I visited this location a few times and he was usually alone, I watched this man handle call after call, customer after customer, quickly, expertly, with unwavering cheerfulness. He knows his stuff about technology, recommends a third party when you need one instead of trying to upsell you on his products just to make a buck, and he's fast and efficient. The other staff that I've encountered here are also excellent, friendly, and helpful. Honestly, this location could benefit from one more person on the clock, but Keifer does the work of 4 people. He's the kindest, most positive person I've ever met. He's a machine. He is excellent. If I had a business I'd hire him (watch out Batts & Bulbs!) I got my phone screen replaced here, I use it so much for work during the day that I had to come in a bit later, Keifer stayed after hours to repair it for me while I waited. My phone is older and one of its little speakers broke while he replaced the screen. He offered to have a third party repair it at absolutely no cost to me, perfect! I got busy and was a bad customer and didn't follow up for - like - weeks. I just lived with my broken speaker until I could return, but Keifer was diligent about calling me and leaving voicemails to make sure I got my phone fixed and that my issue didn't fall through the cracks and go unresolved. And when I was finally able to make it back to the store, he drove his own car to the third party repairman. B&B, your employees are the life blood of your business. I recently purchased a new battery from them and they swapped it out for the dead one in the parking lot so I did have to mess around with the tools or bringing back the core. The clerk made sure I was aware of the good, better and best options available based on price and warranty need. I visited around 8pm on a weeknight. Standing there for several minutes, I looked further to the back of the store and saw three employees plus a customer standing around a car battery on the ground. I don't understand why or how they were incapable of noticing the other customers. In fact, two more employees emerged from the back to also walk over and stare down at the battery. (!!!) I will never know what was so engaging about the battery, but it required *everyone's* attention and *everyone* had to stare at it. Two guys even tapped it with their shoes. Heck, as I stood there waiting, I, too, stared at the damn battery. After being invisible for five minutes, I finally cut the air and asked one of the men, "Um excuse me, may I get my merchandise so I can leave?" Whoa. I had broken the magic spell that the car battery held over all five of the men. For a split second they were freed from the battery's trance.
