Burgers are amazing! The buns are a brioche bun and it's incredibly tasty and buttery. The atmosphere has a feeling of an old but friendly library. Sounds strange, but it's a great setting. Service at the counter was friendly and warm. Definitely many return visits are in our future. The side salad was very tasty and my preferred side instead of the chips

What a cute little cafe! The Olive Press Cafe is located inside towards the back of The Dainty Pair. The interior is beautiful, as is the rest of the Dainty Pear. The menu had a good amount of variety. My group tried the original smash burger and it was soooo good. I'm kinda disappointed I didn't get an olive on top of mine, but I think that's reserved for the other smash burger option. A cute spot to get lunch at if you ever find yourself in Midway!

I feel slightly guilty with my lower rating- the food was good but there were a bunch of things that kinda missed the mark that I want to call attention to. I know they are a newer establishment so they are probably still working out kinks. I ordered a Turkey Avocado sandwich and Tomato Soup. I am celiac so I really drilled into them that I can't have gluten. They assured me they had gf bread and that the soup was gf. I ordered my food to go. I waited outside with my number, 20 min went by and the food was never brought to me. I went inside and found it sitting on the counter. Slightly confused nobody tried to track down the owner. When I got home and opened the box to my sandwich (I live right around the corner so the journey home was smooth and quick)- ALL the pieces of the sandwich were scattered all over the box. I had to take 5min to reassemble my sandwich. I also ordered my sandwich without lettuce and onions and they were left on. When I opened the soup it was loaded with croutons making it not gluten free. It was a bummer because I had to throw it away. The sandwich ended up being really good, just left feeling a little frustrated with the whole experience. I will definitely return to seek out a better experience I know they are capable of!

A cute coffee spot to spend the afternoon. I got an iced pumpkin spice latte and found a cozy spot in the corner to read a book.

Lovely new cafe located within The Dainty Pear Co. We shared a delicious turkey avocado sandwich and a cup of tomato bisque soup. Everything was super delicious, staff was very friendly and the seating options both inside and out were beautiful. They also offer a nice selection of coffee and tea and pastries. Highly recommend!

The homemade chips are the best! The staff were also incredible patient with us as our large group came a few minutes before closing (on Easter to boot) and they were more than happy to accommodate us! The ambience will make you want to stay forever. It's warm and inviting with such personality that you'll want to rethink your own decorations at home! Overall, you MUST stop by here!

Perfectly seasoned, bold flavor, and seriously satisfying. The sides and soups deserve just as much hype -- they're amazing and clearly made with care. You can really tell that everything is made in-house, and that attention to detail shows in every bite. If you're even thinking about stopping by, do it. Hidden Peak Provisions is a must. Also, I DM'd them to get an idea of what's in the spicy beef. Here you go: Spicy beef. house roasted roast beef, Capicola, american cheese, burrata, house made giardiniera, house made hot sauce, house made aioli, house made chili spread, (that makes the sauce). chopped romaine, toasted hoagie. (lots of things made in house m, but thats what we do!!).

They have a new manager and she was happy to share with us all the different options that they had for the day. Everything is baked fresh in house. They also have the most delicious bacon, turkey and cheese sandwiches that are hot and grilled to order. We decided to try some of their fresh pastries, as well as a hot sandwich and a breakfast burrito. One of them had incredible flavor. The pastries were flaky and light. Strongly recommend stopping into this bakery. It's sort of a hidden gem and off to the right hand side of the resort when you arrive and there is a small sign that is lit up that says open. I first learned about them when I was gushing over the dinner rolls at Z's restaurant for dinner. The server told me that they get the rolls here, so I made it a point to come back the next day for breakfast. They serve Starbucks coffee-which might be a selling point to most people, but I prefer something local. Starbucks isn't my cup of....coffee. The pastry displays were full of delicious options and I was excited to see such a variety of seasonal (Halloween) goodies. So fun! I was drawn to the gargantuan sugar donut but was later a little disappointed to find it gooey in the middle. The flavor was ok, but I couldn't finish the unbaked treat. Perhaps a smaller version would have cooked fully throughout. I'd definitely return for the dinner rolls or to try that fruit tart I saw in the case. Maybe another time.
