There is ample parking in the parking lot, when you enter someone's always there to say hello and it's my recommendation that you accept their offer to help you find what you're looking for... at least the first few times until you get your footing. They have snacks too. There are some other good supplement resources housed inside grocery stores but this is all Shirlyn's specializes in, your good health.

At all Harmons stores, it is always a pleasure to shop. They have items that you do not find at other grocery stores. They have an upscale deli that has many delicious items.
