I tried to promote this product for almost two years, funny that they haven't claimed this page since they rely heavily on referals from social media.
I won't go into detail of the products or company as there's plenty of information on their website and floating around the internet; this is mainly for their customer service (or what they call "Amare Customer Experience Team").
They're responsive on the phone and via email; called one about some billing issues (that I couldn't resolve online) and more recently to cancel my Wellness Partner agreement (because you can't do that online either). You won't get stuck in on-hold hell and forced to listen to canned elevator music too long, which was nice.
Called to cancel, rep Daniela followed up within minutes with an email (largely copy/pasted boilerplate response but the first couple sentences were personalized). I had my last order in process so didn't want to cancel immediately so I waited for my order confirmation; got another email then replied to that one with the necessary information, as well as a short note stating why I waited a couple days to cancel.
Fairly easy process and of course they wanted to keep me as a customer, so the call was a soft sell for client retention....I get it and appreciate that it wasn't a hard sell; just mentioned once on the call and on the email, no big scripts to "overcome the objection" like I had to do in a few sales jobs.
The home office is nice (went there twice for "open house" events) because it's in Irvine. Right off the 405 at John Wayne Airport which was nice and met most of the management (nice folks).
Product seems nice but hard to promote (sell) unless you're great at sales/recruiting or have an extensive social media presence. read more
