Driving cross country and got a strong vibration in my wheel. I was pretty stressed until I found this Discount Tire was blocks away from our over night stop. First thing in the morning I drove over and got there a few minutes before they opened. Once I saw them opening the doors I stepped out of the car and an employee was already walking over asking how he could help. Before I knew it, the car was off the ground and the crew was rotating and balancing the tires. I was back on the road before I knew it. The crew was a life saver, the car was now running smoothly and I was back to the hotel before my family ever realized that I was gone. read more

What can I say! Always the BEST!! I hit a terrible pothole that instantly popped my tire. I was so frustrated and bummed as I had just replaced all 4 tires at discount but I was told the insurance and that it was worth it and I will never buy tires without it! When I went in today they got my tire in stock today and called me when it was in and it was quickly changed for me using the insurance I had purchased thus making a very stressful situation disappear. read more

We were visiting from out of state and needed new tires. We were able to make an appointment promptly. Our appt was for 9am and we showed up a little bit earlier just in case. Everyone was so nice and the team was able to get us in and out before our 9am appointment! When we got there, there was even a sign out from the welcomed us. It was so nice! And the best thing about DT is that when we are home in WA, we are still able to get our tires checked! read more

Another shop we can trust for wheel and tire changes. Tory and the crew here at the Discount Tire in Draper did a fantastic job changing the tires of my '18 Porsche 911 GT3. There is a specific procedure to changing the center lock wheels, and Tory did exceptionally well. I'm recommending this Discount Tire, and Tory and team, to the Porsche community, and really, any performance car that requires a specific way to change the wheels. The team also made sure that no damage occurred on the custom painted wheels with plastic add ons for the tire machine. read more

They got me in quick after a flat tire was shown, they repair the tire for free if it's an easy patch. Which is nice! However, the previous discount tire tech must've not repaired it very well, and so my tire went flat again, this location claimed that I had another puncture in the exact same spot as the previous patch, which would require a new tire replacement. Not happy that they're supposedly an exact same puncture in the patched area that a discount tire tech did for me the previous day. What really happened was a bad patch job and $344 later for a new tire. . read more

I just needed a tire done today. They were very quick and efficient while also giving me quality customer care. They also seemed concerned about my wellbeing considering how old my tires were even though I couldn't afford to do all of them today. They attempted to offer me several other financial options and coming from customers care that is very important. I would like to individually point out Cisco for getting me taken care of so quickly while also being thorough, straightforward, checking out the rest of my car and giving me options. Thank you very much and give that boy a raise! :) read more

I had an emergency flat tire situation, showed up at their location and they fit me no problem. They determined the cause of my issue, repaired the tire, and sent me on my way all the better. They saved my day at no extra cost, you can't ask for more! I love how all the Discount Tire locations check the air and fill your tires for no charge whenever you feel like stopping by. For the second time in a month I've run over a nail in the construction area near my house. It sure would be nice if they swept the street after using nail guns. I've stopped by this Discount Tire in Draper both times and they've fixed my tire for free. They are fast and friendly. I did not buy my tires for them which makes my experience even more amazing. I will buy my next tires from them for sure! read more

Had an apt at 10:00am today to get my winter tires switched out to my summer tires. Got here at 9::45 a little early and got out the door at 10:01am. So happy I didn't not have to wait an hour or so! Epic fast service and super friendly! read more

Super friendly employees and fast service. I went in for a tire pressure check because I had a light on in my dashboard and knew most Discount Tire locations have a designated air pressure lane that's free to use. They inspected the tires, filled them with air, and had me on my way in five minutes! Thanks Discount Tire! read more

Super grateful for the staff at Discount Tire in Draper but especially for Nick! I went in for one tire that was almost shredded (happened on the fwy ) and having to already have to pinch my pennies he found that another tire was also beginning to shred apart‍ I was extremely stressed and didn't know how I would be able to afford the service and labor but he talked me through multiple options which helped me feel soo much better. Even referred me to a spot for services they don't do at their shop (needed to get my alignment done). In the end he helped make it all work out and even showed me the damage that I never saw coming. Ultimately saved my life His professionalism and patience really kept me calm and collected and it was greatly appreciated! Thanks Nick and Discount Tire! (Service date: 03/07/2022) read more

Great experience today with discount yet again. Service was exactly what I expect when I go to a tire shop. Came out to assist when I pulled up and got me taken care of within an hour. 4 new tires and the look great. The entire time they were getting out on they kept updating me and letting me know how much time was left. Rolie was one of the best customer service providers I have had in awhile. Great communication and pure kindness. He is a very valuable person to this shop and I thank him and discount for all the help with these new BFG ko2s. Thank you guys read more

WRONG SIZE ON ONE OF THE TIRES... WTH?! Well here goes my story about this place... Came here to get new tires for our truck, we first dealt with Neil and he was way awesome! He knows his stuff, that's for sure, super professional. Two days after, we decided to come back to exchange the tires for a bigger size. Which means we will pay more, Discount Tire has 30 Day refund/exchange policy. Yes, I checked their website and confirmed it. We called them looking for Neil but it was his day off, it was a Monday. So Brandon offered to help. He said to just come in and they will take care of it. We worked with I believe his name was "Reagan". Wow. This dude was tactless and beyond unprofessional and sarcastic making unnecessary comments as if we were close friends. This is Reagan for you, whatever his name is but I am sure the staff here knows who I am referring to as the uber sarcastic guy: "So you want to get bigger tires because you want to make sure they rub on your truck" "I guess we will see you again in two days because you'll want to exchange your tires for something different" The comments were okay, just thinking this guy is too immature to even get any of my attention. Now you're wondering so why 1 star? Well aside from him unnecessary comments, he freaking put the wrong size of the tire on the front/driver side so yes we had to drive here again and have them fix it. Worst- they did NOT APOLOGIZE. Not coming back, that's for sure! read more

These guys are great! They matched my deal at another place and have been great to work with and way faster and more reliable than most tire places. I highly recommend them to anyone needing tires and their warranty u can buy is totally worth it! Save yourself the trouble and come here. read more

Great service, although may be slower on a busy day. Chose Discount as we travel out of state often and they have stores, like America's Tire, in other states so any tire issue can be easily fixed. They didn't have the tire brand in stock that I initially wanted, but were willing to get it in, but not that day. I instead opted for the in-stock Coopers, and they are doing fine. Had a problem with one of my TPMS the next day causing a slow leak, went back in and they got the issue fixed in short time. Very happy customer. read more

So my friend and I go into this place... Hang on, let me start at the beginning. A week ago my friend orders tires online with this Discount Tire. He gets an appointment, and we show up with a tow truck and his truck on the day at the correct time. We walk in. Get to the counter. My dude gives his name. The guy behind the counter looks us dead in the face and says, "we don't know where your tires are." I laughed. Because, who tf says that in real life. Maybe try finding the tires. And if you can't, offer us something. But no. He called a manager, to whom my friend asks, where tf are my tires. The manger looks us dead in the face, shrugs his shoulders and says... "I don't know." LOL Wtf is wrong with the staff here. How little do you have to get paid to tell someone "I don't know"? Even for a minimum wage job that's a pretty unacceptable answer. Anyway, after 40 min, (no exaggeration) they offer to give my boy a different set of tires that's "a little more expensive" but they paid the difference. Word of advise, maybe lead with that instead of "I don't know" which is the literal worst thing a human getting paid do a job can say. read more

Great guys here. They're as good as every other DiscountTire I've been to, but here's what set my experience apart: 1. They had to order tires from a distributor, got it next day. I called the previous day at around 5:00, so that was nice they got it in the next day. 2. Tire mounting only took about 25 minutes. In and out, on the car within 25 minutes. Exceptional experience guys. They were very quick to help me out. Thanks again. Note, I do get tires frequently, so I know the run around with what I need. They're great. read more

5 STARS TO DISCOUNT TIRES! I got a flat tire last weekend, brought it in for repair & was immediately taken care of. I was helped by 2 different employees who had impeccable Customer service, very personal & friendly & that's what got me to write this in the first place. It's rare now a days to find places with such friendly service! Will come here again & again! I didn't have to pay for a new tire, because of the certificates. So make sure you get that when you buy your tires! Thank you Discount! read more

Don't trust the website to book your appointment. Even if the page says appointment confirmed, if you don't get a confirmation email you don't exist. Waited in line for 15 minutes to check in only to be informed I don't have an appointment and it would be 2 hours to rotate tires... My actual job is in marketing building forms for landing pages so user error seems unlikely. Do better, fix your website. read more

I've been back to this store three times in three weeks for three sets of tires (for my wife's Kia Sedona, my Mazdaspeed 6, and my son's Focus sedan), and all three times I've received great service and pricing from the staff there. Special thanks to Billy D, Jost, and Brock who assisted me with all three purchases. These guys hustle and know their stuff, but as always, it pays to go in to the store armed with what you are looking for. Regardless, they'll review the available tires for your car (or tire size), and have the patience to review what each tire looks like. Continued great service and I will absolutely be back in 4-5 years for new tires for these three cars and my '96 Bronco! My only feedback is that they did not discuss with me the hub-centering rings for my Mazdaspeed, nor did they offer to upgrade the valve stems on that same car (car is not equipped with TPMS.) Nevertheless, they did order some of the centering rings for me last week and gave them to me free today! Appreciate that! Thanks again! read more

Nice pleasant experience I walked in early on Saturday morning and was served right away. I came in to change to winter tires. I normally am impressed with the service here. But not today! I had a slow leak that needed repairing, I had come in twice hoping to get in and it was busy so I decided to make an appointment. When I showed up five minutes early for my appointment, they told me it was an hour to an hour and a half before I would get in,And then it was a 25 minute appointment. I asked him why I couldn't get in at my appointment time and they said there was another car in the bay they had to wait to get out. I asked him again why I could not get in at my appointment time and they said there was another car in the bed we had to wait to get out. They didn't get that I had an appointment and my time was valuable too. Extremely frustrated with not being able to get in for a simple slow leak repair, I would rather pay to get my tire fixed than to wait an hour and a half for a free tire repair. I have waited less than that before when I have come in without an appointment. read more

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. They ordered some hub centric rings for me and they were 1/2 the cost of wheel Werks and easier to deal with. They even put them on for free. read more

This was my first time at a discount tire. Salesman (Nicholas) was nice and it took a few hours but that's expected on a Saturday. However after leaving I noticed a 4in gash in the paint down below by the passenger back tire. Also, Nicholas also did not ask if I wanted the $18/tire certificates of refund/replacement, which is literally a scam. It doesn't cover anything and the salesmen are supposed to ask, but he just tacked it on without me noticing and went through the checkout process really fast. I was not happy to get home and find out I paid an extra $72 for a scam "refund" policy. DOUBLE CHECK they haven't added this before checking out! I would never go back to discount. read more

Holy Cow!! Seriously, I came in to get a flat looked and a slow leak looked at. They checked it out gave me an analysis, fixed the flat, put the tires, back on, shined them and didn't even charge me! We purchased a set of Bridgestone Turanza Quiettrack tires for our vehicle. We had spent hours researching tires but decided to go with these because of the rebates offered by Discount Tire. This is the second set of tires we have purchased at this location and the first review we have left. Both times the staff have been extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. Phillip did a wonderful job of answering our questions and keeping in contact with us. One of our TPMS sensors was bad and it was replaced at no extra charge. These kinds of things make a difference when it comes to choosing where to spend our money. Excellent work! read more
