But when they switch to the new management suddenly our bills went up an extra $500 to $1k extra per visit above what we would normally pay here for small repairs. At first I just paid, but soon noticed a pattern. I finally asked the sales rep why the change in price and he said it's because the old management did things in a sloppy way and the new management is focused on doing things right. But I am not seeing an improvement in services, just a massive increase in the cost. No thank you. We are now in the market for a new shop. Update 2/7/2026: I see that Lana L. from Big O commented, " thank you for taking the time to speak with our store manager and for giving us a chance to change your perspective of our store." No one has contacted me and I have not spoken with the store manager. A better comment would be to acknowledged the problem, not try to decieve the public reading these comments into thinking you are addressing the problem.​

I went back to Pep Boys and since they had the same brand of blades on the side of the repair shop, they were willing to install them even though they weren't the actual parts store from years ago nor the place where I bought the new ones.
