Adding a few more pics from another visit! One day I hope to have been able to try every single thing!

Oh my goodness! One of the best bakeries ever! The textures and flavors of their breads and treats are perfect. We got a variety of things: sweet rolls, brownie, baguette, and ginger cookie, and each one was decadent, chewy, divine. Ah. So so good! Every one was kind and the farmhouse feel is darling!

Midway Bakery is such a great little spot! They have TONS of sweets and baked goods that are all freshly made every day! They also have some delicious options for lunch and breakfast too. We tried the biscuits and gravy, avocado toast, and the turkey bacon avocado sandwich and all were incredible! We also tried a cinnamon roll, a hello dolly, and a cupcake. We came here on a Saturday early afternoon and they were slammed but service was still pretty quick! This place is a must if you're in the area!

Cutest little spot with the most wonderful scones I have ever eaten! Although the outdoor patio is on a busy road it is still beautiful! They have planted trees that will make this outdoor space amazing as they mature!

Service was really good, it was a long wait! Cinnamon roll was too sweet for my liking but it was as good. I recommend eating same day. I saved 1 for my daughter and it wasn't great.

Everything was so fresh and just out of the oven. These are quality, hand-made pastries. The staff is friendly and informative. They have everything you need including seating. If you're in Midway, it's a must visit!

Talk about your mom's or grandmas old fashioned cinnamon rolls. There cinnamon rolls are huge and amazing! The bread is so tasty, I have had the breakfast sandwich and it's amazing! There is nothing that I have eaten here that is not 10 stars. Love this place! Definitely a must if you are looking for a good place!

Cinnamon rolls are the best. Their breadsticks are most delicious. Cute place to great yummy treats.

They have a new manager and she was happy to share with us all the different options that they had for the day. Everything is baked fresh in house. This is more of a European style bakery with some delicious hot lunch items and hot breakfast items that include breakfast burritos made in house as well as breakfast sandwiches. They also have the most delicious bacon, turkey and cheese sandwiches that are hot and grilled to order. We decided to try some of their fresh pastries, as well as a hot sandwich and a breakfast burrito. One of them had incredible flavor. The pastries were flaky and light. Strongly recommend stopping into this bakery. It's sort of a hidden gem and off to the right hand side of the resort when you arrive and there is a small sign that is lit up that says open. I first learned about them when I was gushing over the dinner rolls at Z's restaurant for dinner. The server told me that they get the rolls here, so I made it a point to come back the next day for breakfast. They serve Starbucks coffee-which might be a selling point to most people, but I prefer something local. Starbucks isn't my cup of....coffee. The pastry displays were full of delicious options and I was excited to see such a variety of seasonal (Halloween) goodies. So fun! I was drawn to the gargantuan sugar donut but was later a little disappointed to find it gooey in the middle. The flavor was ok, but I couldn't finish the unbaked treat. Perhaps a smaller version would have cooked fully throughout. I'd definitely return for the dinner rolls or to try that fruit tart I saw in the case. Maybe another time.

We rented an Alpenglobe, which costs an additional $35 for the weekdays and $50 for the weekend. It's one of those temperature controlled outdoor bubble structures that has a cute chandelier inside. We had fun, and the rain in the background made it even more fun. For appetizers, we shared the Bruschetta, which was well crafted and had good flavor. I had the Quattro Formaggi pizza with pepperoni added, which tasted amazing. My husband loved his Lasagna, which matched the description of "Meaty and American." My daughter scarfed down her spaghetti and garlic bread. We paired our meal with a bottle of Pino Grigio. My husband loved his Tirimisu as well, and my daughter got the largest "small" portion of ice cream that I've ever seen. Our meal came out to around $150 before tip, which wasn't bad for all the food we ordered. We left with a few boxes of leftovers. We'll be back.

One unique feature of this restaurant is the option (when available) to dine inside a yurt (some call it a "snow globe") for an additional $35. I'm honestly glad I chose not to do that. The food was average at best, and I would have been disappointed if I had paid extra for the yurt experience on top of it. As for the food, the Caesar salad was terrible! It barely qualified as a Caesar--yes, it had romaine lettuce, but the plate and salad were warm, it included tomatoes and onions (which don't belong in a traditional Caesar), and the dressing tasted like it came straight from a bottle. The mac and cheese, meatballs, and pizza were all just average as well.

Perfectly seasoned, bold flavor, and seriously satisfying. The sides and soups deserve just as much hype -- they're amazing and clearly made with care. Also, I DM'd them to get an idea of what's in the spicy beef. Here you go: Spicy beef. house roasted roast beef, Capicola, american cheese, burrata, house made giardiniera, house made hot sauce, house made aioli, house made chili spread, (that makes the sauce). chopped romaine, toasted hoagie. (lots of things made in house m, but thats what we do!!).
