I'm still daydreaming about the cauliflower bahn mi I got here a few weeks ago. A simple shop serving up delicious eats. Every sandwich comes with your choice of side - they have pasta salads, salads, quinoa, couscous, noodles. You can't go wrong with any side you choose. The cauliflower bahn mi was delightful. Another yelp reviewer said somewhat the same thing. Every ingredient in this sandwich works so well together. The thinly sliced porchetta is so tender yet seasoned so well. The Scallion aioli is tasty on the meat. The hoagie bread is crunchy on the outside, yet soft in the middle. Thomas worked at Red Bicycle Bakery for over 7 years, so this recipe is his. Well done!
