Consistently Broken Checkout System and Dishonest Shipping Practices…read more I have made multiple purchases from this company, and their shipping practices have been consistently terrible. On three separate orders, I intentionally selected and paid extra for expedited shipping because I learned early on that standard shipping takes an unreasonably long time. Each time, I carefully chose faster shipping at checkout, only to later discover that the order was processed with their slow, standard shipping instead. Customer service eventually admitted that their website has a known glitch where if you go back or forward during checkout to review your order, the system automatically reverts the shipping method to standard shipping. This is a known issue that has apparently existed for some time, yet it still has not been fixed. When I contacted customer service about my most recent order, I was treated as though I did not understand what shipping option I selected. I was then sent a screenshot of the internal invoice showing the downgraded shipping method. What was even more disturbing was that the internal notes on the invoice labeled me as "abusive" simply for being upset about repeated shipping errors and delays. Instead of fixing a broken checkout system and honoring the shipping options customers select and pay for, this company shifts blame to the customer and documents complaints as misconduct. If you value accurate order processing, honest checkout systems, and respectful customer service, I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

They also have daily mineral drops and a few other liquid supplement products. I originally heard about Keto Chow by watching Dr. Ken Berry videos on YouTube. And I've seen the owners many times speaking at Keto events and sponsoring Keto events. I'm convinced by the science behind the ingredients. My first experience was a small order through Amazon - a sampler kit - good stuff. They're super convenient for situations when you don't have time to cook a full carnivore meal. This time I placed an order directly from Keto Chow. I actually ordered one of EVERY flavor! The current flavor count is 31. This includes 4 savory flavors (like Creamy Tomato Basil) and several special edition holiday type flavors (like Eggnog). Mostly, I placed my recent order as a flavor extravaganza for my 81 year old mother. She switched to a Ketovore style diet about 6 months ago. She's had amazing results but she still struggles with sugar cravings. Since Mom was visiting for a few days, I placed the order so we could have fun sampling flavors. BTW, we both love every flavor we've tried so far. Both of us prefer mixing with whole milk. (We also tried water, half n half, and heavy whipping cream.) I recommend all of the Keto Chow products. Please remember, however, the shakes aren't desserts. The shakes are Keto friendly meal replacements with no added unhealthy junk...no sugar, no grains, no vegetable seed oils, no weird factory made emulsifiers. At all Harmons stores, it is always a pleasure to shop. They have items that you do not find at other grocery stores. They have an upscale deli that has many delicious items. The bakery is great and they have a bread slicing service for free with any of their loaves. Their gift section is actually very nice with wonderful products. They have a whole large wall-like display by the cash registers of nothing but gourmet chocolates. Everything they do here is top notch. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

Shawn helped me at checkout. Very engaging being supportive about my sardines and the 3 day sardine fast... he's doing it too. At $1.75 in water and no salt can't get much cleaner than that. This location also has a nutritionist who does weekly seminars and free one on one nutrition guidance! I spent a lot of time in their rows of supplements looking for and found what I wanted. I need to come here more often.

I read every 1 star review and they are so SILLY! People are so impatient and seem to lack any sense of GRACE so quick to blame others for their own problems..
