressed with all of the new products that they have. The produce section is really small, but they come here for all of the specialty products that they carry. I like all of the single serve protein powders that they offer. I bought a bunch of spices here. This is a great store for supplements, herbs, and protein powders. They also carry a wide variety of drinks such as kombucha. read more

Don't bother coming here the store is super stuffy with employees and managers who are Karen's. You can't even ask for special orders because they won't deliver it's pathetic. Everything they have is over priced and honestly you can get the same products at other stores that are priced at a lower price. I also don't want a reusable bag so I don't appreciate employees trying to force me to buy one it's unprofessional and tacky. So overpriced - plain Kefir is cheaper at Walmart; Wyman's frozen berries & Kale is cheaper at Harmon's & all the supplements are cheaper elsewhere. I appreciate that it is difficult to compete with big business but if you want to stay competitive and be of value to your local customers you'll need to either get a whole lot better at training store service employees or figure out a better profit margin. read more

OH MY GOODNESS!!! I HAD AN OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! I was in a rush, and I couldn't find what I was looking for. A lady came up to me and asked if she could help. I told her what I was looking for, and didn't think she would know where it was because it was very uncommon. She DID! When she gave it to me the brand changed the look on the bottle, and I didn't know if it was right. She took the time, to search it up to see if they changed the bottle design. THIS WAS ALL JUST FOR ME!! She was right, and I got what I was looking for!! There was a 0 minute wait in line, and I was so stoked! What amazing service! Absolutely frightening! None of the employees wear masks and this is a Statewide problem with Good Earth. You could have enough respect for your customers and not put them in this kind of danger. Honestly kinda shite store. The prices are astronomically high, plenty of customers aren't wearing masks (that's not their fault) but also employees on the store floor hang out unmasked which is inexcusable. I occasionally go because it's closer than Natural Grocers, and they also carry some products that I haven't seen elsewhere in Utah, but it's a mostly unpleasant shopping experience. read more

I absolutely love this store. It's always clean. The employees are kind and helpful. I love all the products they carry. If I have any questions they are always willing to answer. I could take a million photos of things that I love about this store but you will see some awesome candies below that I really like. I also need to give kudos to the vitamin department. I've really been trying to change the way I work for my health and they gave me some really good ideas and because of it my gut health is 10 times better than it has ever been. If you're looking for a down to earth really good place to go to especially if you are just starting on your journey I would highly recommend coming here anytime. I'm over right and they didn't judge me instead they tried to help. For these reasons they will always have me as a returning customer. Also they have some awesome alkaline water of different varieties. I just wish I had taken pictures of the other things I bought before using them. read more

A natural foods store with a great selection, a wonderfully impressive gluten-free area, and somewhat high prices (typical) that will get you good things. I dig it. My favorite were the Good Earth brand product such as the gluten free protein bars (500 calories, don't eat it as a snack unless you want to be really squishy) and the green smoothie with all sort of goodies like chia and greenery to boost your body. How I wish I could obtain these items in Hawaii. At the Utah prices. Oh the fantasy. The one minor complain I have were the basil rice paper wrapped rolls from the fridge section. The rice paper was SO HARD. I suggest you soak the wrapper longer until it is soft and pliable (not just bendy) and saran wrap the rolls to prevent the air from hardening it. Your customers will LOVE it. I promise. Try it. Do it. The sauce rocked. Yay! read more

The lady I spoke with was rude and gave me attitude and said "Just because they said that doesn't mean it's true". Basically I love Good Earth and this location is pretty grand. Pretty good selection and usual what I want to get they have. My favorite things that they have a great selection of is protein bars, nut butters, and healthy drinks. I love the selection! Down fall is that they don't carry certain protein icecremes like Halo Top and also they use to do super yummy wraps for like $5 now they don't do them anymore. I went here searching to see if they carried my favorite brand of lactose free dairy items, and they weren't in stock. It was kind of a bummer because the best place for me to find those things is at a grocery store 40 miles from my house up in the city. This store is just down the street from where I live. The staff told me I could request that the store carry them and if the store manager felt like it was a good brand to have in stock, they would order them. I assumed it would be weeks before I heard anything. 2-3 days later, they called to say they were in stock and I could come buy them if I still needed them. Talk about excellent service! read more

Great place to get natural foods. I walked in and I got advise from a lady who was very nice and knew a lot about natural remedies and herbs. Will be coming here often. My only complain is that the space there is very tight you can barely walk through and is filled with still and stands everywhere. I wish it was more roomy. read more

This store has a lot of speciality and health food items that you won't find in regular stores. Sometimes the vitamins can be a little pricey because they are hard to find elsewhere. They also have a bath and body section with shampoo, toothpaste, sunscreen, essential oils, etc. They have a refrigerated case with probiotics and a good selection of vegetarian products. read more

HI I've been shopping with Good Earth American Fork for years. Lately the last 3 months I keep running into zero service and zero answers for my questions from the management. I order things they use to have on the shelves. I then go into the store 2 weeks later after I put in my order, to ask on the status of the order and i get an "did we call you ...(he did not even complete the sentence) to tell you it was in" brush off. He did not give me any idea if the order was 1) out of stock, 2) not being produced anymore 3) of if they even placed my order at all or 4) any deadline when I would see it come in. I got ABSOLUTELY NO HELP, NO INFORMATION, NO ANWSER NO SERVICE, Just a facial expression of Carter of being very tuned out to not help me, and he did not even say that he would call me when it came in. (and I was being very nice) On another occasion I asked when some product would come in This manager Carter said he would check in the back and see when it would come in. He did not talk to anyone but took up 20 minutes of my time waiting for him to come back. He said it would be in in 2 days. Then the next day I spoke to the isle manager who is very professional and he said it wont come in for a WEEK. So this Carter is brushing me off giving false hopes. I came in especially for the Tue delivery, because of him, and it was not going to be there until Friday. He is all the time, pretending he takes care of things, but he does not even check, he pretends to check for the customers, then gives a brush off half sentence brush off to the customers.. I have noticed his Pattern over and over. I think he is VERY TUNE OUT. . I really don't think he does anything or cares at all. I am told he is the manager over 3 stores, well????? what a joke! I always get the brush off from him of oh "THEY sent it this or that way", AND THAT IS all the communication from him, there is NO CONVERSATION from him, there is no initiative under Carters Hiney to even tell the suppliers what the customers do and do not like. He blames 'THEY" The grand and illustrious THEY" Who are "THEY" anyways. Other times I see Carter standing over staring at the Pickles standing so close to them, by the Vegetable isle staring at the shelves totally spaced out for 10 to 20 minutes before even moving his head left or right. I think he is really pretending to work. He moves a few bottles one centimeter to the right of left to pretend he is working. He is TUNED OUT! i have found him to make my shopping at Good Earth American Fork, to be more of a trial than a good experience. THEY NEED A MANGER WHO IS NOT TUNED OUT AND WHO ACTUALLY SAYS MORE THAN ONE SENTENCE to the customers questions.. He has memorized all this brush off lines. I think someone should get an interview for his job He has absolutely no skills with people, management or professionalism. I just want service. I am 60 yrs old so I have been around and been a manager myself, and boy he is really on a vacation in his head most the time. Also clerks at the check out have called him a "LITTLE PRINCESS" means he has to have everything his way, and pull fits if not. When the store clerks agree with me, yes someone else needs a chance at his job. Also Good Earth use to give you $5.00 coupons in the mail when you reach a certain limit. I pay them hundreds of dollars a month for products and I have not received a coupon in years. Also their prices on some items quadruple some times.. read more
