I was greeted by cute Winston, who was excited to welcome anyone who walks through the door. What a fun shop, and I got to meet Amy, the owner, who was super helpful and explained how she tries to choose local brands and products that give back. I love all the murals on the walls and whimsy products that brought a smile to my face (gnomes). :) Amy showed me everything in the giveaway sampler bag, and she even threw in a sample for my cat, Sorsha's, achy joints. The consultation office in the back houses so many plant babies... can doctor's offices take note and do more of that please? There is ample parking in the parking lot, when you enter someone's always there to say hello and it's my recommendation that you accept their offer to help you find what you're looking for... at least the first few times until you get your footing. They have snacks too. There are some other good supplement resources housed inside grocery stores but this is all Shirlyn's specializes in, your good health.

They don't open on time, the staff could care less about you, their selections of various merchandise is average... But rather than going on about those guys - here is why I like this shop. The owner goes out of his way to accommodate his customers. Say you want to die from cancer and you are particular about the imports you want to relinquish your life to. Well give him a call, he'll stay later. That's how important his customers are to him. But don't make him wait on purpose or too long, I'm sure he has a family or life that's better than work. The other nifty thing I'd like to add, I am a fan of soda's in a can. He keeps some options around that you normally only see in 12 packs. Nothing fancy, just your standard big brand carbonated competitors but still anything different is nice to see. Today I shall post some pictures when I hit up the fish store, just to show my love!
