    Delicious!! Our favorite thing there.

This is a cute store that we wanted to visit while we were in Heber. We bought some milk, strawberry lemonade, chocolate croissant, and the maple cinnamon protein milk. Our favorite was the maple one. Delicious! The croissant was good but not amazing. We also ordered ice cream cones. They put the cones into a cup as they gave them to us (not sure why) and when they were going to hand me mine, they forgot about the cone, so instead of redoing it for me, they just stuck a cone on top of my ice cream! I wasn't happy about that because if I had wanted ice cream in a cup I would have ordered it that way. It's a cute store and lot, but it's pretty expensive. We spent over $100 on just those items. I might have given it another star but the service was poor.

First time we came here last summer, the soft serve was Devine. Now it is grainy and inedible. Look at the pic. What are they putting in this that makes it such a bad texture? I threw it away.

A very cute shop with lots of fresh products to choose from! The place overall is a lot smaller than I originally thought and on the pricier side. They have lots of outdoor seating and is a fun spot to go visit. I ordered a twist cone in their sourdough waffle cone with honey comb and my favorite part was the sourdough cone!

This review is only for their soft serve ice cream. You know when people tell you a protein anything tastes really good & you try it & you say to yourself "they're lying". That's the case here. It's grainy, flavorless & tastes awful. I threw mine away after a few bites. I'd rather eat a bowl of broccoli than have this so called healthy treat. I'll stick to a tradcone from Dairy Queen.

As a person who has an awareness of the lore surrounding Hannah, the influencers who speak her name, and all the reaction vlogger content about products, etc., I had no idea what to expect - but here we are at 5 full stars, so let's get into it... We managed to visit BF twice during a very activity-packed visit to Park City - once out of curiosity and again because I wanted to return. Plus Midway you guys, literal fairy tale town. It was late December, minimal snow had lifts closed, and it was packed, making browsing difficult - but I get the sense they always draw a crowd. So many unique and intriguing items! Pricing: Not Meadow Lane $$$ crazy, not even Erewhon crazy TBH. Everything I tried was worth it. I allowed myself gluten and had some lemon meringue pie - light, delicious, and I did not have my normal congestion, hives, etc. reaction. Your experience may vary. Strawberry protein milk = yes. Soft-serve drizzled with BUTTER = double yes. Gluten-free chocolate chip cookie...melty + crispy + chewy = life changing. Croissants - sold out. The staff? So friendly and helpful! BF is a BFF for sure!!! LYLAS, Bitsy

Such a charming shop!! Like everyone else on the planet, I've been fascinated with the life of Hannah Neeleman and her farm so while in Park City, I made an effort to come to her Ballerina Farmshop in Midway. It is beautifully curated and carries a variety on interesting cookware, cookbooks, humorous candles, flavored salts, baked goods, fresh product, etc. It's a small but thoughtful collection of items many of which would make a lovely gift. There is also a cute patio out front with picnic tables and blankets drying in the wind where you can enjoy bakery items. Definitely recommend!

I was so excited to check out Ballerina Farms after seeing it on Instagram and their Midway shop didn't disappoint! All of their frozen goods looked amazing (prosciutto croissants, different sausages, and so much more!) and I loved checking out all their protein powders, seasoning salts, and other shelf-stable goods. There was a steady crowd for lunch/brunch and the takeaway line wrapped around the shop so we didn't grab anything this time. However, I can't wait to come back sometime soon!

This little store packs a powerful punch. The interiors are charming, the products are quality and heirloom-esque, and the variety of goodies to order and snack on are wonderful. The best things we tried on the ever-shifting menu were: 1) the focaccia with cultured butter - wow!! The perfect balance of salt and fat and soft and crunch. 2) the soft served ice cream - the best vanilla bean soft serve you'll ever eat. 3) the chocolate croissant - made by a French man who lives in a surrounding area. Insane layers. 4) the cinnamon roll - made with croissant layers so you avoid the worry that it'll be breads and dry. Such a fun concept.

Employees are awesome!! They loaded my ice cream cup and it did not disappoint. It was not too sweet which was also really nice. The sand which was also fresh and the cheese inside was very flavorful.

We popped over the day after Christmas, in hindsight we probably shouldn't have gone out today because you could barely move in the store which is probably the case everywhere. It was absolutely slammed. I was super hopeful we could try out the lunch menu. Unfortunately they were completely out of everything lunch related that needed prep except one soup (Chicken Miso). We ordered the chicken miso soup. The flavor was incredible. Although I think they were scraping the bottom of the barrel because a couple soup cups had broth only, haha. The ginger cookie was very hard but had great flavor. The staff were very sweet and helpful given the circumstances. I ended up purchasing the cutest cookie stamps for myself and the protein variety pack for a friend. We love the maple cinnamon protein flavor it's our absolute favorite. An employee shared that he loved the raspberry lemonade electrolyte drink and I think we'll give it a try soon. Overall super cute farmers market vibe mixed with French country. Will definitely be back to try the lunch.

They have a new manager and she was happy to share with us all the different options that they had for the day. Everything is baked fresh in house. This is more of a European style bakery with some delicious hot lunch items and hot breakfast items that include breakfast burritos made in house as well as breakfast sandwiches. They also have the most delicious bacon, turkey and cheese sandwiches that are hot and grilled to order. We decided to try some of their fresh pastries, as well as a hot sandwich and a breakfast burrito. One of them had incredible flavor. The pastries were flaky and light. Strongly recommend stopping into this bakery. It's sort of a hidden gem and off to the right hand side of the resort when you arrive and there is a small sign that is lit up that says open. I first learned about them when I was gushing over the dinner rolls at Z's restaurant for dinner. The server told me that they get the rolls here, so I made it a point to come back the next day for breakfast. They serve Starbucks coffee-which might be a selling point to most people, but I prefer something local. Starbucks isn't my cup of....coffee. The pastry displays were full of delicious options and I was excited to see such a variety of seasonal (Halloween) goodies. So fun! I was drawn to the gargantuan sugar donut but was later a little disappointed to find it gooey in the middle. The flavor was ok, but I couldn't finish the unbaked treat. Perhaps a smaller version would have cooked fully throughout. I'd definitely return for the dinner rolls or to try that fruit tart I saw in the case. Maybe another time.
