I visited this location a few times and he was usually alone, I watched this man handle call after call, customer after customer, quickly, expertly, with unwavering cheerfulness. He knows his stuff about technology, recommends a third party when you need one instead of trying to upsell you on his products just to make a buck, and he's fast and efficient. The other staff that I've encountered here are also excellent, friendly, and helpful. Honestly, this location could benefit from one more person on the clock, but Keifer does the work of 4 people. He's the kindest, most positive person I've ever met. He's a machine. He is excellent. If I had a business I'd hire him (watch out Batts & Bulbs!) I got my phone screen replaced here, I use it so much for work during the day that I had to come in a bit later, Keifer stayed after hours to repair it for me while I waited. My phone is older and one of its little speakers broke while he replaced the screen. He offered to have a third party repair it at absolutely no cost to me, perfect! I got busy and was a bad customer and didn't follow up for - like - weeks. I just lived with my broken speaker until I could return, but Keifer was diligent about calling me and leaving voicemails to make sure I got my phone fixed and that my issue didn't fall through the cracks and go unresolved. And when I was finally able to make it back to the store, he drove his own car to the third party repairman. B&B, your employees are the life blood of your business. I asked them if they had tools because it looked like I was the mechanic that day. They offered up the tools and I switched the battery out. FYI: A good auto parts store would offer to install and battery as well as have my purchase information in their system. Cast in point: Always keep your receipts because without due diligence the new battery would have cost me out of pocket. Seems a little sketchy that my warranty information wasn't in their system.
