Terrible batteries. Bought it two years ago and have a 5 year warranty. Left my daughter stranded twice in a week. Both times had to jump the car. Would charge the battery and 2-3 days later it would be dead. Took back to store, was told after they performed testing that the battery is good. Dont know how thats possible other just to get out of the warranty. I bought an interstate battery and havent had an issue in two weeks. Will never buy from them again. read more

I have gone here for years to have the battery replaced in my car key fob. Usually they pop it open and put the battery in right in front of you. This time he took it in the back and was gone for about 10 minutes. When he gave it back to me he didn't know how to ring it up and I was told I was lucky he forgot to charge for installation. When I got home it was in pieces in my bag. I put it back together but it continued to keep falling apart. When I took it back he tried to blame it on me. Must be new management. UNBEATABLE SERVICE. The star of the show here is Keifer. I visited this location a few times and he was usually alone, I watched this man handle call after call, customer after customer, quickly, expertly, with unwavering cheerfulness. He knows his stuff about technology, recommends a third party when you need one instead of trying to upsell you on his products just to make a buck, and he's fast and efficient. The other staff that I've encountered here are also excellent, friendly, and helpful. Honestly, this location could benefit from one more person on the clock, but Keifer does the work of 4 people. He's the kindest, most positive person I've ever met. He's a machine. He is excellent. If I had a business I'd hire him (watch out Batts & Bulbs!) I got my phone screen replaced here, I use it so much for work during the day that I had to come in a bit later, Keifer stayed after hours to repair it for me while I waited. My phone is older and one of its little speakers broke while he replaced the screen. He offered to have a third party repair it at absolutely no cost to me, perfect! I got busy and was a bad customer and didn't follow up for - like - weeks. I just lived with my broken speaker until I could return, but Keifer was diligent about calling me and leaving voicemails to make sure I got my phone fixed and that my issue didn't fall through the cracks and go unresolved. And when I was finally able to make it back to the store, he drove his own car to the third party repairman. B&B, your employees are the life blood of your business. I brought my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G to the West Jordan store to see about replacing the battery. The battery had swollen causing the back casing to separate from the phone. They had the battery I needed at the store and the store rep took about 20 minutes to install it for me. She was very, very helpful and did a great job. The cost was very fair compared to another phone repair shop. I would highly recommend this location for having your phone serviced for battery replacement. read more

This place sucks! They denied a warranty and gave a bad battery in exchange for $150. Warranty doesn't cost a company a damn thing! They gave a battery that ford deemed a bad battery weeks later! Not have or even read you must run a battery 60 minutes at 60 miles per hour a week to keep a good battery it's a car that runs weekly! You need to go out of business and your manager needs to learn things about warranty it doesn't cost them a damn thing and your minions need to learn you suck! Made an appointment online to have phone battery replaced. Arrived to find that several walk-ups arrived before me and they were priority, said the clerk, which seems silly since I HAD AN APPOINTMENT! So why ask people to make appointments if the company has no intention of honoring them? Very frustrating and a waste of time. She said I could try back on Monday but couldn't guarantee they could do my phone even if I make an appointment. Not sure this company knows what they're doing. read more

I dropped my iPhone 6 plus and the screen became flickery and unresponsive. I brought it to Batteries Plus Bulbs and they replaced my broken screen in a little over an hour for a reasonable price. My phone is back to working perfectly! I highly recommend taking your phone here if the screen needs to be replaced. read more

IF YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED GO HERE! I brought in my iPhone for what would seem a simple screen replacement. After picking it up they informed me they had broken the home button in the process. They assured me it would be taken care of and they would fix my phone or replace it within a week. 38 DAYS LATER the part for my phone arrived. They restored all the home buttons functions except the Touch ID! Then told me I was out of luck and they wouldn't do anything more. I'm not looking to rip anyone off but when you do a job you do it right or you make it right. I will never go here again. read more

They had the batteries I was looking for. All sold out on the shelf, but the staff helped find an equivalent. Prices are high, so if you can manage to get them with free shipping on Amazon I think that's preferable. read more

Overall a great experience. Would has given 5 stars but I had to wait over 10 minutes before I was even greeted. I had ordered my battery online to make it easier and save money and when in store it was as simple as showing the payment receipt and confirmation to them. Was provided free installation of the new battery and removal of the old. Decent prices, quick service and overall good experience. Would recommend. read more

Worst quality screen I've ever seen!! My iPhone 7 compared to an iPhone 6, my phone color is duller, I can't even hold my finger on my phone and scrolling with out it wigging out and I can barely use my keyboard! Will NEVER return! read more
